It's the build up to my time of the month and honestly I didn't think of how much my body changes the scales haven't moved, I'm hungry constantly and am so bloated I wanna cry
I actually fucking hate being a woman sometimes fuck this

But not a disaster either at this point,
I was craving quite badly and tbf I needed to up my fiber intake anyway so last minute blueberries, banana and popcorn snacks were added otherwise it would have sat at like 600ish but meh what's done is done i managed to get a decent amount of steps in and loads of water and peppermint green tea so hopefully won't feel too bad in the morning π
