• each person is gonna have different cal needs and limits so don’t judge yourself based on other 4n4s! As long as you have a sustainable calorie deficit you are DOING GOOD!!
• if you have a demanding job or school work load, you may need more food than other 4n4s and that doesn’t make you a bad/fake 4n4!! Pls pls be safe and do what you need to do to survive this 3d. The point is to be skinny, not d3ad 💔
• taking a break from 4n4 doesn’t make you a failure. Coming back to 4n4 after recovery doesn’t make you bad/fake/or a failure either. Recovering is okay too and anyone who judges you for any of that should rot in hell.

My husband put sugar in my coffee and man was i so close to tipping it down the sink but I literally cannot hurt his feelings I'm sure he 1000% wouldn't really care but on the off chance I just can't welp
That's about 60 calories used up and I also hate the taste 🫠
Had a day out which included a trip out to eat but i managed to pick sensibly and I'm feeling OK with today I could squeeze more steps in but honestly I'm so tired I just don't think I can today
I'm planning on 2 fasts next week Monday and Wednesday and aim for around 600-800 the rest of the days 🫶 and 10-20k steps daily fasting day il settle for around 6-8 ☺️
