according to the psych-k frequently asked questions, PSYCH-K, "is a proven and safe way to change subconscious beliefs that perpetuate old habits of thinking and behaving that you would like to change."^1 dumbing it down, you are using psych-k to tap into your subconscious and conscious simultaneously, rewiring your brain with a single affirmation. and while doing this, you may begin to have a rush of negative, limiting thoughts, but instead of pushing them away in frustration, you will invite them in. think of it like this... you are the teacher and your affirmation is a brand-new lecture. you're standing at the front of the room in front of many desks, all filled with 'students' aka your thoughts, emotions, etc. as you are 'lecturing' (repeating this affirmation over and over and over) the 'students' begin to disrupt you with hurtful words or overall trying to debate with your 'lecture'. how do you handle this? you continue to 'lecture', you can continue to listen to your 'students', and eventually, the 'students' will quiet down until there's complete silence and that's when your 'lecture' has started to implement its knowledge into your 'students'.

if you're looking for a thorough answer to this question, feel free to look at this for reference as it better explains the answer to this question in its entirety. the bottom line, however, is that this technique is just as important as others and is not meant to replace any other methods, it is simply another addition. many healing techniques will depend on outside sources of the person, such as a psychologist, hypnotist, or anyone with similar titles. however, psych-k will depend on the inner-workings of those who are performing it, psych-k simply provides the tools and you, the one who is getting into this 'whole brain state' are the one actually doing all of the work. you will be the one taking apart your limiting beliefs and replacing them with whatever you truly desire.

just like anything else, you do not need to try this out, however, what do you have to lose? the results may shock you.
can anyone do the psych-k technique? โขยฐ. *เฟ
absolutely anyone can do the psych-k, it is not limited to any particular group of people, and it can effect people differently depending on how they use it.
how do i do psych-k? โขยฐ. *เฟ
there are many videos on YouTube that will provide a visual guide of instructions on how to do it, however, this is the video that I use and I highly recommend that you watch the entire video to get a logical understanding of what's happening (if you prefer logical info like I do). and if you're having trouble figuring out how to position your hands, watch this video as well. I'd also like to mention that if you're unsure of which side of your brain has more resistance to a new belief, set yourself a timer for 5 minutes and do psych-k with your left ankle crossed over your right and your left hand crossed over your right. after the timer goes off, switch your right ankle to cross over your left, and your right hand to cross over your left. a l s o, if you decide to have resistance against this method bc or any method in general (bc you're stubborn perhaps), take the time to do psych-k and affirm that all methods work for you, boom, fuckin' foolproof.
can i use psych-k to manifest anything i desire? โขยฐ. *เฟ
yes, yes you can, you're changing your beliefs right in the moment, there are no fuckin' limits unless you create those limits for yourself.
can i use psych k to enter the void state? โขยฐ. *เฟ
yes, you can do anything you want with psych-k. @urgurljodie has a bit more information on this, but, i am aware that they sent an ask to someone and stated that while doing psych-k you should affirm that you're in the void state/in the void etc.
how do i know if I'm doing it right? โขยฐ. *เฟ
there's no need to overcomplicate this, don't fear the replacement. simply sit down, get into position as instructed in the videos provided above, and follow their words. stay in the psych-k position for as long as needed, repeating your new belief over and over, invite the resistance in, and simply keep thinking this new thought until you no longer feel resistance towards your new belief. you'll know if you did it right, promise. may sound unbelievable at first, but again, what do you have to lose?
can i combine psych-k with the laws of manifestation? โขยฐ. *เฟ
absolutely, use any affirmations you want.
do i have to do psych k to eliminate limiting beliefs? โขยฐ. *เฟ
nope! this is simply just another method of sorts, you don't need to try anything you don't want to. no one is forcing this shit down your throat...

i'd recommend this technique that combines psychology and kinesiology to anyone and everyone who thinks they are struggling to build new beliefs or manifest their dream lives. the worse that could happen is that it doesn't work or it just takes you a little longer to replace the programming in your mind. give it a try and report your results. a l s o, before anyone comes at me i will give proper and due credit to @urgurljodie for bringing light to this technique to the tumblr void community, ya should be thanking them for this. this particular technique has thoroughly pleased the logical and more scientific-based limiting beliefs I've had for a while. this post was simply meant to add onto what's already been established, all due credits go to the developer of the technique of rob williams as well as the tumblr user mentioned above.

my long awaited void state success story ห ยณห
some of yโall may know that my #1 goal when i started this blog was to finally enter the void state. i knew i could manifest without it but for some reason i felt like it was a necessity to enter that state in order to change my life entirely. i later found many other distractions and methods that made me not desire the void state as much as i did. i was able to completely change my appearance, my relationships, personality, mental health, and much more without using that method which made me completely take it off the pedestal. but recently i entered it, hereโs how it wentโฆ
how did i enter? i was meditating (per usual) and the void state entered my mind for the first time in a minute. something told me โjust do itโ even though i have no active desires. i tried to think of at least a couple things to manifest but i couldnโt come up with some but i was still gonna do it anyway. so i just laid in the position i usually sleep in and started affirmingโฆ
- the void state is easy to enter
- i love being in the void state
- i enter the void state effortlessly
(those are the only affirmations i remember affirming).
my intention was to wake up in the void state so i just affirmed and affirmed until i fell asleep. then boomโฆ i woke up in the void state. i knew for a fact that i was in it when i absolutely could not feel my body. i was literallyyy nothing but my mind. that was one of the main things i never understood about the void state prior to entering it: how the hell do you not feel your body at all? but it was just like i was fully relaxed and floating. moving on, i wasnโt super excited like i thought i would be, i just felt regular.. like it wasnโt new to me. maybe thatโs because iโve known about it for so long but wasnโt obsessing over it idk. also! i heard that some people see stars when theyโre in that state, ian see no damn stars everything was black as shit. and it wasnโt scary at all either so stop letting fear stop you.
okay moving on fr, since i had no desires at the moment i just decided to manifest having the best manifesting skills meaning that all i have to do is affirm once and then i have it instantly. the affirmation i used was โi have mastered manifestingโ. after that i just set the intention to wake up at 8am (my sleep schedule has been really fucked up for the past few weeks so when i was setting that intention to wake up at 8am i low key assumed that my sleep schedule would be fixed so i guess you can say i manifested fixing my sleep too).
of course, at 8am i woke up and everything was normal of course. you know when you just had a long ass dream that you thought was real but wake up just to realize itโs fake and you try to comprehend everything?? yeah i was starring at the wall for like 5 minutes before i actually got up lollll. i knew the void state was real but finally entering it just felt like a huge achievement. the first thing i manifested was an ice cold lemonade to be on my dresser (the ones that they sell at chinese food restaurants! blessed) and after i affirmed i literally watched it appear on my dresser! instantly! it was sooo cool iโm happy i manifested that skill cus as someone who used to be soo impatientโฆ i very much deserve this.
iโve gotten into the void state over 2 weeks ago (august 31st) and since then iโve manifested much other things. i can make another post soon but for today i just wanted to share the story. it was so easy for me to get in and it can be just as easy for you too <3.
โงHow I Induced the void through SATS
And i know, I've wanted to and said that i'll induce the void through lucid dreaming, but here's the thing. Sats is actually so easy and effortless to do, lucid dreaming feels like a chore now (to me). And the thing is, I, ironically took break from tumblr and void because void state was starting to be viewed "too hard" (๐) to get into, literally induced it unintentionally through sats, it was THAT easy. Let's get right into it, I'm gonna start from the very basics, so you can know how sats works and how to actually utilise it :)
It's a deeply relaxed state, a state where you're groggy and drowsy. Like, yk before going to sleep, you hit this one point where you're half dreaming, half awake ish? like you can't (or don't want to) open your eyes, and you're just halfway through drifting off to sleep. That's exactly it! Your subconscious mind is HIGHLY suggestive to literally anything you tell it in this state. You access right before sleeping and right after waking up, and if you use it carefully you could really benefit from it :)
I actually did not realise relaxing was subjective to everyone until this experience. Let me tell you what happened.
It was a normal day. Like I mentioned above, I had taken a break from tumblr so I just scrolled through youtube. I was tired that day and wanted to sleep, but yk me and my phone addiction lol. So long story short, I saw some video about a beach, and then I just decided to go on pinterest, look at some comforting dark stormy beaches (๐) and some more peaceful shit and just imagined scenarios that RELAXED me. I like visualization and I'm good at it so imagining the scenarios was extremely peaceful. Basically I just looked at them pictures and just imagined sitting or laying there peaceful and relaxed, and other stuff.
Then i re-downloaded tumblr because I couldn't resist, and the first thing I saw was bunch of void success stories from a tumblr blog. They motivated me a lot and improved my mindset towards void, one of them being like "I was tired, so I affirmed, relaxed, felt a sucking feeling and entered", which to me was crazy because I was already tired and relaxed. So I laid down, relaxed, and almost immediately got into the SATS because of how relaxed and tired I was. Then in the sats I started to affirm for the void. And guess what? I felt a sucking feeling, something pulling me in, and then it was total black. I couldn't feel, hear or see a thing. I didn't affirm anything because of how peaceful it felt and forgot I had to do that (๐ญ). When I woke up it motivated me a lot because I just realised how EASY it was and that I proved myself wrong.
Now, how is relaxing subjective? because to me, relaxing was like blindly following a guided meditation. Almost every blog i saw told me to meditate to relax (NO HATE TO ANYONE!!), and I thought meditation was just meditating to some guided meditation on youtube or the typical high frequency breathe in breathe out shit, which made me alien to the idea of meditating, because for me honestly following some youtube video on how to relax just didn't sit with me, because I wasn't even "relaxing". After the experience I realised what relaxing or meditating actually is. It's about discovering your own peace. It doesn't matter what it is.
(p.s. from the same concept I Induced the alpha state, lmk if you want a post on that. And no I did not count from 13 to 1 then 12 to 1, or even count at all).
and that was literally it. Imagining some peaceful scenarios, lying down, immediately getting inside sats and affirming, then inducing. I even entered 1-2 times after in two consecutive nights which boosted my confidence. Guys, it really is that easy.

Reality is always very malleable
As soon as I decide to manifest something it instantly starts to influence my 3D
The 3D resets to my manifestation every time I perceive it. Ex: when I blink, when I wake up, etc.
The 3D always complies quickly
If I want to manifest something instantly it will happen even if it isnโt logical
The 4D is very real compared to the 3D
The 4D will always become my 3D
All I have to do to make my 4D become my 3D is decide I want something
Bad โcircumstancesโ in the 3D come from the past of not deciding to manifest a change
Nothing is illogical anything can happen
Decide what I want
Decide when or where I get my manifestation (optional)
Recieve
At the end of the day all I have to do is decide
I donโt have to live in the end or think positive thoughts if I donโt want to
Affirming or visualizing is optional
Deciding is the only thing that matters
Nothing can ruin my manifestation
The only thing that can deter my manifestation is me changing my mind on what I want to manifest
I can never fail

why titled "the fairy challenge"? because fairies are magical and beautiful beings.
this challenge is for us to manifest our desires & spend more time with ourselves, getting to know ourselves better. this includes engaging in hobbies, self care, whatever manifestation technique of your choice, and receiving everything you want :)

+++ well, first off i want you to think of/create a list of everything you want to manifest. everything you state/make note of, we are going to manifest within this month span. also, make a vision board, even if you donโt use vision boards, still make one to feel happy about what youโre going to manifest!
+++ make a list of/create a list of everything that you like, (hobbies & forms of self care), this is what we will be engaging in during the time period. we want to keep our minds sharp and healthy!
+++ clean up your spaces! we want to be organized and ready for this month of productivity & receiving. if you are in school, do all your work and get ready for the upcoming school week. if you work, set your schedule together and organize your belongings.
+++ create an affirmation list for everything you want to manifest! these can just be general affirmations like; โevery aspect of my life is ideal.โ , โmy body is perfect.โ , โmy appearance is perfect, alluring, and beautifulโ. this list does not have to be long! it just needs to suit you, you HAVE to be okay with your affirmations. one affirmation you MUST have is โi am becoming the ideal and best version of myselfโ. (adjust to fit you just make sure it pretty much has the same meaning)
+++ create rules for manifesting ! make sure this is PERSONAL. figure out what your limiting beliefs are, then create a rule that overrides that. make this so that you for example, some of my rules are:
whatever i intend to manifest, will manifest how fast i want it to manifest; it always comes better than expected.
all manifestation methods work instantly for me, all i need to do is persist.
all my desires manifest quickly, easily, and effortlessly. i get my desires within 2 weeks; time lag doesn't exist.
i manifest instantly, manifesting is easy.
my subconscious can detect when i want something and fulfill it immediately.
+++ make affirmations for your self concept ! this needs to be personal also , target your limiting beliefs. for example, some of my affirmations for self concept are:
i am the only creator of my world.
manifesting is easy and effortless.
i can manifest anything and everything.
my life is perfect and easy.
REQUIREMENTS:
set a time limit for tumblr for like five minutes per day, stop listening to neville, donโt research manifesting any more. during this challenge you must NOT CONSUME ANY MORE INFORMATION. all the answers you need for manifesting is within you, you already know what to do. just know to apply it.
spend as much time as you can, off of your phone/devices. we want to get to know ourselves better, so we need to spend more time with ourselves. (i suggest you copy & paste this post into your notes)
BE ON TOP OF YOUR WORK!! get things completed before they need to be.
DAILY RITUALS (these things must be done daily)
engage in at least one of your happy rituals (hobbies/self care) during the day.
look at your vision board at least once for at least two minutes. i want you to look at your vision board in a state of receiving, knowing that this will be your lifestyle. DO NOT look at it as if this is something you canโt achieve, as if itโs just a dream. EXPECT WHATEVER THAT IS ON YOUR VISION BOARD TO COME.
reread your manifestation rules at least once, (time is your choice).
journal how your day went, how you manifested (how easy/hard it was, mental pressure, your doubts) & how you feel at night. if you didnโt like your day, revise it in the technique of your choice.
affirm your affirmations for your desires and self concept, before bed.
WEEKLY RITUALS (these things must be done at the end of the week friday/saturday)
tidy up your spaces and reorganize if needed.
catch up on all your work.
revise your week, if needed.

Let go 'void' challenge ๐
this is a method to help you enter the empty state or the "void state" which is your pure consciousness first you need to know that the easiest way to reach your pure consciousness is by letting go and searching for your inner self. this method is how i entered the void its simple and easy.
relax and breathe you can count from 1-10 and focus on one body part (the top of your head or your shoulder..)
let any thoughts pass you dont need to think about them just focus on how relaxed you are and focus on imagining your empty state or "void"
pretend to fall asleep so when your body feels heavy and relaxed you can start affirming for pure consciousness

i love the law. i really love how i can do, have or be whatever i want and whenever i want. i really have all the time in this world. i love how i can change my life into whatever i want no matter how big it is. i love how i cannot only just explore the earth but also the vast multiverse with a snap of my finger. i love how i can be with the people i love and people who love me. i love how i can buy absolutely anything without being worried about money. i love how i can experience life however i want. i love how i can always just come back and relive the moments i cherish. i love how i can just choose to be reborn again and no matter how many times i wish to. i love how i have the choice to be immortal. i love how I'll always have everything available to me. i love how easy life is. i love how i can walk and explore any world i wish. i love how i can create my worlds and explore them. i love having the freedom to do anything. i love how i can alter the world i live in into however i wish. i love how everything is handed over to me so easily. i love how everything always goes is my way. i love how i can make my childhood dreams and wishes come true. i love how i can just wake up in any reality i wish. i really love being all powerful. i really love being limitless. i love being omnipotent. a world where there is no limit, only love & magic. a world where i am the creator. infinite possibilities and worlds to explore, oh how blessed it is to be born and know how powerful you are. you are magic. you are love. you are god. create. live. love. be.
