THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME - PERCY/NICO AU HIGH SCHOOL - CHAPTER XXVII

Hi, how are you? This will be the last chapter of the year, we'll be back on January 6th, although we'll still have posts on writing tips in Portuguese this week (because there are plenty in English) and another post on the creative prompt.

I hope you enjoy this chapter.

Previous chapters: CHAPTER I / CHAPTER II / CHAPTER III / CHAPTER IV / CHAPTER V / CHAPTER VI / CHAPTER VII / CHAPTER VIII / CHAPTER IX / CHAPTER X / CHAPTER XI / CHAPTER XII / CHAPTER XIII / CHAPTER XIV / CHAPTER XV / CHAPTER XVI / CHAPTER XVII / CHAPTER XVIII / CHAPTER XIX / CHAPTER XX / CHAPTER XXI / CHAPTER XXII / CHAPTER XXIII / CHAPTER XXIV / CHAPTER XXV /CHAPTER XXVI

Percy slowly moved away from the bed and walked towards the wardrobe. He still couldn't believe what he had done. Nico wasn't like Luke, or like any other boy, where Percy would have some fun and then leave, without caring about the consequences. No, with Nico, extra care was necessary, he needed time and attention, to be treated in the right way and at the right pace so that in his haste, Percy wouldn't ruin everything. That was why he couldn't let himself get carried away like that, having more fun than he should with Nico's reaction and discomfort, watching Nico get more excited with each passing moment without even knowing what he was doing.

Did Nico realize how easily he could enter that state of submission? His pupils dilated, his face flushed, and even his posture changed, bowing slightly, the mood changing drastically as Nico transformed into that completely obedient and sweet being, something even the other people around him noticed. The worst? Percy transformed with him, bringing out his worst side.

Thankfully, all of this has been put on hold for the time being. Percy made sure to keep those memories inside the box Apollo had given him, along with the collar and the other objects. In the meantime, he kept the box on top of the desk next to the bed, out of sight but close enough if they decided to take it a step further than they were both comfortable at the moment.

"Per?" It was Nico who called him, the only one who used that nickname or said his name so sweetly.

Nico was sitting on the bed, fingering his necklace with the same hand that held his engagement ring. He had that same lost look and flushed face, even though they had just showered and gotten dressed for school. Percy decided to ignore the urge to pin Nico against the bed and give them what they both wanted, and just smiled, content to watch Nico.

"What's wrong, baby?”

"We... is everything okay?”

"Of course it is.”

"So why haven't you touched me since... since the collar?”

Percy stopped and thought, “Hm. That was true.” It hadn’t been a conscious thing or to punish Nico. Percy just thought it would be good to have a few moments to breathe a little.

"Don't worry, hmm ? Give me a kiss.”

Percy walked back to the bed and knelt between Nico's legs, getting to his height, and kissed him. Something sweet and soft. Percy didn't intend to turn the kiss into anything more than a passing caress. The problem was Nico and his sweet moans, the way he parted his lips and gasped, wrapping his legs around Percy’s wais, pulling him up, inviting him to lie on top of Nico. When Percy saw it, he had grabbed Nico by the hair and rubbed his tongue against Nico's, swallowing his moans.

Moving away from Nico was like surfacing after long hours of swimming, he felt like he could go on for a while longer, but that it wouldn't be good for him if he tried it. So he pulled his lips away from Nico's, took a deep breath and slowly moved his head away. He propped one knee on the edge of the bed and inhaled, forcing his heart to beat at a normal pace. And Nico? He was lying down, sprawled in the middle of the sheets, breathing just as deeply as he was, but completely happy and content to stay exactly where he was, blinking slowly as he watched Percy walk away.

It seems like he would have to be the adult there.

Percy practically threw himself out of bed, then grabbed Nico's shoes and put them on Nico's feet, tying the laces. He got up, went to the wardrobe and grabbed their jackets. He helped Nico sit on the bed and finally put one of them on Nico who just raised his arms, allowing himself to be dressed.

If he could, Percy would stay home today and make sure Nico stayed in his happy, content bubble of pleasure. That is, if it weren't for the exams coming up. They had studied too hard to let everything be ruined now.

"You didn't have to do that." Nico said, his face heating up, seeming to come back to reality.

Percy just looked at him and smiled, picking up their bags from the floor, Nico's guitar, and took Nico's hand that was now reluctantly dragging itself across the carpet, Percy guiding him out of the room towards the exit door.

***

Percy sat down on the bench and closed his eyes for a moment. Preparation for finals was starting and the teachers were determined to make his life miserable. Seven papers, surprise tests and group presentations, everything he didn't need right now. If he could just have a moment to catch his breath he was sure that—

"... cy ? Percy!”

"Hm?”

"You didn't listen to anything I said!”

Percy tried not to roll his eyes, but it seemed to be in vain. Luke was trying to say something that must be very important, Percy was sure. Something about the team, or probably about graduation. In fact, in his absence, Luke was proving to be a great leader, a good friend and someone he could trust even if the jealousy always got the better of him.

"I know you're busy with Nico and the future of your perfect life. But can you pay attention to me?”

Percy smiled at Luke and hugged him around the neck, reminding him of the thousands of nights where loneliness made him seek refuge in those same arms, but that no matter how hard Luke tried, it would never be enough for Percy. The reality is that beneath the flirting and fun, Luke was just another person looking for a place to belong.

"You don't need me. You never did.”

"Percy! I'm serious.”

“Me too,” Percy said. He turned to Luke and cupped his face, admiring him in a way Percy rarely did. It was a shame he already loved Nico. Luke deserved someone who loved him as much as he loved Nico. “I’m quitting the team this week.”

"What? Why now? So close to graduation?”

"It's a surprise. I'm not going to go to college here.”

"You can't drop everything because of him!”

"I received a good offer in Italy.”

"Are you sure? You tried so hard.”

“You deserve it more than me.”

"Me? What do I have to do with this?" Luke pulled away, leaning back, and scratched his head, completely confused.

"You'll make a great captain.”

“I…” Luke stuttered and stopped talking, and Percy could see real emotion flash across Luke's face for the first time in a while. “You don’t have to quit the team. We need you if we want to win.”

"Hm. Maybe. If you insist.”

***

In the end, Percy was defeated by sheer exhaustion, he would be vice captain while Luke would take his place. The coach seemed proud of them for some reason, and nothing really seemed to change, even though he didn't go to all the practices anymore. Without the practices, Percy had more time to talk to his mother and plan the next steps, like college and marriage. A house. But without Nico realizing that something very drastic was happening.

"Come to the next training practice.”

"Do I really need to?" Percy said to Luke and then turned to Grover who was beside him, hugging Juniper. Grover shrugged and Juniper smiled, the cheerleader just hugged Grover tighter and rested her head on his shoulder.

"The first game is in eight days. Please.”

"Just because you asked nicely.”

Percy ruffled Luke's hair, and Luke stood up, taking his bag and the clipboard with him. He watched Luke march out of the courtyard and saw Nico appear shortly after with his bag and guitar slung over his shoulder. An unusual sight. Nico would be at band practice at this time, getting ready for his performance at the prom, not here, looking like a puppy abandoned on the side of the road. Before Nico could disappear into the crowd of teenagers, Percy ran towards him, grabbing Nico by the shoulder, turning him towards himself.

“What happened?”

Percy could tell immediately that something was wrong. He touched Nico's face and turned it towards him, moving it in different angles. He felt around Nico's neck and ran his fingers down Nico's shoulders, finding nothing wrong. That is, until Nico looked at him through his eyelashes and blinked slowly in his direction.

"Nothing happened. Today's practice was canceled. The teacher was absent. Everyone was going out to eat... I rather stay here.”

"What happened on the way here?”

"It was nothing, I swear.”

Percy thought about continuing with his questions, but then he remembered his promise not to question Nico's actions. He would trust his baby.

"Do you want to rest a little or do you want to go home?”

He knew it wasn't fair, testing how dependent Nico really was on him. Imagine his relief when he saw Nico stop and think for a few seconds, his eyebrows furrowing and a pout of concentration appearing on his lips. Nico was taking a huge weight off Percy's shoulders without even knowing it; not because it was hard for Percy to keep deciding everything for the two of them, but because, this way, Percy knew he wasn't hurting Nico in any way or deepening any kind of trauma.

"Can we rest a little and then study?”

Percy groaned, already regretting asking. Nico could deny it, but he loved torturing him with endless study sessions. Percy was sure of it.

"Seriously? Is that all you think about?”

All Nico did was laugh, all delicate, and hold onto the strap of his backpack, acting cute and innocent.

"What's the problem? It'll be good for you. This way, we'll be training for college. "Nico continued smiling, using a very soft and gentle voice, and held his hands, making him forget the complaint that was about to come.

See? And then people called him manipulative and cold. That's because they never paid attention to what Nico did. Percy smiled back and took the backpack and guitar from Nico's shoulder, walking towards the benches in the open courtyard. He knew how much Nico liked to lie in the sunlight.

It was not a common sight, him sitting on the bench in the middle of the courtyard and Nico with his head in his lap. Nico had his eyes closed and was breathing calmly, while Percy massaged his hair, slowly and carefully, touching his small, soft ears, his long neck, the fragrant nape of his neck.

"Stop looking at me like that." Nico said with his eyes still closed, although Percy could feel his face between his hands slowly warming up.

"How am I looking at you?”

"Like I would run away.”

"That's not why I'm looking at you." Percy continued touching Nico's skin, running his fingers down Nico's neck, and stopping with his hand on the choker, finally leaning over Nico, kissing him softly on the leather. Percy raises his lips and finds that piece of skin, right behind Nico's ear, which makes the boy shiver from head to toe.

Of course this is the moment where Luke yells for them to find a room.

“Where did he come from?” Nico says, and something in his voice makes Percy stop and look at him, seeing Nico open his eyes softly. Percy could force himself to believe that nothing was wrong, but... it was so obvious. “I saw you hugging Luke.”

So, that was it.

"He's just a friend.”

"I don't like this." At this moment, Nico really looked at him and emphasized every word. "Just a friend? Just like he was when I was in Italy, is that it?”

"Wow." Percy was speechless. It was kind of funny, even if deep down Nico was right. Any friend could have become more when Nico was on the other side of the world and Percy was there, alone and lonely.

"Wasn't that what you did?”

“You’re right,” Percy said, trying to calm his fussy baby. “I didn’t know this was a problem.”

"You didn't act any different than me when I told you about my ex-boyfriend.”

Hm. That was true. As always, Nico was right.

Percy thought about justifying himself and saying that they were angry for different reasons. He didn't understand why Nico had to go looking for sex on the other side of the world and Nico didn't like that Percy had tried to replace him with the first person who appeared.

"I'm so sorry, baby. I swear that's in the past. I promise it won't happen again.”

“Have you had sex with other people or touching your “friends” is something usual?”

This time, Percy couldn't hold it in. He threw his head back and laughed. Gods! He missed Nico so much, the senseless jealousy and obsession they both had for each other. Even though he understood it was wrong, it was like coming home after a long, tiring day.

"Both. I won't do either without your consent.”

Then the cutest thing happened. Like the baby that Nico was, he pouted and puffed out his cheeks, showing his displeasure, and then he turned to the side, hiding his face in Percy’s belly.

"Sometimes I hate you. I hate this feeling that eats away inside of me. I want you all to myself. I know you do these things on purpose!" Nico raised his voice and sank even deeper into his lap, rubbing himself against Percy a little too much.

Now, who was doing what they shouldn't have done on purpose?

"Baby, I swear. I didn't do this--”

"Percy, it's been a while.”

Damn! Did she have to show up right now?

For a moment the voices around the courtyard seemed to fall silent, and there was a strange silence, as if the other people had frozen in place to listen better and see what would happen. Even Nico seemed to stop breathing, tensing in his arms and turning his back to Annabeth . And just when he said he wouldn't do those things...

"Per-cy!”

"You don't need to shout, everyone can hear you." He murmured, trying to ease the situation.

"When are you going to get tickets to the dance?”

"I don't know what you're talking about.”

"Don't you remember? You promised.”

"Only in your dreams.”

Percy couldn't help but look down and see that Nico was already staring at him, furious, a look so determined that he knew he would have to make amends. He barely realized that he was still holding Nico's hair and necklace, still with his fingers on Nico's skin, possessive and protective. The biggest surprise came next, Nico grabbed his hands and pulled them away from him, struggling to get up, trying to run away from him once again.

That was enough for Percy to spring into action. Percy pushed Nico back, and turned him around, making him sit on his lap, once again with his back to Annabeth .

"Where do you think you're going, hm?”

"I thought you wanted to talk to your friends.”

Oh, so much hurt, so much jealousy, so bitter. Would he be a horrible person just for knowing that Nico cared so much, even if it was through such bad emotions?

“Baby?”

“What is it?!”

Percy lifted Nico's head, who refused to look at him, and got closer to his ear, so that only Nico could hear:

"I love you. Only you and no one else.”

"Liar!”

"I would never spoil anyone the way I spoil you. I would never indulge your every whim or allow myself to be so vulnerable if I didn't love you. You know what else I would never do?”

"What?" This time, Nico's voice came out much lower, almost a whisper.

"I would never fuck you like I do to you. I would never accept submission from anyone other than you. Why would I choose anyone else when the most perfect, obedient thing is right in front of me. Hm? Answer me.”

Nico pulled back just enough to look at him, his face and ears now on fire. His attitude completely different than it had been five minutes ago.

"I... I'm sorry. I didn't mean to say those things. I just…”

"I should punish you. I should show you what naughty boys deserve.”

The moment would have been comical if Percy hadn't been so turned on, and apparently, Nico was too; he could feel the small bulge against his lower belly, and the way Nico moaned and held onto his shoulders would have told him what was going on anyway.

"Now, how are you going to apologize?”

"Apologize?" Nico looked confused, but even so, he moved closer to him, pressing their bodies together and hugging him by the neck.

Nico only needed a little push and their lips were connecting. Their tongues soon met and a breathy moan followed. Unfortunately, Percy couldn't let things go too far, after all they were still in public, and his baby was too good for those predatory eyes, looking for the next gossip.

Percy grabbed Nico by the back of his neck and pulled their mouths apart, watching Nico gasp as if they had done much more than just share a quick kiss. Maybe it wasn't a good idea to leave Nico without sex for too long.

"How about we go home, hm? Take a relaxing bath? I promise we'll study as much as you want tomorrow.”

Nico just nodded, blinking slowly. He helped Nico pick up his bags, and when he stood up, Annabeth was still standing in the middle of the path, closer than Percy would have liked her to be. Well, that didn't matter. As long as Annabeth didn't intrude on his life, she could do whatever she wanted, even if it meant watching him like a hawk.

SITTER'S LOVE - Nico!Babysitter, Percy!Teacher-father - Chapter II

Hi, how are you? Here's another chapter. I'll try to post every Monday, and more than one chapter if I can, as I'm translating as I post, I can't go any faster than that. But, I can guarantee a lot of fun. In this chapter Percy and Nico will meet. And Nico has been diagnosed with anxiety and that's going to make all the difference throughout the story.

I hope you have a good read!

Previous chapters: CHAPTER I

SITTER'S LOVE - Nico!Babysitter, Percy!Teacher-father - Chapter II

Nico got off the bus and stopped in front of a group of luxurious houses, already finding the place strange. He held his cell phone tightly and checked the address they had sent him. Yes, it was there, Pine Street… eh … which seemed to be right, there were trees so tall that they seemed to disappear among the clouds. He shrugged and walked along the wide sidewalk, feeling as if he had entered an unknown world when he saw that the bricks on the ground were painted a yellow color with a phosphorescent golden tone, stretching endlessly for long kilometers that seemed to come out of a fairy tale as the rows of houses disappeared into the horizon and beyond.

He couldn't help but be amazed by that place; there were large gates that delimited the properties, separated by even higher walls. Giant trees and smaller flowerbeds with flowers in different shapes and colors that blocked the view of the other houses or what was inside those gates.

He kept walking and then stopped in front of the complex with the number 17, where another large black iron gate rose higher than he could see. Nico couldn't express how strange it was to be in a place like that, the environment was so quiet and the absence of anyone there made his skin crawl. And just to be sure, he checked once more if that was the correct address. Nico scratched his hair, tempted to open the email with the contractor's information once more, because it could only be a mistake; what he was witnessing could not be called a house. Now that he was getting closer to the gates, he could see that it was a group of small, beautiful and well-structured mansions. White fences, large gardens, parks, swimming pools, gyms and everything else imaginable, in addition to security guards protecting the perimeter around the property and in the areas common to all residents.

It felt like he had actually entered a parallel reality, which was strange. Nico felt like he wasn’t someone these people would hire to work there, someone with no college degree, no qualifications, and no proper professional background. But since Nico was here… he shrugged again. What harm was there in trying?

He walked to the front of the gate and pressed the intercom:

"Excuse me, I'm Nico Di Ângelo. I have a meeting with Annabeth Chase at house 4.”

"Yes, good morning. Miss Chase left a message." The helpful and polite doorman told him. "She apologizes for not being able to receive you personally. We will direct you to the location.”

Nico was left to thank him and wait for the gates to open.

He swore he was trying to keep an open mind, but then the weirdest thing happened. As a part of the gate slid aside, two security guards three times his size looked him up and down and stopped in front of him.

"Documents. They're the condominium rules." Nico found it even stranger, but it was okay. Since he had embarked on this madness, he would see it through to the end.

He unzipped his backpack and handed them his driver's license. The taller, red-haired man took the document from his hands and pulled out a clipboard from inside the guardhouse post, stepped closer to him, looked at the information on his ID and then seemed to compare it with the information on the file.

The same bodyguard wrote something on the paper and handed the document and clipboard to him, saying: "Sign here." That was all the redhead said to him before Nico quickly signed and the security guard checked the signature. When the information seemed to match, the other security guard who was standing next to him waved and guided Nico to a car that was waiting for him in front of another smaller gate.

Nico let himself be led to the next gate and felt like laughing; first, was this some kind of luxurious prison? And second, why was there a mini golf cart there? The most interesting thing was that the car even came with a private driver.

Still finding it funny, he got into the car, put on his seatbelt and came across a boy his age, somewhere between twenty and twenty-five, brown hair, black eyes and a beautiful, wide smile.

"First time here?”

He nodded, trying not to show how much it all bothered and amused him at the same time.

"Don't worry, everyone gets a little scared the first time. What's your name?”

"Nico.”

"It's a pleasure, Nico. You can call me Gabe. I'll give you a ride for as long as you're here.”

"Why? Do you think I won't stay long?”

“No one stays. It's nothing personal. You know how these people are.”

"What are they like?”

"I think you'll find out, won't you?”

So, before he knew it, Gabe stopped the car in front of house number 4.

Grinning with dimples and white teeth, Gabe asked, “Can I?” And before Nico could answer, Gabe helped him unbuckle his seatbelt, walked around the car, and held out his hand to him.

"Don't forget, don't take it personally." He winked at Nico, all charming and walked around the car, getting into the driver's seat.

“Okay. Nothing personal. Sure.” Nico thought to himself, watching Gabe quickly walk away through the streets of the condominium, pulling away from there in his little car.

He allowed himself to take a deep breath and stared at the two-story house that was surrounded by a garden so extensive that it was impossible to see anything but nature, a few cars, and more trees that grew tall with voluminous foliage. Nico had no choice but to try to ignore the exuberance of the place, telling himself, it was nothing special; this would be just another job where he would stay for a few months, make some money, and move on to the next job until he had enough money to pay for his studies. Just another one among many others.

He took a few more steps towards the door and climbed the few steps, which were made of white and gray marble, following the rest of the house's design; everything was very pale and in pastel tones, which was clear even from the outside of the house. Then he rang the doorbell before his nerves got the best of him, leaving Nico to take another deep breath, trying to calm himself down.

He straightened his wrinkled clothes and held onto the strap of his backpack, running his hand through his hair, trying to fix it in the reflection of his cell phone screen, which proved to be useless. There was no miracle in this world that would make him feel appropriate or well-dressed, so he forced himself to wait as patiently as someone like him could.

It was no big deal, he told himself, once more. He always got nervous on the first day, and it didn't even have to do with the insufferable or abusive bosses Nico had had the pleasure of dealing with, no, it was all ingrained in his skin no matter where he went. It was part of his psychological condition. Although it didn't last long.

Impatient and overcome by anxiety, he rang the doorbell again, pressing the button harder than he intended at the exact moment the door opened abruptly, revealing a tall man, almost two meters tall, with messy black hair and intense green eyes that stared at him with disinterest. The man seemed to have jumped out of bed, wearing only gray sweatpants and showing... showing a trail of hair that led to a certain large volume in that place.

"Yes?" The man said hoarsely, his eyes barely open and so serious that Nico thought about turning around and escaping that strange situation.

Feeling even worse, as if someone was twisting his insides, Nico kept his eyes above the half-naked man's shoulders and checked his phone, double-checking the email the agency had sent.

House 4. Employer - Annabeth Chase.

"May I speak to Mrs. Annabeth Chase?

"Come back next month. Maybe next year, yeah? I never thought she liked the younger ones…" The man muttered quietly as if Nico shouldn't have heard, especially the last part, distracted, not even seeming to care about his presence.

“Sir…?”

"Jackson, Percy Jackson." He said reluctantly, yawning.

"Mr. Jackson." Nico said. He made a point of ignoring what the man was insinuating. "I was told about the childcare vacancy. The agency sent me here.”

"Ah.”

Percy Jackson didn't act as Nico expected. No, the man just raised his eyebrows and looked at him for the first time, seeming to analyze him, dissecting him with his analytical and intense green eyes, as if trying to decide if Nico was worth his time. Which made Nico feel even weirder, wanting to hide and punch that man in the face at the same time.

“Do you have experience with children?” Percy Jackson told him, even though that wasn’t what the man had intended to say. That much was clear to Nico.

"I've been taking care of my brothers since I was a child. Will that do?" When Nico saw that it seemed too disrespectful, he added: "The ad didn't require any specifications.”

"Let me see.”

It didn't seem like it was a request.

"Sure." He shrugged, pretending not to care about the whole interrogation.

Nico handed the phone to Mr. Jackson and felt victorious when the man found nothing wrong. Mr. Jackson just seemed to read it, turned his head to the side and sighed deeply, saying, “Typical of her.”

"If you want, I can leave." After all, no amount of money was enough to get through that kind of humiliation. Or what was yet to come. Nico was never sure what might happen.

"It's not your fault. Come in.”

Mr. Jackson made room for Nico to enter and then the door closed, starting something he could never have predicted.

Thank you for reading. Your thoughts are always welcome, they help me to improve the story.

We need to gatekeep fandom.

Fandoms are made by and for weird nerds.

Fandoms are suposed to be weird, fandoms are suposed to be cringe, fandoms are suposed to be horny.

Fandoms are inherently proship, as in, "ship and let ship" always was basic fandom etiquette before the normie invasion.

Fandoms aren't suposed to follow canon, fandoms aren't suposed to be pure, clean, sanitized or marketable.

Fandoms are for self-shippers, bad cosplayers, rule 34, bad fanart, strange headcanons, crackships, darkships, edgy fanart, bad fandubs, bad ocs, AMVs, rps, askblogs, confession blogs, cringy memes, random gore, fucked up re-imaginings and most importantly fandoms are about FUN

I think we were a little too kind letting the normies in while they were bored out of their mind during quarantine, because now fandoms are being destroyed by puritans who don't understand what fandoms are to their core.

This is not for you.

SITTER'S LOVE - Nico!Babysitter, Percy!Teacher-father - Chapter I

Hello, welcome to our story.

When I started writing this story, I planned to do something simple that would allow me to explore a fantasy I've always had, the teacher and the apprentice, and I took the opportunity to throw in a few tropes, such as babysitting, found family, abusive boyfriends, even more abusive relatives and a discreet D/s dynamic.

I feel it would be interesting to give a few warnings right at the start. There will be no underage sex in this story, although there will be a certain mental imbalance due to their age, and also a socio-economic imbalance, but that will disappear completely over time. At the moment I have about 100,000 words ready, with the promise of doubling that figure. We'll get to at least 150,000.

If you want to know more details, check out the story's masterpost. I hope you can join me on this journey.

SITTER'S LOVE - Nico!Babysitter, Percy!Teacher-father - Chapter I

That wasn't exactly one of the best days of Nico's life. In fact, it wasn't the best week, month or year.

"Nico." The place's manager said as soon as he saw Nico approaching the front door.

This was the moment Nico dreaded the most every morning since he started working there.

Andrew McMillan crept towards him with carefree steps and stopped in front of him, greeting Nico all happy and excited. The manager had his hair slicked back, white skin and dark eyes that always turned his stomach. Nico couldn't say the man was ugly, because in fact, he was one of the most handsome men he had ever met. But there was something about him, something behind those dark and calculating eyes, that made him rethink every word that came out of the man's mouth, making him look for the double meaning that always came, sooner or later.

The manager looked him up and down, victorious, staring at him with malice, eyes that sparked more with every second that passed, in which neither of them said anything.

‘Yeah, it was today,’ Nico thought.

His shoulders slumped and he sighed, resigned to his fate. Andrew seemed to grow even happier as he wrote something down on his clipboard.

Smiling even wider at him, Andrew went back to examining Nico as if he were a mysterious specimen, appreciating him in a way that made Nico feel uncomfortable, something that only this manager had managed to do in his few years of life. And even if it was a mask, Nico wouldn't let Andrew know how those looks made him want to vomit, how his anxiety grew as they continued to stand in the middle of the sidewalk, especially knowing that no one would come to his rescue.

This could only mean one thing.

"Sir, I can explain everything. I--”

"Was the bus late? Were you stuck in traffic?" Andrew shook his head, feigning regret and touched his shoulder, making Nico freeze in revulsion, feeling a fear he didn't know where it came from. "This time, there's nothing I can do for you.”

"Please, I need this job!”

"I'm on your side, you know that, Nico. But rules are rules. This is the fifth time this month.”

"Is there nothing you can do?”

Nico regretted asking as soon as the words left his mouth.

"Maybe there is, but I don’t know…"Andrew crossed his arms and moved closer to Nico, as if he was going to tell him a secret. "This requires a sacrifice. Are you willing to do it?”

"Ah." Nico said, taking a step back.

It wasn't the first time Andrew had said something like that. The thing was, Nico had never taken any of those... suggestions seriously, but now that he was here, he didn't know if he wanted to stay in a place like that, even if he could or really needed to.

“I’m sorry, Nico,” Andrew said, his voice sounding compassionate and gentle, before adding, “We can’t forget to stop by HR, okay?”

Nico didn't know what had changed that morning. He had woken up early, showered, grabbed his backpack from the doorknob of his room, and walked through the hallways of his house, silently so as not to wake anyone. He had taken the crowded bus at the same time and faced an hour's journey to get to his current job, a restaurant that claimed to be gourmet, but was actually a hybrid imitation of those fast food restaurants; burgers, sandwiches, milkshakes, and pizzas of all flavors. And like every other day, he had gotten off the bus right on time and rushed to the dignified establishment where he worked.

Of course, his manager was waiting for him at the entrance, like every other day. He had peeked inside the place and saw that they had already opened all the doors, cleared the tables and put the chairs in place, and he could hear the noise of people already working at their posts.

So, a little confused, but accepting his fate, Nico followed Andrew through the restaurant in that strange walk of shame. It wouldn't be the first time something like this would happen, the rotation of workers being quite large there. Still, most people looked at him with smiles as evil as Andrew's, and the others, who looked at him with sincere pity, he would miss. Apart from that, everything else could explode if it were up to him.

Nico lifted his head, held his bag tightly, and headed to the back of the restaurant where the accounting was located. He might be leaving, but Andrew would regret abusing his power.

***

"Man, I can't believe you did that! My little hero." Will said, breaking into a huge smile.

Nico didn't know how long he could hold out like this.

Will looked him up and down and hugged him tightly after squeezing his cheeks until they were so sore, his boyfriend's behavior becoming so energetic that Nico thought they would stretch and fall to the floor, limp. A kiss came next, sweet and soft on his face, another on his chin, slowly going down with those little pecks that only served to make him more irritated.

"Will, stop it! And I'm not small. How can five feet nine inches be small?

Nico closed his eyes for a moment and took a deep breath, he just needed to breathe.

Usually he wouldn't mind Will being so close, he even liked it when Will touched him in that slightly overly sexual way, but nothing that went beyond what he felt comfortable doing. Today wasn't one of those days; today those soft caresses suffocated him, making him feel trapped inside a box that had no escape, or holes for air to enter. Will was suffocating him, strangling him with that care that his boyfriend insisted on offering when Nico hadn't asked for it.

He took a deep breath and dodged Will's lips, pushing him by the shoulder. He threw his backpack at Will, followed by a punch in his boyfriend's shoulder. Yes, Will, his burly, idiot boyfriend just laughed, his square, kind face annoying him a little more with each passing second. As though it wasn't enough to have spent two hours at the police station and be questioned like he was the one who had committed the crime, he had to spend an extra hour in the HR office denying the "bonuses" and "benefits" in exchange for "confidentiality". Some time later, when he was released from the interrogation, Mr. Jones, the owner of that franchise, did everything he could to prevent him from filing a complaint, especially when he saw that the cameras at the restaurant's door had recorded everything in audio and video, having enough evidence to accuse the manager of abuse of power and sexual harassment.

Honestly? Nico knew that nothing would come of it and that the case would take a long time to go to the court, and at the same time, he knew that he had to do it; all those afternoons having to listen to jokes that, deep down, were too sincere, needed to be reported. Without wasting time and feeling very avenged, Nico did the only thing he could, he took out his cell phone and filed the complaint. Police cars soon blocked the front of the establishment and the employees were dismissed, while Mr. Jones and company were sued for moral damages and abuse of power. Now, whether he would win the case remained to be seen in the future when the court decision was made.

The real problem arose when Nico was released from questioning. With no money for lunch and just enough for a bus ticket, he decided that continuing on with his day as if nothing had happened was the best tactic. Dragging himself through the streets after leaving the police station, Nico walked the few blocks, forcing himself to visit Will at the community center, just as he always did at that time of day; Nico would meet Will at lunch, the only time Will was free to talk, and then he would go home to look for another job until he had enough to pay for college.

Nico turned the corner and continued on his way, distracted and so upset by the last few hours that he barely noticed what was happening. When he saw it, hands grabbed him by his waist and dragged him to a nearby alley while someone pressed him against the wall and a mouth placed itself on his without his permission. And he was so distressed that he only realized it was Will when he punched him in the stomach and kicked him well in the groin.

"Will Solace!" Nico gasped in surprise, anger, fury. Although Nico admitted that he was a little traumatized by the whole experience, this was not the right time or place to do that kind of thing. He also admitted that he was not in his best moment, Nico could kill someone if given the right motivation.

Will didn't seem to care what he was saying. Groaning breathlessly, Will walked in his direction and held Nico by the waist one more, saying: "You don't do that to a man, shorty.”

So this time, feeling guilty and a little afraid of what Will might do, or worse, afraid that Will might say something to his father, Nico let Will continue. Will lifted him a little off the ground and Nico automatically wrapped his arms and legs around Will.

Will… he… Will didn’t like being contradicted, you know? If things didn’t go exactly as Will wanted, something could explode or be thrown into the air. Nico preferred to avoid that kind of argument. Or other kinds of reactions. It wouldn’t be the first time they fought about the lack of sex or Nico’s absence in general. He wasn’t ready and Will was. He didn’t want to get married and Will had already bought the rings. Nico definitely didn’t want to live with him while Will had bought a house with a nursery and everything else they could possibly need in Will’s twisted dreams. Nico didn’t even know if he wanted that kind of responsibility, but still, this was him trying to make an effort for his parents and everyone else who thought the wedding would happen soon. And maybe… just maybe… it wouldn’t be so bad to have a handsome and hot boyfriend who was willing to be with someone as boring and… old-fashioned as him. Despite knowing Will's mistakes, ignoring the people Will kept behind his back, he didn't care as long as everyone remained satisfied.

Nico kept asking himself… who dated for three years and didn’t want to have sex? Or didn’t care about cheating?

He couldn't explain it, there was something about it all... something between them that didn't feel... right. I mean, the problem should be him, right? Will was cheating on him because Nico couldn't take that last step, no matter how many times Will tried; Nico always gave up at the final moment. It just felt... wrong, like Nico was about to make the biggest mistake of his life.

Nico felt a strange and uncomfortable shiver run up his spine when Will held him tighter than usual and pulled him firmly by the hair, whispering in his ear:

"I missed you so much, shorty. Where have you been that you haven't answered your cell phone?

Oh, maybe he wasn't that uncomfortable after all... It’s like, Will was always too gentle, you know? So careful, and all that care made Nico feel weak, like he was going to break into a thousand pieces at any moment, and Nico didn't like that one bit. But when Will lost control? Touching him hard and willingly, without fear of hurting him as if he actually wanted to hurt him, but just a little, just to leave a mark on him, just like Will was doing now...? That was another story. It was at those times that Nico would say yes if Will asked him. The fact was that if Will had to force himself to be nice to treat him well... Nico didn't want to live with someone who deep down pretended to be something he wasn't. It didn't matter the reason.

"Are you listening to me?" Nico heard a soft voice next to his ear again. He felt goosebumps rise up his spine and gave up trying to reason.

Nico wanted to say that he hadn't done it on purpose. He wanted to answer Will's text and calls and even if he wanted to tell him everything that had happened right away, he wouldn't have been able to, he was in the middle of a police interrogation; not that the answer to that seemed important at the moment, not to Will. He went back to kissing Nico as if that was the only goal in his life and all the air or thoughts fled from both of their heads.

That... that was so wrong, right in the middle of the street where anyone passing by could see them... Nico shifted and tried to speak, feeling the air leave his body, uncomfortable for another reason. Well, maybe he groaned softly, Nico couldn't tell, tried to pull away from Will only to be pulled back against his will.

"What's the problem? "Will said between sighs and bites, his tongue returning to Nico's mouth, massaging his lips and moving in the way that Nico liked the most, making him relax a little more, just enough for Will to lower the zipper of his pants.

And again, he had no choice. Will slipped his fingers inside Nico's underwear, making him gasp. However, that was when Nico heard something, a loud sound that made him open his eyes and realize what they were doing. Nico then pulled his mouth away from Will's lips, pushed him by the shoulders and put his legs on the floor while he zipped up his own pants, looking for his ringing cell phone. He definitely should have gone home instead of going all the way two blocks to the community center where children and teenagers came for help.

Well, customs were hard to break.

Nico finally bent down, unzipped his backpack and found the damn cell phone that was at the bottom of a narrow pocket.

"Nico Di Ângelo? We have a job for you." Someone spoke immediately, barely letting him answer the call.

It was Caren from the employment agency, her dry, grumpy voice recognizable anywhere. Impolite and rude, it sounded high-pitched to his ears.

"Sure. What would it be about?”

"Taking care of two children during the day. With overtime pay and labor rights.”

It would definitely be better than his last job. Nico could trust that.

"When?”

"Tomorrow at 7am.”

"Okay. Should I wear a uniform?”

"No, just show up on time.”

So, the phone was hung up on him and Will, who was next to him leaning against the wall, laughing, touching his face and kissing him now softly.

"Looks like our fun is over.”

"You didn't see anything. Do you know what happened today?" Will raised his eyebrows and leaned towards Nico, curious, which made him feel very relieved. He loved Will, but he wasn't in the mood for any kisses.

So, what did you think? Uninteresting? Should I exclude these scenes?

SITTER'S LOVE - Nico!Babysitter, Percy!Teacher-father - Masterpost

Hi, how are you? As I promised, I'm here with a new story. I mean, it's not new, but I've never posted it here. However, I already have some chapters posted elsewhere, on Tapas and Patreon in portuguese, in their original versions. They're going to be short chapters, but I still wanted to share them with you, especially in case plagiarism shows up. (Someone came along with a sad story trying to use my story and my words, you know? So I'll bring other stories here too, for documentation purposes)

We have a portuguese verson too. Right here.

This story started because I wanted to tackle something different, something very cliché, something quick that turned out to be longer and more in-depth than I wanted (I was trying to overcome the blockage of another story). Sometimes the life story of the characters speaks louder, and so the story was born. A father who's trying his best and a boy who's scraping together money to get into a top college.

As always, the characters are very OOC, quite out of character with the canon, although I've tried to keep their essence. So, consider the story more of an original than a fanfic. I decided to focus on character and world building that sounded realistic. I thought about how Percy would act and what his personality would be if he was raised in a strict and demanding way, among incredibly wealthy people and educated to be the CEO of one of the most important companies in one of the most important metropolises in the world. Nico, on the other hand, comes from a humble background, his father being involved with political figures in a small town just a few hours from the big city, raised to conform to whatever his father decided was right, but wanting more of life than to marry whoever his father told him, more than to conform to a small town life.

Basically, that's the premise of this story. Now, how these two people meet is the mystery that will soon turn into something more than pure attraction. So far I have two narrative arcs ready, the story currently at 95,000 words. There is no sex in the first 40,000 words, although there is some innuendo that sounded more interesting to me than the sex itself.

The first chapter is slightly slow, but I promise that from the second onwards things will get more interesting. The chapters are short because the monetization platform requires the chapters to be short, so I strutured the chapters this way. So every three parts would be what I usually put in a chapter. If you could read it and give me some honest feedback, I'd appreciate it. I'm thinking of deleting the entire first chapter, so your opinion might help me decide that.

Now, on to the official information:

I have two covers for this story, although I usually use the second one.

Synopsis: Okay, he told himself. Nothing personal. Sure. No big deal, just another job where Nico would stay for a few months, make some money and move on to the next job until he had enough for college. He took a few steps towards the door and climbed the few steps, these made of white and gray marble. Soon after, he rang the doorbell before his nerves got the better of him. Impatient and overcome by anxiety, Nico rang the doorbell again, pressing the button harder than he intended at the exact moment the door opened, revealing a tall man, almost seven feet tall, with messy black hair and intense green eyes that stared at him with disinterest. Okay, nothing personal.

AMOR DE BABÁ - Nico!Babá, Percy!Professor - Capítulo II

Olá, como vai? Mais um capítulo chegando. Nessa parte Nico e Percy vão se conhecer. Espero que vocês gostem!

CAPÍTULOS ANTERIORES: Capítulo I

— Nico.

Casa 4. Empregadora - Annabeth Grey.

— Posso falar com a senhora Annabeth Grey?

— Volte no próximo mês. Talvez no próximo ano, sim?

A agência me enviou aqui.

— Ah.

— Me deixe ver.

Não parecia ter sido um pedido.

— Claro.

Ana.

AMOR DE BABÁ - Nico!Babá, Percy!Professor - Capítulo I

Olá, sejam bem-vindos a nossa história.

Espero que vocês possam me acompanhar nessa jornada.

AMOR DE BABÁ - Nico!Babá, Percy!Professor - Capítulo I

— Senhor, posso explicar tudo. Eu--

— O ônibus atrasou? Ficou preso no trânsito?

— Will disse, abrindo um sorriso enorme.

— Will Solace! — Nico arfou surpreso, irritado, enfurecido.

Will… ele… Ele não estava pronto e Will estava.

Will lhe traía porque Nico não conseguia dar aquele último passo, não importava quantas vezes Will tentasse; Nico sempre desistia no momento final.

— Claro.

Agora, vamos as informações oficiais:

The Hunger Games has the FUNNIEST arranged marriage of all time btw. Katniss realizes she'll have to marry Peeta and she's obviously upset so Haymitch tries to comfort her by saying "you could do a lot worse" and Katniss is like "well DUH of course I could do worse than Peeta he's the best & handsomest person on the face of the planet but that's not the POINT I want to be able to choose for MYSELF". Then she goes and chooses Peeta anyway lol. Comedy gold I tell you

THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME - PERCY/NICO AU HIGH SCHOOL - CHAPTER XXVI

Hi, how are you? I'm late, but I'm here. In this chapter we develop our protagonists' relationship a little more. I hope you enjoy it.

CHAPTER I / CHAPTER II / CHAPTER III / CHAPTER IV / CHAPTER V / CHAPTER VI / CHAPTER VII / CHAPTER VIII / CHAPTER IX / CHAPTER X / CHAPTER XI / CHAPTER XII / CHAPTER XIII / CHAPTER XIV / CHAPTER XV / CHAPTER XVI / CHAPTER XVII / CHAPTER XVIII / CHAPTER XIX / CHAPTER XX / CHAPTER XXI / CHAPTER XXII / CHAPTER XXIII / CHAPTER XXIV / CHAPTER XXV

Nico snuggled deeper into Percy's arms, sighed, and feeling content, picked up the diary next to his pillow. The sun was still hiding in the sky and Nico already felt energized, the excess energy only encouraged that feeling of contentment to intensify. However, something held him in place, making him look out the window, allowing Nico to see the pool and the barbecue area. Never in his wildest dreams did he think that one day he would be so happy, feeling on top of the world.

Things weren't always easy, but Nico wouldn't trade Percy's presence for anything in the world.

He peeked out of the corner of his eye and saw that Percy was still asleep, sprawled out on the bed. Arms spread, belly up, with nothing to cover his body. Nico couldn't help but laugh, his chest growing warmer at the overwhelming thought. If Nico had known the power he had, that with a few words and a little courage, he could have all his  wishes granted, Nico would have done it years ago. Or maybe, he wouldn't. Maybe everything was happening at the right time and at the right moment.

The truth is, it took a long time for Nico to feel like himself, like he was someone worthy of having his own wants and desires, and not merely an object that other people could use.

He remembered very little of his childhood, most of his memories of his mother preserved in photographs, others, cooking or tending the garden with her, everything else lost in the long days before meeting Percy, leaving him with phantom feelings and impressions, hidden in a part of his mind that Nico could not access. However, if there was one thing that Nico still remembered, it was being a shy, lonely and traumatized boy; all he felt was fear and loneliness, alone in his crystal world, made of fictional superheroes and damsels in distress; his mother dead and abandoned by his father, a sister who, when she had time, paid attention to him, saying that his father was busy, but that she loved him. That was why, from an early age, Nico learned not to trust people. They approached him for a reason and they would always take something from him, even his sister, who at that time insisted on convincing him that staying there was better than returning to Italy and, in fact, it was Hades who asked her to keep Nico away from his real family, because, that way, the man would continue to have access to his mother's money as his legal guardian.

In the end, everyone was the same, everyone had the intention of taking advantage of him in one way or another. That is, until Percy showed up. First, Percy offered help. Then, a home, a family, company, affection. And instead of asking something from him, Percy offered and kept offering, leaving him confused for years. Even the money that Nico never had trouble getting, Percy made a point of offering. Or rather, sharing it with him. For many years Nico couldn't understand, how could someone give so much and not want anything in return?

Well, now Nico understood what Percy wanted from him. It just hadn't crossed his mind that Percy might be looking for a friend.

This was so sad and ironic that Nico wanted to cry, he wanted to go back in time and relive everything. Every moment and every laugh, every hug and innocent night shared. He wanted to go back and fix his mistakes before they even happened, he wished he had appreciated it more how things were and changed what happened in these last two years away from Percy, even though they had been essential for both of them.

No, it was better not to torture himself over something he couldn't fix. Nico wiped his face and opened the diary, flipping through the pages, realizing that only now that he had returned to Percy's side, the desire to draw and write had returned with him. It was strange, Nico might have even drawn when he was at his grandmother's house, something to keep himself busy, just to show that everything was okay and to reconnect with his grandfather and cousins. Even the small passages he wrote, those little scribbles, made in the hope that Percy would read them, were something he had lost the will to do during those years away from here.

In some ways, it was liberating. The freedom to do something because he wanted to and to know that Percy accepted him as he was, even if it was his deepest, most humiliating desires, and that Percy still chose to be with him was... it was the best feeling in the world.

Nico brought his hand to his throat, fingering the diamonds in his collar, and looked back at Percy, sleeping peacefully beside him, his chest rising and falling slowly, his long legs stretched out on the bed, a considerable bulge resting between them. Should Nico write something that... would continue to encourage Percy to feel as free as he did? Maybe Nico could reflect on last night?

Nico bit his lip and shrugged. That was why Percy had given him the diary, wasn't it?

“My safe word isn’t ‘no.’ Begging you to stop doesn’t mean I’m telling you to stop.

Tears, crying, and moaning are not a safe word. If I need to use it, I will. Until then, have fun.”

Nico stared at what he had written for a moment. He never imagined that someday he would be writing this kind of thing, but... it felt like something was missing. After all, Percy was giving him exactly what Nico had always wanted, so why not tell him everything he thought? Percy knew all his secrets, what was the harm in telling him all his thoughts too?

“Sometimes I’m not sure about anything. Other times, my whole being wants to be dominated and subjugated by you. Sometimes, I want you to force me, to hold me against the bed and give me no choice. Other times, I want you to just hold me and tell me everything is going to be okay. Can you decide these things for me? Can you give me pleasure and make me feel pain, just enough so that the memories of the past fade away?

I'm confused. Other people have hurt me and none of them have made me feel the way you do. Why is it different with you? Why do fear and uncertainty make me float with you?

So don't ask me what I want, just do it. I'll never blame you, you'll never disappoint me. Because I know that with you, I'm safe.”

Gods! He quickly closed the diary and brought it to his chest, squeezing his eyes shut. This wasn't exactly what Nico had in mind! What would Percy think of him? He hadn't meant to put all this weight on Percy's shoulders! He knew perfectly well that it wasn't right or fair to expect Percy to do... do this for him! Nico didn't even know what he was thinking anymore, he was just sure that he didn't want anything to change. Maybe if he hid the diary, Nico could avoid yet another forced therapy session.

Yes, that was what Nico was going to do it! He grabbed the diary and moved forward, wondering where he would hide it. Nico would have done it if Percy's hand hadn't moved to his waist, holding him tight and pulling him towards him. That made Nico stop, staying where he was, like a statue, now pressed against Percy's chest, the sleepy voice sounding near his ear.

"Where does my baby think he's going? Hmm?”

"Per! I... I..." Nico didn't know what to do. If he stuck his face under the pillow and never came out of there, would that be acceptable?  "I couldn't sleep.”

"Then, let Daddy rock you to sleep.”

Nico found it amazing how Percy could turn a simple sentence into a command. Or how he could sound so sexual without putting in any effort in it. Maybe it was all in his head, his anxiety making him see things that weren't even there.

“Baby,” Percy called in that velvety voice, and all his efforts to pretend nothing had happened went down the drain.

Nico turned in Percy's arms and faced him, feeling his body heat up as Percy got closer, now hugging him from behind and massaging his neck, running his hands through his hair. It was these moments that made him realize that he would do whatever Percy told him to do.

"Where did that little head of yours go, hm?”

When Nico continued to stare at him, Percy continued, a playful smile appearing on his lips.

"How about you let go of the diary?”

"Oh.”

Nico hadn't even realized what he was doing, he was hugging the diary to his chest, keeping Percy away from him.

Slowly, Percy raised his hand and took the diary from Nico's hands, staring at the cover of the notebook for a few seconds.

"What are you up to? If I open this, will I find a surprise?”

"What? No! Of course... no." Nico felt his face heat up and tried to think of a better excuse. If he acted quickly, he could still get out of this situation unharmed.

Unfortunately, Nico was too slow. Still smiling, Percy opened the diary, finding the last written page, marked by the pen.

Nico didn't want to look, he didn't! He buried his face in Percy's neck and hoped for the best.

"Hm. Now, now. Safe words? And.." Then, Percy stopped talking in the next moment, tensing up.

However, it seemed that Percy was willing to keep the truce between them. He merely moved and pulled Nico closer, making him sit on his lap. Percy grabbed Nico by the neck, making Nico face him, and kissed his lips, a soft and unhurried touch.

"I love you too. No matter what happens.”

Nico could only nod in agreement, watching Percy's green eyes shine in the dim light of the room.

"I always forget how strong you are. How much you've lived." Percy slid his fingers down the back of Nico's neck and began to stroke his hair there, looking at him seriously. "I promise I won't ask anymore, I won't doubt your decisions.”

"You don't have to do these things for me. It's very selfish.”

"I want to do it. I like it. I feel guilty for liking it so much." Percy seemed to think for a few moments and then spoke again, his voice softening, but his gaze burning Nico completely. “If I could, I would put you on a leash and not take my eyes off you. I would control all your thoughts and desires, your pleasure and your pain, your orgasms.”

"And why don't you do it?" Nico found himself saying, diving into the fantasy.

Well, maybe it wasn't a fantasy. Maybe Nico would be willing to do that and more if Percy made that decision for them.

"It's not right. I wouldn't be any different from Hades." However, Percy seemed to be really thinking about it, stroking Nico's hair as if he were a docile pet. "We can start slowly.”

Nico thought he had moaned, feeling a tremor run through his body, as if Percy was doing much more than just touch his hair and talk to him.

"What do you think about this? Want to try it?”

Nico nodded again, forgetting about the diary, the old memories, and the thin walls.

"How?”

"Hmmm." Percy stared at him for a few more moments, making his anxiety reach new peaks of adrenaline. Nico didn't need to worry because Percy soon had mercy on him. "Take the box I showed you yesterday. It's on the floor near the wardrobe.”

With shaky legs, Nico obeyed. He got out of bed, his legs feeling weak and almost tripped in the dark room, spotting the box in a corner near the wall. Nico picked it up and brought it close to Percy who opened it, revealing the items inside.

"W... what is this?”

The question was rhetorical, of course.

It wasn’t that Nico didn’t know what those things were. What was important to note was the intention behind the gesture. A muzzle, a blindfold, soft handcuffs, and a large, thickly textured pink collar. Something Nico had seen a few months ago, but never thought he would get to wear it. The collar was so big and looked so heavy…

“What do you think?” Percy asked again, watching him closely.

"I don't know." Nico whispered, distracted by the thought of what it all meant.

"Go ahead, choose one of them.”

Nico couldn't help but grab the pink collar and gasp. Maybe he was in shock, maybe it was the surprise. The leather strap was heavier than he thought, soft to the touch, but simple and beautiful. It almost felt like he was being proposed to for the third time. Like, this time it seemed to be something decisive, didn't it? A physical proof that was impossible not to notice, since the collar was bigger than his head.

“Did you like it?”

Nico finally looked at Percy, immediately regretting it. Percy wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary. He was, in fact, standing still, with his back against the bed frame, Percy was not even touching him. Was it all in his head? Has Percy always looked at him that way? Or was it something new, something hidden? Nico wasn't sure, but if he could bet, it seemed like Percy wanted to do something really bad to him, something that Nico would willingly let him do, and that probably neither of them would feel any remorse for.

“Oh.” Nico gasped, his reaction coming too late, realizing that maybe what Percy had said about… about putting him on a leash wasn’t just to make Nico feel good.

For a moment Nico felt the need to run away, like last time, feeling like a prey, like he was going to be devoured if he wasn’t careful. This was what he wanted, wasn’t it? For Percy to dominate him completely? For him to not hold back? He just hadn’t expected… this. All of this. He hadn’t expected to feel so desired.

Percy shifted, leaning toward him, and Nico let it happen, realizing what he felt was far from fear. He let Percy take the collar from his hands and place the heavy leather around his neck, above his choker, buckling the bolt tight enough for the collar to stay in place.

Nico gasped and put his hands to his throat, holding onto the collar and Percy's hands, who was still holding him by the neck. Nico couldn't help but notice, Percy had that intense and strange expression on his face, his fingers around his neck, enjoying the texture of the leather against his warm skin, caressing where his neck met the collar. Nico didn't understand, he thought he was going to pass out, no matter how much air he got into his lungs or if the collar wasn't so tight. His hands were shaking, his eyes were watering, his head was spinning. His body was throbbing.

“Baby,” Percy finally said, breaking some of the tension. His voice was playful, laughing at his face, but low and husky, mocking him and comforting him in equal measures. “Breathe.”

Nico didn't like this. He thought it was wrong and that in the end, it was all just a fantasy. Now that he was faced with the reality, he didn't know if he could face it. Maybe... maybe he wasn't so submissive after all and just wanted to... feel protected?

"Shhhh, it's okay. I'm taking it off now. See? It's over.”

Percy raised his hand and showed that, indeed, the collar was now in his hands. So why did Nico still feel so... so ready to run away or have a panic attack, but so excited and anxious, that the feeling made him freeze like a small animal about to be slaughtered?

"It's okay if you're not ready, it's a big responsibility.”

"I hate you!" Nico screamed, frustration leaving his body with the high-pitched sound.

No, that wasn't true. He didn't hate Percy, but sometimes he hated what Percy made him feel. Or the problem was that he liked it more than he should.

"You hate me, do you?" Percy dropped the collar on a random corner of the bed and grabbed his hair, pulling it, making Nico moan. "I'm showing you what it means to be a submissive.”

"I... I didn't ask for this!”

“You think you can just get away with the easy parts and ignore the rest?” Percy didn’t raise his voice or even look angry, though his eyes were still bright and his expression was as serious as before, maybe even more intense. But there was something… something that burned inside him and sent shivers down his spine.

"I didn't mean to--"

"You never do.”

The truth was, Nico hadn't thought about it. Did he just want the easy part? It had to be true. It wasn't the first time he'd tried to run away. Maybe that was the solution.

"Hmmm… I have to consent, right? So, I... allow you... to…”

"What are you trying to say, Nico?”

"I consent to you forcing me when I don't want to... I allow you to stop me from running away, if I try to.”

"Gods, Nico!" Now Percy looked like the same boy he knew, his face contorted between a grimace of pain and a maniacal smile. "What do I do with you?”

"Don't leave me.”

“Gods!” Percy practically growled, catching him off guard in a tight hug, pressing their shoulders and abdomen together. “Let’s forget about this. Neither of us are ready for that step.”

"Liar " Now that Nico saw it, it was so obvious. Percy had always been ready, he was just the one who was still too innocent to realize what was happening before it was too late.

“Okay,” Percy agreed. “How about we save the collar for... special occasions?”

"Like what?”

"When you're excited, there's no one around and... you want something more intense.”

"Like last night?”

“Of course,” Percy said. So why did Nico think that wasn’t the case?

So, what do you think? Comments are always welcome.

See you soon!

UPDATE! Retrospectiva e planos futuros

Espero que vocês possam me acompanhar nesse próximo.

Vamos tentar recuperar o tempo perdido. Me desejem sorte.

Estou testando algumas plataformas.

THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME - PERCY/NICO AU HIGH SCHOOL - CHAPTER XXV

Hi, how are you? This chapter is a direct follow-up to the previous chapter. If I remember correctly, it has something to do with silk… +18!

Have a good read!

CHAPTER I / CHAPTER II / CHAPTER III / CHAPTER IV / CHAPTER V / CHAPTER VI / CHAPTER VII / CHAPTER VIII / CHAPTER IX / CHAPTER X / CHAPTER XI / CHAPTER XII / CHAPTER XIII / CHAPTER XIV / CHAPTER XV / CHAPTER XVI / CHAPTER XVII / CHAPTER XVIII / CHAPTER XIX / CHAPTER XX / CHAPTER XXI / CHAPTER XXII / CHAPTER XXIII / CHAPTER XXIV

Percy couldn't stop asking himself, did Nico have any idea how obedient he was? It wasn't normal, he was sure of that.

Percy had met many subs up until that point and none of them, no matter how much they swore eternal servitude, none of them obeyed him without hesitation. He had the impression that for most people submitting to others was just part of the fun, and as soon as it wasn't so fun anymore, that submission would disappear in the blink of an eye. That’s the real reason he had refused to accept anyone other than Nico; if Percy was willing to commit himself completely, total obedience was the least he expected to receive in return, during sex and outside of it.

That turned out to be the only reason he would get down on his knees in front of someone, although being able to touch Nico wrapped in silk would change his mind very quickly any other day. Nico had even shaved from head to toe, smelling nice and soft. Hands holding the sheets above his head and legs spread, Nico moaned. Indeed, a beautiful gift decorated with a silk bow. And if Nico was his to have, Percy would do as he pleased. He would make Nico understand how things worked here, exactly as Nico had written in the diary.

It was so fast that Percy didn't even have time to prepare himself. Nico arched his spine and writhed all over, cumming in his mouth. Maybe he had gone too fast, too soon. Nico wanted to surprise him, didn't he? Then Nico would get a surprise too.

“So beautiful. That was fast.” Percy said, seeing Nico's reaction to his voice.

Percy had discovered that if he talked to Nico during sex, it was easier to keep Nico present in the moment instead of letting him get carried away on endorphins. Percy liked to see when Nico got carried away too, but for what he was going to do, it was better for Nico to be conscious. Or as conscious as possible.

“Do you think you can take it one more time?”

“Hm?” Nico murmured, slightly lost. He blinked slowly and looked in his direction, docile and submissive.

“Do you remember your word? Repeat it for me.”

“Pie.”

“Good boy. Now, I want you to hold here.” Percy took Nico's hand to his hair and made him grab it.” If it's too much, pull hard or use your word. Do you understand?

Nico nodded and opened his eyes wide, seeming to understand what was happening. Still, Percy waited a few moments and only when Nico spread his legs wider did Percy lower his head again.

He placed Nico's legs on his shoulders and gave his semi erect cock a long lick, starting at the base and licking the short length until he reached the little head, now slightly reddish. He sucked the tip, using his tongue to gently brush there and then, he enveloped it completely, going down to the base. Nico was so soft that Percy wanted to bite it, so small and cute, knowing that the member would never reach his throat, fitting perfectly on his tongue.

He heard a long moan, feeling Nico grow a little in his mouth, and yet, that was one of the most comfortable blowjobs he had ever given in his life. Not that Percy had given many, but... it was fun. It even seemed like no one had done that for Nico before him, if it were for the way Nico moaned, which was a shame. Better for him, so he could enjoy this unique moment knowing he was the first one. Anyway, he would make Nico understand who had the power there; if Nico had decided to provoke him, he would have to face the consequences too.

Percy heard another moan, this one much deeper, and looked at Nico, pressing his lips together as he moved down Nico's member once more. The little boy was still wearing the top of his lingerie, a pink bra, with an almost transparent texture, that stretched across his chest, highlighting his erect nipples. The thong, a small triangular piece of fabric as transparent as the bra, was held up by one of his long, soft legs. And in that, Nico was right. Percy liked pretty things, but he had never thought that something so feminine would catch his attention like that. Then he heard another moan, seeing Nico's chest rising and falling faster, his legs wrapping around Percy's neck, his grip on his hair firmer, but still delicate.

Should Percy help him out? Yes, that's what he was going to do. Percy pulled away for a moment, wet his fingers with saliva, and then slid them down, finding Nico's entrance that was pulsing uncontrollably.

“This was missing, hm? I know how much you like it.” Percy massaged the wrinkled skin for a few moments and then his fingers entered, sliding inside without any problems.

Today Nico was full of surprises. The little boy bent over and again, he squealed at the top of his lungs, not giving Percy time to prepare himself; Nico moaned for a long time, pulled his hair and came on Percy's face, hitting him on the nose and cheekbone, feeling the liquid run down his neck. It hadn't been much, but it had been enough to leave a viscous trail on his skin.

“Hm.” Was all Percy said, feeling a sense of revenge rise.

Percy wanted to laugh and comfort Nico at the same time. Although Nico hadn't stopped him or said anything, Percy could see how overstimulated the little boy was, his member becoming quite red. Nico had always had sensitive skin, but Nico getting aroused over and over again made the experience even better. However, nothing compared to the moment when Percy looked up and saw the first tears fall, slow and hot, while Nico remained lying on the bed, breathing fast, his face contorted in a mix of pain and pleasure, looking lost in confusion.

“My baby is doing great. Can you get one more, can't you? Just one more?”

Nico whimpered and opened his mouth only to close it on a moan, this one low and needy. Percy had started to move his fingers, opening him again, slowly and unhurriedly.

“Does it feel good? Hm? That's my boy. Slow.”

Percy couldn't resist and slid up until he found Nico's lips, kissing him while his hand continued to move inside Nico, two fingers turning into three, going deeper and finding that little spot that made Nico shudder, now grunting, being overcome by pain. Or so it seemed to Percy. Nico was cumming again, his small member pulsing between them and releasing a few drops that ran down the length, stopping at the base.

“Good boy. So obedient.” He said and kissed Nico once more, deepening the kiss.

Percy pulled Nico up and pressed him against the pillows, watching Nico struggle with the intense sensations. It was perfectly normal, the shivers and the tears, the breathlessness. Percy knew this because he had experienced what it was like to be a submissive. How could he dominate if he didn't know what it was like to be dominated?

It wasn't important, no one needed to know that. So Percy pulled Nico against his chest and began to comfort him. He massaged Nico's hair and pulled a blanket over him, letting Nico cry as much as he wanted. He allowed Nico to wrap his arms around his neck and rest his head on his shoulder, curling up against him and… and then Nico sighed, his features relaxing almost miraculously, like a contented, content baby in his parents' arms. Now, why Percy felt like he had failed was beyond him.

“I'm… a good boy… now?” Percy heard Nico whisper against his neck, hugging him tighter.

“You always are.”

“So… why… why… was I being punished?”

“Do you think this is a punishment?” Percy said, letting the question hang in the air for a few moments, stroking Nico’s back.

“Hm… I don’t think so.”

Ahg! How could he scold Nico or teach him a lesson, when Nico was acting like this, all cute and delicate, sounding so vulnerable that it made him feel like a monster?

“Baby, I don't like it when people surprise me.”

“I know… it’s just… I bought this and… I wanted to hurry things along! Then you gave me the choker and…”, Nico stopped talking, like he had remembered something and calmed down again. “I thought you would like it. I didn’t know you would be so mad at me.”

“I'm not mad.” Maybe he was annoyed at first, now all that was left was pleasure and contentment. “Let me know next time, okay?”

“Yes, Percy. What can I do to apologize?”

That's when the punch in the gut came. Nico turned in his arms and faced him, showing him his teary eyes and reddened mouth, looking sincerely remorseful.

Gods! Percy had forgotten how manipulative Nico could be.

“I swear, I just wanted to--”

“Enough, Nico. You are forgiven.”

“Am I?” Nico pouted cutely and put her arms around Percy’s neck again. “So why didn't you fuck me?”

“Is that why you think it’s a punishment?” Percy said, shaking his head. Nico was unbelievable.

“And isn't it?”

Percy wanted to laugh. He did just that. He hugged Nico tightly and laughed like a maniac, feeling the tension leave his body. He had made Nico cum to the point of pain and what Nico didn't like was that he hadn't fucked him?

“Then…?”

“Then, what?”

“Will you?”

“Nico!”

“You're hard… I thought we could.”

“Doesn't it hurt?”

Ah. There it was! The blush spread across Nico's face and down his neck faster than Percy could process, Nico trying to shrink back against his shoulder, escaping the question.

“Answer me.”

“Maybe. Just a little.”

“Well, well. Do we have a masochist here?”

“What?” Nico raised his head and looked at him with his chin held high, his shyness quickly disappearing. “I didn't ask you to stop. You stopped because you wanted to!”

By now, his reaction was automatic. Percy pulled back the blanket and smacked Nico's ass, hearing the satisfying smack echo through the room. And Nico? The little devil merely groaned and glared at him, returning to his normal, calm behavior.

“You asked me to pull your hair if it was too much for me. And I didn't. I thought it was obvious.”

“Baby, give me a break. We'll get there.”

“I don't care about that. You didn't hurt me. That's all, you know? I liked it. But if you want to…” Nico shifted in Percy's lap and pressed himself against the bulge there over his jeans.

Percy was so lucky. He didn't deserve someone so perfect.

***

“I don't care about that. You didn't hurt me. That's all, you know? I liked it. But if you want to…” Nico shifted in Percy's lap and pressed himself against the bulge there over his jeans.

Percy was so lucky. He didn't deserve someone so perfect.

“If you want it, prove it to me.”

Percy wasn't serious, not really. Anyone in Nico's shoes would be at least sensitive, right? Percy just couldn't believe what he was seeing. Nico looked down, seeming uncertain, and then looked back at him, begging with his eyes.

“Can I?”

“Of course, baby.”

“I was thinking… if I’m your baby, you have to be my papá, right?”

Percy thought he was having an aneurysm, it had to be it.

“Your papá?” Percy murmured weakly, feeling his legs go weak.

“Mio papá.” Nico confirmed, snuggling into him, kissing his cheek. “It's a fair trade. Il tesoro e il papá.

In the end, Nico smiled at him all angelic and slid off his lap, and as if it were something natural, he knelt between Percy’s legs, now looking very closely at the volume that was there.

“Papá, it's so big. I don't know how it fits.”

Percy had to laugh, Nico sounded almost innocent and curious, like a real baby. Not that babies and their parents did that kind of thing. Was this another fantasy of theirs? The little boy and the protective daddy? Now that Percy thought about it, that was their case. Either way, Nico didn't seem interested in talking.

The little boy placed his hands on Percy's legs and massaged him slowly through his clothes, long enough to see the bulge increase.

“Can I really?” Percy confirmed, what else could he do? Nico looked so handsome, wearing lingerie chosen especially for him. The least Percy could do was make sure Nico would also leave satisfied.

Percy unzipped himself, reached inside his pants and pulled his cock out. Well, he wasn't smiling anymore, feeling himself relax, trying not to show how just the image of Nico kneeling at his feet affected him.

“Do you like what you see?”

“You rarely let me touch you.”

And touch was what Nico did. He held the base and brought his lips to the head, kissing it slowly. He licked the tip and slid down even more slowly, pressing his lips together as he went.

“Is that okay? Is it good?”

No, Percy wasn't okay at all. Nico had spoken with his lips still pressed against his skin, moving his hands as he looked up at Percy. It would be best if they end this now before something more... intense happened.

“That’s great. Why doesn't my baby come here?”

Nico went, of course, exactly like the well-behaved baby that he was.

Nico stood up, and surprising him, sat on his lap, holding his cock once again.

“Can I? Please?”

Percy didn't have much time to respond, because in the next moment, Nico opened his legs wider and guided Percy’s member to his own entrance.

It was like coming home after a tiring day and being greeted by your favorite person in the whole world. Nico moaned softly, rocked slowly and then the head entered, sliding inside the tight and almost dry place. Well, Percy thought they would have no problem with that, Nico didn't even wait for a few seconds before starting to rock on top of him, with each movement going a little deeper, letting his member open the way.

“Baby… ah… you're going to hurt yourself-- ah.”

This was too much for Percy. He grabbed Nico around the waist and turned them over on the bed, getting the rest of the way in and sinking into Nico's body, who was now sprawled on the mattress, back against the sheets, moaning without shame.

“I like it!” Nico whimpered, wrapping his legs around Percy, his head thrown back.

“So, why are you crying, hm?”

Maybe they should stop. It was clear that Nico was at his limit, and he was getting there himself. Although it was much more psychological than physical.

“Please, Papá. I want you to cum inside me. I swear, you're not hurting me.”

Percy had promised that he would trust Nico's judgment, even when he was in this state, high on endorphins. Percy had tried, and for that, no one could blame him.

“Okay, baby. Slow down.”

Slowly, as slowly as Percy could, he began to move inside Nico. Small, aborted movements, short enough to make Nico arch his spine and squeeze his feet tighter around him. And if Percy himself hadn't been watching Nico's reaction, he wouldn't have believed it. Nico was erect once more, but he was moaning like he were dying, tears streaming down his delicate features. Which was contradictory, since the expression on his face told a different story, reflecting pure ecstasy.

“Papá.” Nico murmured and suddenly, he tensed completely, almost jumping out of bed.

Percy had no other choice, he held Nico in his arms, keeping him pressed against the bed and let himself go. He never imagined that an orgasm could be so exhausting.

***

“Did you like it?” Percy found himself asking.

They were once again under the blankets. He held Nico against his chest, staying as close to Nico as he could while he waited for his breathing to return to normal. The difference was that now Nico refused to let him move, not even to get a clean towel. The little boy remained under his body, face pressed against his chest and eyes closed in pleasure, legs and arms wrapped around him with the most content expression Percy had ever seen.

“Hmm?” Nico's response was a soft moan, his hands sliding down Percy's back, delicate like the sweetest caress, seeming to count the vertebrae of his spine.

It was relaxing, Percy could admit that. A slow movement that almost lulled him with his gentle touch, comforting him without Percy even knowing he needed to be comforted.

“The lingerie.” Percy explained, letting himself relax a little more, feeling himself sink against Nico's body. It made him think that, been so close, they would end up merging into one, exactly like two sides of the same coin.

“I liked it,” Nico murmured, his voice muffled against Percy’s neck, his breathing finally calming. “We should do this more often.”

“Hm.” Percy liked that idea. He liked it a lot. He especially liked how Nico was completely sincere in those moments after orgasm, when his mental barriers ceased to exist and everything was colorful and beautiful. “What about college, have you thought about it?”

“Per.” Nico complained without any shame.

Unlike what Percy was used to, he saw Nico push him by the shoulders and look at him, pouting angrily. Of course, Nico pushed him just enough to show his disapproval before he hugged him again and pulled him down back again, Percy practically crushing Nico's body beneath his.

“It's important.”

“No! You said you were going to decide everything for me.”

“Nico!”

Percy found himself laughing, feeling his entire body shake with the effort, Nico shaking with him, seeming even less approving. He didn't even see the need to scold Nico for the scream of frustration.

“Baby, don't do this to your Papá, okay?”

“Oh.” Nico said and suddenly, he buried his face in Percy’s neck once more, going back to massaging his back. “I don't know. What do you think?”

“Nico.”

“I want to know what you think about this. What do you want to do?”

Well, when Nico spoke like that, softly and so politely…

“It would be easier to stay close to home. Sally won't be working forever.”

“Oh.” Nico said again, as if the thought had never crossed his mind. “I know family is important to you.”

“What you want is also important.”

“Okay, I understand. But…” Nico hesitated for a moment, seeming to choke on his words. “It doesn’t matter to me. I just want to be with you. It doesn’t matter where.”

Percy knew all of this, he was tired of knowing, but not enough to say something that would make Nico try even harder to be that perfect person he thought he needed to be.

“So if I said we'll never go to Italy, is that okay? That I'll never let you see your family?”

Nico nodded and curled closer into his chest, and even though Percy couldn't see it, he could feel the sadness radiating off of Nico.

“Baby, I don't mind doing these things for you. Small decisions that don't affect our lives. I don't want you to regret it in the future because you allowed someone else to live your life for you.”

“You never did that.” Came the almost soundless whisper. “I never regret anything when you decide things. But when I decide? Everything turns into a mess.”

“Nico.”

“No, don't try to lie. That's the truth. I think it's better for you to decide these things, it's safer.”

“What about marriage? Are you going to let me decide everything too?”

This made Nico pause for a moment, and Percy felt relieved immediately. This meant that it wasn't a blind decision, because even though Nico was letting him take the reins of the situation, it was still a conscious decision that Nico made.

“I... I think... we can get married at Nona's house? It's very beautiful, it even looks like a painting.”

“Of course, baby. Whatever you need.”

“Can we also invite Clarice to be my Bridesmaid?”

Percy nodded, listening to Nico mumble one request after another, and with each word spoken, relief spread throughout his entire body. It was good to know that they weren't completely codependent on each other and that, in truth, this was just another choice. Even if, deep down, it felt like they had no choice at all.

Feeling genuinely content, Percy pulled Nico further up on the bed, placed his head on the pillow and continued to listen to Nico tell him the details about the wedding, his hesitation fading with every second he spent with Nico.

THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME - PERCY/NICO AU HIGH SCHOOL - CHAPTER XXIV

Good reading!

CHAPTER I / CHAPTER II / CHAPTER III / CHAPTER IV / CHAPTER V / CHAPTER VI / CHAPTER VII / CHAPTER VIII / CHAPTER IX / CHAPTER X / CHAPTER XI / CHAPTER XII / CHAPTER XIII / CHAPTER XIV / CHAPTER XV / CHAPTER XVI / CHAPTER XVII / CHAPTER XVIII / CHAPTER XIX / CHAPTER XX / CHAPTER XXI / CHAPTER XXII / CHAPTER XXIII

“You've been very susceptible to... suggestions. Is it just me or is it something in general?”

“Only you. I think... I trust you.”

“I’m honored,” Percy said without any irony, his low, velvety tone giving way to something more normal. “I was afraid this would happen. I will never abuse the trust you give me.”

“I know that. I never doubted it.”

“That's why I have to talk to you about something.”

Oh no. Was he in trouble?

Nico watched as Percy got up and picked up a box that was at the foot of the bed, a little bigger than a shoebox.

“What’s that?”

“It's the surprise I wanted to show you.”

Nico was afraid just to look at it. What could be so important that Percy felt the need to hide it from the rest of the family? Hesitating, Nico remained quiet, leaning against the headboard of the bed and waited for Percy to approach once more, sitting down next to him.

“I've been thinking about what you told me, that I don't take what you say seriously.”

“I know you--”

“I'm not done.” Percy didn't even speak louder, but his tone of voice demanded obedience. And Nico was already tired of fighting his instincts, so Nico just shut up and paid attention to Percy.

The problem with that was that Percy looked guilty about something, his face twisting into a grimace. Nico continued to wait, watching Percy almost fidget with anxiety. Of course, until Percy sighed and looked at him once more, looking as resigned as Nico felt.

“I didn't mean to talk to you like that.” Percy finally said, trying to sound nonchalant.

“I don't care. If you tell me to do it, I will. It's something natural for me, you know?”

“Nico.” Percy sighed once more, looking tired.

“Could you... just... do what feels natural to you, too?” When Percy raised his eyebrows in disbelief, Nico added, “It’s just a suggestion.”

“I'll think about it.”

“I mean, you always had this aura…”

“Domineering?”

“It's more like, you expect to be obeyed. And that's okay?”

“Is that a question or a statement?”

“It depends on you.” Nico ended up shrugging, trying to fake the calm he didn't feel at the moment.

“You mean to tell me that I can be domineering whenever I want and you will obey me? Without question?”

“Hm... probably?” The correct answer was “absolutely”, but that would be too much humiliation for just one person.

“Really? Even when you don’t agree with me?”

“I guess so.” Nico shrugged again and looked away from Percy. Most of the time that was what happened anyway; he didn’t want it to happen, and in the end, Percy was right. If Nico had listened to Percy in the past, he could have avoided a lot of things.

“Baby.” Then, he heard Percy's tone of voice change, becoming softer and more velvety.

It wasn't that he had an uncontrollable urge to obey, it was the knowledge that he would be very well rewarded if he decided to be a good boy. And he was, immediately after hearing that word. Percy grabbed him by the neck, making him lift his head and kissed him, joining their tongues in a sigh.

“I don't want you to feel trapped or like you have no choice.” Percy said some time later, brushing his lips against his.

“I don't feel that way. I feel free knowing that you will take care of me.”

“Are you sure?”

“I trust you.”

“Allright, then.”

Percy pulled away from Nico enough to look into his face and smiled, looking content this time, but still holding him by the neck, possessive and firm, although his voice remained soft.

“That's why I need to show you what's inside this box.”

Percy released him and picked up the box once more, placing it between them, on his lap. Percy opened it, removing the ribbon and the lid, allowing Nico to examine the contents inside.

“Wh... what is this?” Nico’s voice was weak and his hands trembled, resting over his lap.

Nico knew perfectly well what those objects were. He knew exactly what they meant, the problem was that his brain refused to believe what he saw. Why now? After so long? That's why he remained still like a statue, barely able to breathe.

“I didn't treat you like I should’ve. I ignored what was clear.” Percy said, grabbing his neck again, forcing him to look at him. “I understand why you hesitated for so long, why you still hesitate sometimes.”

“I--”

“I hesitate for the same reason.” Percy seemed to take a deep breath and took out a leather choker with precious stones adorning it. “I want you to know, I am committed and I will never run away from my responsibilities ever again.”

Nico thought he was going to faint. Was Percy proposing to him? Again? Now in a way he never expected it to happen? Nico didn't even know what to say! It was obvious, wasn't it? He had been waiting for this moment ever since he laid eyes on the tall boy who looked like he had come out of a cliché porn where the guy would hardly make the girl regret walking alone through the deserted streets. Nothing prepared him when the moment finally arrived. Percy held the delicate choker between his fingers, brought it to his neck and fastened it carefully, making sure it wouldn't be too tight.

He... Nico didn't know... was it just his imagination or... oh no, Nico wasn't mistaken. As soon as the choker settled against his skin, Percy wrapped the leather around his neck and touched the collar, massaging his skin and admiring the jewel. However, it was the look on Percy's face that stole his breath; Percy was looking at him as if he were... as if he were--

“Mine.” Percy said. “Now you're mine.”

Why was it so hard to breathe? Why was he shaking so much?

“I…”

“I know.” Percy said in the most condescending tone Nico had ever heard, almost mean, almost mocking, but still... soft, as if Percy was talking to someone who was mentally slow. “Take your time. I never thought I would do something like this myself.”

“So mean.” Nico managed to stammer, Percy was obviously giving him time to absorb the facts, still holding him by the neck, as if Nico was his possession and not a human being.

“You haven't seen anything. But I don't think we're ready for that yet.”

“Hmm…” Nico whimpered just imagining what could happen. Could he faint already? Would it be too much of a humiliation?

He heard a mocking chuckle and then hands were around him, massaging his spine and hair in the way he liked best. In the end, Percy was right once again. He wasn't ready for any of this. If just a collar around his neck could make him react like this, what would happen when... when things actually happened?

***

“Shhh... it's okay. I won't be mean to you, hm?”

“Liar.” His voice cracked and Percy laughed again, right in his ear.

“Maybe a little. I know you like it.”

“Stop it!”

Percy was right, as always. For some reason, Nico found himself laughing, slapping Percy's arm who only laughed harder, enjoying Nico’s pain.

“Okay. I'll stop. Now, let's get to the important part.”

“What part?”

“Is there anything I should know? Strong or weak boundaries? Something you don't like at all? Or like too much?”

“Oh. “It was a good question.

Nico hadn't done that many things. He'd let a few guys spank his ass and some bondage, but other than that? Nothing interesting. Nothing too good or too bad. Like, there was that one time he let two guys use his mouth, but...

“Nico?”

“I don't know. I've never done anything that different.”

“What would it be?”

Now Percy looked at him like he was going to get the truth out of Nico whether he wanted it or not.

“Hm... you know…”

“No. I don't.”

“There was this one time when some boys... I sucked some boys and... a guy used his belt on me…”

“And?

“I was tied up too.”

“Is that all?”

“I promise.”

At the time it had been quite adventurous, however, if he analyzed last night, no one had made him cum like that and made him float for so long. Maybe it was something more psychological than physical.

“Baby.” And again, that condescending tone of voice that made him so mad and made his stomach fill with butterflies came back. “What those boys in the bathroom were going to do to you is much more interesting than that. Are you sure?”

“Who do you think I am? A whore to let anyone use me?”

No! What had he just said? Nico was even afraid to look at Percy, but he did it anyway. Slowly, he turned his head towards Percy and saw a strange glint in his eyes, a somewhat cruel smile at the corner of his mouth.

“Is that any way to talk to your owner?”

Nico didn't understand what was happening until he heard the sharp, cracking sound, then came the burning sensation that made him groan, one side of his ass burning from the impact.

“I-- I'm sorry.” Nico mumbled, quietly, seeming to lose his strength, still sitting on Percy's lap.

“I understand. But a good boy doesn't talk to people like that, does he?”

Nico nodded and Percy kissed his face, massaging the slightly reddened skin.

“Now, what were we talking about?”

“Limits?”

“Yes. Is there anything I should know about it?”

“Nothing disgusting? Or... liquid.”

“I would never do that. You're my baby and I only want what's best for you.”

“And what about you?”

“Hm. I think bondage, nothing that stops me from moving. And rude, disobedient little boys.”

“What about... naughty boys?” Nico had to be sure.

“As long as you know the consequences.”

“Oh.”

Would he want to disappoint Percy to that extent? How about just a little?

“I know what you're thinking. You can stop now. You just have to ask me, no matter what it is.”

“I know. It's more fun this way.”

“You better not test me then, hm?”

“So mean.” Nico knew he wasn’t an easy person to deal with either. He could be spoiled and distant, lost in his own world, and he could also be unpredictable, running away from anything he didn’t like without leaving a trace. “I’ll behave.”

“Good boy.”

“And the other things inside the box?”

“That's a topic for another time. Now, let's go lie down and have a long nap. Exams are coming up and we need to be rested, yeah?”

Percy kissed his face and placed him against the pillows, lying down next to him. Percy was right, with everything that had happened Nico hadn't studied everything he needed to, so unfortunately a few hours would be spent in front of a pile of books.

***

“Think for me. Stop me from worrying about anything other than being yours.

Pick out my clothes, take care of me all day long. Make me smile because I belong to you.

Make me moan when you kiss me and remind me that I am yours and only yours.

Make me gasp every time you grab me and decide to use me as you please.

Make me tremble whenever you want to show me what it really means to be loved by you.”

Nico yawned and leaned back against the cushions, closing his journal as he felt the late afternoon sun hit his face. This way, easily disguising the thoughts he had just put on paper. Before Nico knew it, there was a week left until the start of the mid-year exams. Now, they were in the garden near the pool, tables and cushions everywhere, although Percy and his friends were not so interested in the study schedule he had created. Percy, Tyson, Luke and Grover were in the pool while he, Silena and Clarisse occupied a table, with Chris planted next to Clarisse like a lovestruck fool even after so many years.

If he could, he would be having fun too. Nico could think of several things he would like to be doing. One example of this was the surprise he had in store for Percy that he hadn't had the right opportunity to do yet. Not that he still needed to surprise Percy, but wouldn't it be nice if he tried as hard as Percy did?

Nico had to be honest. He hadn't expected Percy to take this whole dominant/submissive thing seriously. The proof was the choker around his neck and, of course, the ring on his finger. He couldn't help but touch the piece of leather on his skin, like a collar, not letting him forget the last few days. Nothing had really changed, although he felt different. More relaxed somehow. Secure. Now, Percy didn't hesitate when he wanted something from him, which was a great development. The thing was... things were almost like they used to be in the past, when they were kids and things were simpler. If he ignored the anxiety he used to feel and the lack of sex, it was like they had evolved from what they already had. Nico liked that a lot, it gave him a comfort that no gesture or words could replace.

“Nico, are you listening to me?”

“Hm?”

It was Clarisse, irritated with him. She had her arms crossed and was rolling her eyes impatiently.

“If you're going to do that, you better go there. What was the last word you read?”

It was a good question.

“Since when did you become so dependent on him?” Clarisse insisted, standing up.

“I'm not dependent on anyone. Where did you get that from?”

“Do you think you can fool anyone? He even put you on a leash!”

“I don't know what you're talking about.” Nico didn't even raise his voice, and even if it was true, he was happy to finally be collared.

“Nico! Stop playing with that necklace and pay attention!”

Clarisse walked up to him, grabbed his hand and made him stand up with her. Then, she pushed him towards the pool.

“Go on. Don't come back here until you can concentrate.”

“I don't--”

“What's going on here?”

Nico had noticed the sun had disappeared. It was just Percy standing behind him, providing shade.

“Nico misses you. Take care of it.”

With that, Clarisse sat down on the cushions once more and leaned against Cris's chest, who smiled contentedly, both returning to their books.

That wasn't fair! He didn't have a firm chest to lean against while he studied.

Nico turned toward Percy, about to say exactly that to him, stopping before he could continue. Nico remembered what had happened the other times he had raised his voice to Percy, and if he did it now Percy wouldn't hold back either.

Nico smiled, swallowing his indignation and looked at Percy, forgetting his anger for a moment. Percy was still dripping from the pool water, his hair was thrown back and he was wearing a swimsuit so tight that it didn't hide anything. Not that Percy was trying.

He opened his mouth, thought better of it, and said:

“Do you have to wear something so small?”

Percy was already smiling, coming the rest of the way towards him. Percy opened his arms and immediately Nico was wrapped in them, being pulled against Percy's chest and getting wet in the process. This was also unfair, no seventeen year old boy should be that tall or have those muscles.

“What's wrong? Tired of studying?” Percy lifted him off the floor, making him wrap his legs around him. And all Nico heard was ‘is time to go to our room?”

“Percy! You should be studying with me!”

Oh no! Nico thought, barely having time to grab Percy's shoulders, feeling the impact that even through the fabric of his shorts, made him groan.

“I know, baby.” Then, Percy held him by the chin and made him look at him, kissing him softly, making him forget that they had an audience. “We studied a lot this week. I've never been more prepared, hm? How about we rest a little? Just the two of us?”

It sounded like a question, but it wasn't one. Amidst whistles and shouts, Percy led him into the house, climbing the stairs as if Nico weighed nothing, staring at him closely as he went.

“What's the problem?”

That was the point. For the first time in a long time, Nico didn't have any worries other than passing his tests. So, he couldn't call it a problem. It was the solution, in fact. Nico was finding it strange how easily he could leave everything in Percy's hands and stay in his own little, perfect, world where nothing seemed to be able to affect him if Percy wanted it to.

“It's nothing.” He finally said when they arrived in the room and Percy sat him on the edge of the bed, kneeling on the floor between his legs. “Is everything okay?”

“Of course, baby. I've never been better.”

That was true. With each passing day, Percy had more energy and vigor, and slowly, he took charge of all the decisions that concerned both of them. Would they go on a trip? Percy decided where. What would they have for breakfast? Usually his meal would be ready before he had to ask. Like, it was always what Nico liked and the way he liked it the most, each decision seeming like something Nico would choose for himself if he had the chance. Sometimes, it was even better. Honestly? It was a burden he was very happy to be rid of. However, Nico didn't want it to become a burden for Percy, something he did out of obligation.

“Is everything really okay? Have your grades improved?”

This seemed to make Percy stop for a moment, watching him more closely. Percy didn't try to smile, he grabbed him by the back of the neck and hugged him tightly, making something in his chest still.

“Is it about our relationship? Is it too much?”

“No, I like it.” Nico denied, hugging him back as tightly as Percy had hugged him. “I worry about you.”

“Well, don't worry about that little head of yours, yeah? Everything is under control.”

“Are you sure?”

Percy kissed his neck and said:

“As long as you allow it, I will take care of everything.”

“You treat me so well. No one has done as much for me as you do.”

“I’m glad. I hope no one does it or we'll have a problem.”

Nico wanted to laugh. He also hoped no one else would, because if that were the case, it would mean they weren't together anymore. Instead of answering, Nico preferred to let Percy decide the next steps; whether it was sex, a long bath, or a midday nap, it didn't matter to Nico. As long as they were together, that was enough for him.

***

In the end, they had decided on a bath in the jacuzzi, a long and relaxing bath where Percy had massaged his back and made the tension he didn't even know he had disappear as if by magic. Percy was being so good to him that Nico had finally found the perfect opportunity to put his plan into action.

He let Percy dry him from head to toe, like any other day, carry him to bed and kiss him before Percy got up and went to put the towels in the laundry basket. Nico took advantage of this moment to grab the package from the bottom of a drawer and went into the closet, a door that was near the wardrobe and that they rarely used. Fortunately, it would finally have a use.

Ripping open the packaging, Nico took out the two pieces and held them between his fingers, realizing that he might have bought a size smaller than he had planned. The fabric was a delicious silk in a light pink color, looking like it was made from tulle, but still pretty and feminine. He thought Percy would like it, it would be an interesting contrast against his skin. Well, Nico wouldn't know until he tried it on.

Then, taking the thong, he placed his feet in the right spaces, and put on the top, feeling the silk slide over his skin.

Now Nico knew why women liked this type of lingerie so much, the fabric was so soft and thin... it was as if he wasn't even wearing anything, but yet he was being caressed.

“Nico? Where are you?” He heard Percy calling him.

It was now or never, right?

Nico didn't even grab a robe before opening the closet door. He just adjusted his thong and walked into the room, stopping near the doorframe. Did he feel a little ridiculous in that frilly outfit? Yes. However, it was all worth it the moment he found Percy in the middle of the room, seeing the expression on Percy's face go from confusion to shock and then, pure pleasure.

He walked the rest of the way and stopped in front of Percy, determined to be the best of submissives. He lowered his head slightly, showing respect and placed his hands behind his back, allowing Percy to see his front.

“So beautiful. Is all this for me?” Percy said more seriously than Nico expected. His voice sounded firmer and deeper, still without touching him.

“I wanted to surprise you. Did you like it?”

Nico waited patiently, holding his breath. That was because Percy didn't like being surprised. They had never talked about these things, but deep down Nico knew it was true. If Percy was surprised, it meant he had no control over what happened. But still, Nico wanted to see Percy's reaction, maybe then Percy wouldn't be so careful with him.

Don't get him wrong, he loved every day he spent with Percy, but the... excitement of newness didn't happen as often as he would have liked. Maybe this was what they needed.

“My baby is trying to tease me, is that it?”

“Is it working?”

Nico peeked through his lashes and saw a strange glint in Percy's eyes.

At those moments, Percy's features changed completely. From calm, he became serious and... and something else that was hard to define. Sometimes he was playful, and other times, malicious, as if Percy was enjoying his anguish. Percy never lost his cool, however, it felt like something beyond that came to the surface, something that Percy hid and that only manifested itself if provoked.

“Do you want to find out?”

Well, Nico would have answered if he could, if it had been a question. It was more of a warning, a statement of what was about to happen.

Still holding his breath, Nico continued to watch Percy, as he seemed to be preparing to do something... had it been a mistake? Should he have warned him and-- Percy then moved. Just one step forward and his warm hands were on Nico, on his neck, pulling his head back and on his waist, keeping him in place. Which had been a good idea. Without any clothes to cover him, the sensations felt more intense, making him shiver from head to toe.

“We didn't talk about it. Do you know what a safe word is?”

“Oh.” He knew! Finally!

Nico had known and waited for this moment. The problem was that he found it difficult to speak. So he nodded, feeling trapped by Percy's intense eyes.

“Use your words, baby.” Nico knew the nickname was supposed to soften the moment, but he only felt himself tense up more, bracing himself for what was about to happen.

“I-- I have. Pie?”

“Are you sure? “And now there was a certain tone of humor in Percy's voice, his dimples showing.

“Not really. I know how it works, but I've never used one before.”

“Never?” Percy frowned, looking less than pleased. “That’s very irresponsible.”

“I know, but…”

“Tell me.”

“I can't talk much, you know? During.”

This seemed to turn a light on Percy's face.

“Let's keep that in mind. Now, let me see... who bought this for you?” But Percy was smiling, sliding his hands over his body. Shoulders, back, waist, moving around him and touching everywhere until he reached his ass, caressing his buttocks and slipping one of his fingers through the string of his thong towards his entrance.

“Ah!”

“Isn't that what you wanted? Should I use my gift? Hmm?”

And again, it sounded like a question, but it wasn't one. Nico remained as he was, with his hands behind his back, and only moved when Percy grabbed him by the arm, guiding him to the bed.

“Where did you learn that position, baby?” Percy said as they walked towards the bed.

“I saw it on a video…”

“Do you know what that means?”

Nico nodded, too embarrassed to say it.

“I want to hear it.”

“Servitude and obedience.”

“That's right.” Percy said, satisfied. “There's no need to rush, everything will happen in due time. I want you to relax, okay?”

That's what Nico did. He let Percy sit him on the edge of the bed and when Percy finally got closer, he closed his eyes and moaned, feeling his body react freely.
