Donnie doodles and f!turtles stuff!!
So, I'm looking at this overhead shot of the Daycare layout while I wait for word on this game being ported to a system I own, and it's becoming very obvious that Sun and Moon have been isolated for quite a while
In addition to all those big thick cables running around the place that are attached to generators, they're also linked up to floodlights that are constantly directing bright beams of light across the vicinity
A layout like this seems to be a lawsuit waiting to happen for an area meant to contain small children, so the only logical explanation is that the Daycare has been this way for a while, and Sun/Moon have been isolated for longer than we've been aware of.
Since the other animatronics aren't allowed into the Daycare (based off of what Freddy said), and the idea that the area seems to be modified to be constantly flooding light, I'd have to guess that Sunny and Moon were probably the first ones infected with the Afton Virus and were quarantined from the others to curb the spread, but it didn't help because it was already spread through the network or something.
No wonder Sundrop was so ecstatic to see Gregory the first time; he's been by himself for so long that he hasn't seen a child in ages (and he was built and programmed to babysit children all day), and was probably going nuts walking around the empty Daycare with nothing to do.
Like, have you seen what thier storage room looks like?
((wow guys, you live like this?))
What a drastic difference from what Sun (and even Moon) displays when you so much as tip over a tower of canisters, since they'll start going into a panic and wail about it being a mess and having to pick up and stack them back up. They'll stop everything to do this, like it bothers them to leave it as anything less.
The staff has clearly neglected them. Especially with all the obvious grimy handprints and poor condition of thier casing. Sun and Moon probably don't even really know what's been happening and why they've been left alone for so long, and they're probably trying to keep everything neat and orderly in the main area in hopes that everything can go back to normal or something...
Clearly, the Daycare Attendant was patient zero for the Afton Virus, likely Moon in particular since he apparently does nighttime patrols of the Pizzaplex, and it's implied in those recordings of Vanessa's therapy sessions that someone has been fiddling with the systems at night after hours, and those scrapped emails from FNAF AR seems to lean towards the possibility of a virus being leaked into there.
I wonder if it has to do with that arcade machine seen in thier room, since that game seems to have a digital depiction of them being corrupted by the end of the minigame. 👀
I swear, when I get this game, I am going through this whole level with a fine tooth comb to see as much detail as I can find. I can't really explain this other than I haven't been this intrigued by a minor character in a video game since Mephiles from Sonic 06.

Song: Of Monsters And Men - Yellow Light
So… now I want to say a few words here too… This is the second and last thing I wanted to show in the comic. This is the end of the main story. An open ending, a fan version of the "before", which (with a couple of details changed) then flows into Cass' story (before Cass started talking more about the Turtles' past ehehfheh)
From the very beginning, I wanted to see how the funeral could be during their apocalypse (as cruel as it sounds) In my head it was incredibly beautiful and sad, I hope I managed to convey it at least 1/4.
I tried in my clumsy way to touch on all the initial stages of their lives and the moment in animatic is a kind of turning point for them, when they simply have no choice but to move in order to live.
I'm not going to touch that part of their lifes anymore. I'll just quickly go over the details in their future and move on to the ending. I think I should still thank at this stage everyone who read and watched everything related to this story.
I want to see happy ending. I want them all to be alive and happy.
(By the way, I am most proud of the lore of the axolotl…)
something silly lol
MEW MEW MEW
Alright, here goes nothing. The Gaster Ghost is here! You can read detailed instructions and download him from this page, but just in case, I’ll replicate it here.
What is a Ghost, you may ask? An Ukagaka 伺か or Nanika 何か, also known as a Ghost, is a character (or set of characters) that sit on your desktop and keep you company. I post about them a lot.
Features
Gaster will say random things as he idles on your desktop, and his dialogue will change in a whole lot of ways as you continue to interact with him. If you ask him about Alphys, he will start to say random things about Alphys, for example. You can also make him be silent if you don’t want him bothering you.
You can pet Gaster by stroking his head with your mouse (don’t click, just move the mouse in the right area), or punch him by double-clicking his face. The more you do each action, the more his reactions to each will change.
Gaster can also do standard Ghost functions, such as set a picture as your wallpaper, empty your recycle bin, tell you your computer’s stats, check if you have new email (if you set your POP settings in SSP correctly), update himself remotely when he has new material, and if you drag and drop a compatible site on him, he’ll add it to Headlines or RSS feeds, and you can see if there are new posts.
Gaster has a pretty complex relationship system, wherein he’ll track how you treat him and change his reactions and dialogue accordingly. Even small actions may change some things without you knowing.
You can keep track of your interactions with him through a stat menu. You can also reset Gaster back to his default state if you want to start your relationship over with him. Certain things, however, he may not forget…
While Gaster may not say a lot randomly while he’s idling, he has an enormous amount of text in his menus. Specifically in his ask, item, and act menus. He has multiple responses to almost everything, so you may be surprised by new dialogue. Asking him things can sometimes lead to unique interactions. The act menu will change depending on what you do to him. Whether or not he’ll accept items and how he’ll react to them depends on your relationship with him. Certain items are permanent, while others are only accepted under certain circumstances, times of day, or a limited amount of times.
Download, installation instructions, and user guide continue under the cut.
