Summary: You and Miles decided to take a late-night walk which ended with him teaching you how to play ball.

“Then, the bitch had the nerve to ask me for my fucking pencil back bro” You said with a hint of anger in your voice as you were telling Miles about something that happened at school.

“Nah, that's crazy ma-” He stopped mid-sentence once he caught a glimpse of a basketball court that was on his left, a few feet away from them. It was pretty late, so nobody was on the court playing like there usually would be.

“Let's go play some basketball baby” Miles said grinning, as he turned to face you. Before you could speak, he gently grabbed your arm and guided you to the court. “You got me fucked up, I didn't come out here to play Miles. Plus there's no ball nigga” You spoke as your boyfriend dragged you to it, regardless. 

“You out of luck mami, someone left their ball here” He said as he picked up the basketball off the bench. 

Shit.

“But baby, it's hot as fuck out here and my hair bout to be ruined” You whined, trying to get out of the situation.

“You know ill pay for that shit ma, relax. Now get your fine ass over here” Miles said signaling you over to where he was standing. There were no more excuses left for you to use, so you did as he said. You felt the warmth of his body when he came up behind you. “Here, take the ball baby. Position your hands like this, then shoot” Miles instructed as he showed you what to do.

You sighed, the things this man will make you do out of love. You positioned your arms in the way he did, shot it but missed as it hit the rim. “God, I'm so ass” You said as you laughed a bit.

Miles jogged over to get the ball then walked back behind you, “Here, try again mami” he said, handing you the ball once again.

You took the ball in your hand, positioning it like you did before “Like this?” you asked, turning to look at Miles. “Just like that baby” he said, smiling down at you.

You turned back around and then shot the ball once more which ended up going in this time. “See, you just needed some practice. Estoy muy orgullosa de ti princesa” (I'm so proud of you princess) Miles said looking at you with genuine happiness on his face.

“Well, I'm not doing that shit again” You said dropping the ball and looking up at him.

“Mhm, I know baby” Miles responded, intertwining his hands with you as you guys walked back to your place.

Jeff eyes budged out there sockets, his eyebrows furrowing at his son.

Miles mouth pursed into a thin line with a wince. He looked up at his mom wide-eyed, lowering his hand.

Rio looked around the room trying to find “who in. the. hell. are you talking to?!” She yelled, looking back sternly at Miles. “I am N O T one of your little friends, you hear me?” She flicked him hard on his forehead, causing him to let out a soft ‘ow’.

“Gimme your phone.” She stared at him blankly. “mami it was an accident-”

“Now.”

Miles sighed defeated, pulling his phone out his pocket, handing it over.

“And you’re grounded. Go to your room. ”

Bonus:

Rio and Jeff watched as Miles sulked away to the confines of his bedroom, shutting the door softly to insure there was no more conflict.

“You’re lucky that’s all that’s happening Miles!” Jeff screamed out to the abyss, accusingly pointing his finger at Miles door.

Rio turned to her husband “This is your fault!”

I KNOW but bakugou doing interviews like youtube brand ones and he’s sitting slouched in the chair with an all black outfit????? eating my knuckles. doing the gq video of going through his everyday bag. chunky ass prada boots, black cargos and a random black but well fitted henley top. he’s harsh and he’s blunt and he laughs loud. has to censor his language but if he forgets he just adds a shrug. clearly doesn’t want to be there but when he gets into it he leans on his knees. decides how to introduce himself differently every time. sometimes dynamight or katsuki or bakugou or bakugou katsuki or katsuki bakugou. depends how he feels. quirks an eyebrow at intimate questions and scratches his chin when he’s thinking hard. rings on his fingers and the only tattoo showing is the one on the back of his hand.

listens to the public share their opinions about him through questions and comments, something he usually avoids when he’s back home. rolling his eyes at people saying how attractive they find him, grunting when people compare him to the oddest things. shy smile when he gets comments from strangers being proud of him.

shows off random talents and facts. like how he knows seven languages and he can juggle. how he really enjoys cooking and is a plant dad.

wipes his face to hide his grin at the mention of you since your relationship is public and if he’s been away from home for a while, he finds out the company reached out to you to send him in a video question and suddenly he wakes up completely. grabbing for the ipad. it doesn’t matter he saw you on facetime last night. he recognises the outfit you’re wearing in the video from last week and he wonders how you were able to keep this little secret. the question you ask is sweet, cute, typical. has him grinning at the device. watching it twice before handing back the ipad to the interviewer.

“hey katsuki!!! i’ve got a question for you, don’t worry i’m not gonna say anything embarrassing.” you giggle in the video, “just wanted to ask, are you missing me? because i’m missing you!” and you give a little wave, “love you! come home safe!”

he hears your voice replay in his head even once it’s over. visibly shaking his head so he can hear the interviewer.

“so what’s your answer?”

“course ‘m missin’ her,” his voice gets quieter without meaning to, crossing his arms across his chest, “missin’ her more than she’ll ever know.”

42! Miles having to learn to drive from Uncle Aaron in their free time because Rio is too busy to teach him and he can’t learn any other way…

“If I say stop, you stop. understood?” Aaron reiterated for the fifth time. Miles nodded with a roll of his eyes, trying his best to not show how eager (and nervous) he was to be behind the wheel.

“Aight you’re goin’ to SLOWLY pull up here and make a right turn, S L O W L Y” Aaron said, checking for the seventh time to make sure he was buckled in.

Miles smiled, lightly pressing the gas to move the car forward.

He followed the correct protocols, making sure to stop at the stop sign, turn his signal on, look for cars, then swiftly (not so smoothly) turned his wheel to make the right turn. However instead of pressing the break to ease into the turn, he accidentally hit the gas making the car fly around the corner.

Aaron grabbed the handle above him, exasperatedly using his other hand to hold onto the dash in front of him. “STOP.” Miles winced, hitting the break harshly causing the car to jolt. They both rocked forward, the air falling into small awkward silence.

Aaron turned to miles aggressively, staring at him with a look of bewilderment “DAMN NIGGA I SAID SLOW.”
