If someone really “Lived every day like it was their last” they’d have a great week, a terrible month, and be dead within a year.
I feel bad for this, but as much as I like the positivity in the post, I'd like to break this and point out how the body does that just for the sake of being able to actually remain alive and eventually reproduce, and how you shouldn't love it back, but rather, you should try to take care of it, if you're overweight, instead of excusing your problem with saying you 'love' your body and it's alright to be like that, you should actually demonstrate that you love it by caring for it and getting healthier, same goes for underweight, or any other kind of problem like that that hurts you(your concious mind) and your body, because if you just simply say, 'my body is alright' when it's actually not, instead of improving it, you'll create more problems for it to deal with, and basically be throwing away all it's doing to help you.
It's a symbiotic relationship, try to take the initiative to help and improve it, for itself and for yourself, and it'll help back and make you even better, for yourself and for itself

No one is ever thinking about the cringey stuff you did in the past because they’re too busy thinking about the cringey stuff they did in the past
