In this image, a little boy gently touches the forehead of his brother—cold, lifeless, lying in a morgue. This is not a goodbye any child should ever experience. But in Gaza, it happens every single day.
And yet… someone looked at this heartbreaking moment and chose mockery over empathy. Someone called this grief “a cult.” As if pain needs permission. As if mourning a sibling is some kind of performance.
But this is not a show. This is real. This is my life. I am a mother. My son is wounded and clinging to life. And every time he cries out in pain, I wonder—will I be next to say goodbye like this?

📌Where is the world in saving two million people who have been subjected to genocide for a year and a half? What more is this world waiting for to move in support of Gaza after the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023 has exceeded fifty thousand martyrs?
Most of them are children and women, in addition to more than 113,000 wounded. Thousands remain missing under the rubble as the brutal aggression continues.
Urgent | UNRWA Commissioner-General: Israeli forces launched an airstrike today targeting an Agency building in Jabalia. Initial reports indicate that the Jabalia building was sheltering more than 700 people at the time of the attack.
Displaced families were forced to remain in the shelter even after it was targeted due to lack of other shelter options.
Urgent: More than 50 displaced Palestinian families are besieged and calling on the Red Cross and relevant authorities to evacuate them from Rafah.
When the Red Cross arrived to rescue them, the occupation forces besieged the Red Cross along with the residents. The Red Cross is now calling on the Red Cross outside Rafah to rescue them all.
My husband is still a prisoner of the occupation and I have no one to support the family. We are now under siege and violent bombing is over our heads. My name is Hashem from Gaza. I am 32 years old and my wife, Samar, is 27 years old. We have a child born in the eighth month of pregnancy. His mother was premature because of my wife's fear of war. My large family consists of 8 members: my father, mother, four male brothers and 2 females. My father died in the war due to a lack of medicine in hospitals as a result of the fierce war on Gaza.
My story began when we were displaced from our home in northern Gaza in mid-October 2023 after a letter threatening eviction, and then the house was targeted and destroyed. Between this Exodus and the current fifth Exodus there are many stories and sufferings.
We now live in plastic tents, which are thermal ovens, which are not suitable for living and do not provide the minimum necessities of life, in addition to the spread of epidemics and diseases, which puts our lives in danger.
Through this campaign, we are trying to collect enough money to meet our needs and get us out of the Gaza Strip safely. We ask you to stand by us and protect us from this severe danger.

Asking for help is not easy; it’s very embarrassing, especially for a family that used to live a decent life. My husband and I completed our university education with distinction, worked in respectable jobs, and were used to helping others, not asking for help. But the war has turned our lives into a nightmare; we lost our home, our sources of income, and even our ability to provide the simplest of needs.
I'm Hanan. For the past 13 months, we have been struggling to get healthy food and medicine for my child, whose weak body was attacked by infection, and for my elderly mother-in-law, who fell into a coma for several days and almost lost her life due to anemia caused by our inability to provide healthy food, as prices have risen more than 10 times. Now, we have run out of everything. While you are reading my message, my family and I are trying to survive amidst all kinds of suffering.
What was once a beautiful dream and reality has now become a nightmare. Starvation is one thing, but starving, freezing, and being forced to flee in the middle of the night when tanks suddenly arrive in your area, running for your life and your family’s life under fire, leaving behind everything you built over the years, and returning after 5 months of suffering in displacement and tents to find that your home, where you lived your happiest moments, is nothing but rubble, is something completely different! 💔😓
Can you feel my broken heart now? Can you imagine what I’m going through at this moment? Everything I am living now cannot be described with words, and every moment here is filled with pain and fear. Hey everyone, my name is Abdelmajed. I don’t usually talk much about myself, but today, I want to share a little piece of my story.
I was born and raised in Gaza, a place that has always been my home 🏡. I grew up surrounded by my family, my friends, and the streets that I knew like the back of my hand. Life wasn’t always easy, but we had love, laughter, and dreams. I used to think that no matter what happened, home would always be here. But life has a way of changing things in ways we never expect.
Over the past months, everything I once knew has disappeared. The streets that were once filled with children playing are now silent. The houses that held so many memories are now just rubble. And the people I loved—some of them are gone forever. 💔

Hi, my name is Mosab , and I’m from Gaza. Life here has been harder than I could ever imagine, but today I’m sharing my story with hope in my heart, because your kindness has already given us so much strength.
This journey hasn’t been easy. The war has taken 25 family members from us—25 beautiful souls we loved deeply. Their laughter, their presence, their love… all of it is gone, leaving behind memories that are both precious and painful. Every day, I carry the weight of their loss, but I also carry their spirit, which gives me the strength to keep going.
Our Journey So Far
When I first reached out, I couldn’t have imagined we’d make it this far. Your support has been a light in these difficult times, and we are so deeply grateful for every single contribution.
