Top 5 Avatar (ATLA/ALOK) characters?

When i tell people that Avatar: The Last Airbender is in my top 3 tv shows of all time they just don’t get it. They’re all like

and i’m all like

TOP. THREE. Of alllllll time. Out of every single tv show i’ve watched i rate it as the third best. There’s only 2 other tv shows i rater higher (Buffy, Red Dwarf).

A “kids” show has absolutely no right to be that good. I’ve said that before many times but i’m not wrong.

The world building is A+. The characters. The story.

SOKKA

Has no powers but can still hold his own. He starts out as a bit of a clownshoe but matures. Kind of. And he’s smarter than he lets on. He’s like the batman of their gang tbh. Kind of.

NUMBER FOUR!

KATARA

She has to mature fast due to things and stuff. She’s the driving force of team Avatar.

NUMBER THREE!

ZUKO

Greatest redemption arc in any tv show or film ever. The only thing that could have topped this is if they made another season or two and Azula got her redemption arc (it was planned).

NUMBER TWO!

TOPH

She might be blind but it doesn’t stop her being the greatest earthbender of all time. She’s also very sarcastic. And a total badass. TBH it was close between her and Zuko. They can have joint second place.

NUMBER ONE!

UNCLE IROH!

Not only is he the best Avatar character but he’s also one of the best fictional characters of all time.

Fucking some dude tries to mug him and he’s all ‘you cannot mug people with that stance’ and he disarms him and then shows him a better stance and THEN sits the guy down and gives him some tea and sorts his life out for him.

BUT there was more to him than wise words and tea. Dude was also known as The Dragon of the West. Absolute badass motherfucker.

tl’dr: watch Avatar: The Last Airbender or i’ll come to your house and punch you in the lungs.

AoS only use is to demostrate that SHIELD IS Nick Fury. I’m embarrased they took Hickman’s “Secret Warriors” run and turned into....that.

I can tell the anon exactly what they are doing wrong, but i doubt he is really interested (whenever i mention it on the forums they tell me to stop bitching cause they “like it that way”). I voted to put an eyepatch on John Reese from Person of Interest and all the “Machine” thing could pass for a SHIELD operation.

Alright I got to know why do people dislike Agents of Shield? I mean I get it if you got turned off by the first two seasons but right now the show is better than it's ever been.

because it has boring “characters” and it seems embarrassed to be a comic book show.

and because it’s tied in to the mcu they cannot really do anything

or mention things

or have interesting characters on it

meanwhile supergirl is like ‘here’s martian manhunter’

and it might be better now but that’s like saying you’re feeling better because you’re only having violent Diarrhea twice a day instead of three times a day.

It’s still awful. And it’s only worth watching for May, Morse and Ward.
