Eden Academy kids you are so dear to me
“You know,” she began hesitantly, “I think you didn't just go to U.A. I think you went to the hero course, and you would've made a great hero if it hadn't been for, you know.” That injury.
A heartbeat of silence passed. She knew she'd probably touched upon a sensitive topic and felt a blush rising to her cheeks. “You don't have to say anything,” she added quickly. “It doesn't matter if it's true or not, because whatever events happened in your life, they got you here, and I'm very happy I got to meet you.”
The silence stretched on and her heart beat a little faster. She didn't really know what had made her say this. Maybe the fact that it was 1 am in the night and that she was sitting in her pajamas next to the kindest soul on earth and the only real father figure her son ever had.
A light snore was the only response she got.

"Mr. Yagi's Long Way Home" is not really a new story, but the sketch is new and the story doesn't have a lot of clicks, so I figured I post a snippet here.
shout out to Aardman for making a movie that has a lead female character that's well written and feels like a real person (even though she's a chicken), a predominantly female cast with only one or two supporting male characters (pulling a reverse Smurfette trope) whom all have diverse personalities and quirks, and a main romance between said female lead and the play boy male character that's an enemies to lovers that doesn't at all feel misogynistic or like they actually hate each other. And shout out to him for making the main mastermind villain a woman as well. It's an action-adventure movie with a female lead narrative that feels entirely gender neutral and it's one of the few I can think of that does this. Also shout our to him for making the chickens all look anthropomorphized in a way that isn't overly sexualized (or sexual at all really). If there were an award for "man who actually knows how to write female characters and present them as people" it would go to Aardman. Well done.
(have you catch up with BNHA recently)
Hello folks! I’d like to show you my full my full piece for Stars & Dreams @damianyazine :D
I had a great time working on it and I’m very happy to see many others were excited for the project as well.
Speaking of which, if you’d like to check out the full zine, there’s still a chance to get a hold of copy during this leftover sale. Maybe you’d like an extra copy for your bud, which is also good.
Anyways, have a nice one! ✨⭐️⚡️✨
Lazily titled "The Parents" 💛💚
(throws this artwork at you and runs away) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ enjoy my attempt at some perspective.
Please please tell me there are fics were Hawks has to grapple with the fact that the person he looked to the most, the hero who saved him and made him believe in becoming a hero was just like his parents.
I know it's talked about in the anime, but it is done so briefly. I understand that there are more important things going on, but it feels like Hawks came to terms with it far too quickly, or just refuses to acknowledge it at the moment.
Please I need to pick his brain.
