Lost Object Spell
A spell to enhance your concentration and mentally retrace your steps to the last known sighting of your missing item. You can initiate this ritual anytime, but performing it during a Full Moon will significantly boost its power.
⢠A suitably sized mirror
⢠An orange candle
⢠A black candle
⢠A magnet
⢠Basil oil
⢠Patchouli incense
Arrange the mirror on your altar, position the orange candle to the right and the black candle to the left, with the magnet right in the middle. Move clockwise around the room with a lit patchouli incense, inviting the elemental energies into your circle, conclude in front of the mirror. Envision the missing item and chant: "With sight and sound, let what's lost be found". Apply basil oil to the black candle and light it, focusing on the missing item. Do the same with the orange while recalling its last location. Touch the magnet, look in the mirror and chant: "Shown in the mirror, may the magnet draw near what's dear". Maintain your focus on the mirror, repeating the chant and remain open to any visual hints that might indicate where the item is. Convey your thanks to the elements by saying: "Elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, I entrust this circle to your care. Return to the depths and the skies, with my graditude and loving goodbyes". Circle your space counterclockwise with the incense. Allow the candles to burn down naturally with the magnet between them, then proceed to retrieve your misplaced object.
Attracting
fill a small jar with honey and add a written statement of intent to the jar - seal and set the jar in direct sunlight to manifest your intent
stir your morning coffee or tea in a clockwise motion while focusing on the intent of what energies you wish to attract for the day
fill a jar with herbs and crystals that represent what you want to attract and add a statement of intent
charge a crystal and wear on your person to attract certain energies
create a sigil and either draw it on yourself or on paper and keep in your pocket
create a talisman, charge it, and wear it to attract various energies
Banishing
take an item that represents what you wish to banish and: throw it in the trash, flush it down the toilet, burn it, bury it, drown it
burn the item and sweep the ashes out the back door or bury them
carve the name of what you want to banish into a black candle and let it burn down completely - bonus points if the candle is anointed with herbs or a binding oil
transmute negative energy into a stone (preferably a black stone like onyx) and throw it over the fence in your backyard (or whichever direction is south in reference to your home)
stir your morning coffee or tea in a counter-clockwise motion while focusing on the intent of what energies you wish to banish for the day
using incense that is associated with banishing negative energy, walk around your space in a counter-clockwise motion with the lit incense in your hand
Binding & Sealing
wrap a string around a poppet or other representation of the target or item you wish to bind
put the poppet or other representation in a plastic bag filled with water and freeze it
place the item in a black box and seal it - store in a dark place or bury the box in your backyard
write the item you want to bind on paper and seal with wax - keep safe until the bond is broken
perform a tie-breaking spell
Blessing & Consecrating
anoint an object with holy or blessed water/oil
use spring water to bless objects
place the object in a dry bath of herbs or flowers that are known for blessing
pass the object through incense smoke that is associated with blessing
use a censer to consecrate a place or a room
Cleansing
leave the item in the path of direct moon, sun, or starlight
place in a dry bath or herbs or flowers that are associated with cleansing
place the item in a bowl of sea salt
pass the item through incense smoke that is associated with cleansing
pass the item through running water
anoint the item with a cleansing oil or charged water
bury the item in soil for 3 days so it may be ârebornâ when unearthed
place a cleansing crystal on top of or next to the item
hang a wind chime outside of your home to negate negative energies before they have the chance to enter your home
physically clean and freshen your space - dust, mop, open the windows and let some fresh air inside (you can view this as an "out with the old and in with the new" situation)
Cursing
fill a poppet with baneful herbs and crystals, seal it, and store in a black box
add baneful herbs and crystals to a jar with a piece of paper that states the targetâs name or a description of them and seal it
create a poppet or other representation of the target and destroy it (commonly by burning)
utilize martian or saturnian energy for baneful magic
stab the poppet with pins and needles
curse an item and "gift" it to the target
Dreams & Sleep
fill a sachet with herbs associated with restful sleep and peaceful dreams and hang above your bed
place the sachet under your pillow
wash your bedsheets and sleep clothes with a few drops of lavender or chamomile essential oil
alternately, choose fabric softener that is lavender scented to wash your sheets or sleep clothes with
create a sigil for peaceful dreams or dream recall, charge under the light of the moon, and place it under your pillow before you go to sleep
utilize lunar or neptunian energy in dreamwork
mugwort, peppermint, or valerian root tea before bed for vivid, lucid dreams
chamomile tea before bed for restful sleep
lemon verbena (vervain) tea before bed for dreamless sleep
when bathing at night, create a sachet that matches your intent and place in the bath or shower
Glamours
utilize energy from venus and pluto for beauty and transformation but also neptune for illusions, mysticism, and confusion
anoint the containers of beauty and hair products with venus (beauty) or pluto (transformation/metamorphosis) water/oils/herbs
leave the item you wish to cast a glamour on under the full moon
charge a talisman with the effect you wish to have on others and wear when you go out for the day
add pluto water/oils/herbs and moon water to a bath for a full body glamour (write your intent with bath crayons on the tub or shower wall for an extra boost)
create an energetic shield over yourself in which the outside mirrors what you want others to perceive of you
Goal & Wish Manifestation
write your intent on a bay leaf and burn it
turn your intent into a sigil and store it in a jar filled with herbs or other items that represent said intent
place a written description of your goal or wish in the center of a crystal grid using stones that are associated with manifestation and power
place a coin in moon water while focusing on your wish or goal (leave container under direct moonlight overnight so that it may charge)
light a candle whose color matches your intent and while focusing on your goal or wish, blow out the candle
add a catalyst to your spell
use energy from mars (power) or jupiter (luck)
Personal Power & Effects
create or enchant a talisman that represents your intent, charge it, and wear it on your person
add herbs that are associated with personal power to a ritual bath
create a potion from herbs associated with power and drink in the morning for a boost during the day (think caffeine)
use a catalyst in the aforementioned activities
utilize whichever planetary/cosmic energy you see fit
Warding
sprinkle a mixture of protective herbs around the perimeter of your home while walking clockwise
leave protective crystals at each corner of your space
hang a protective amulet above the door to your space; wear a protective amulet for personal protection
create a protective witch bottle and bury near your front door
plant herbs or flowers that are associated with protection outside at each corner of your home
draw a protective sigil or symbol on the outside of your front and back door with saturn or protective water/oils
hang witch balls or a witchâs ladder near your front door
create an energetic shield and place over yourself, your loved ones, or your entire home
Wealth, Prosperity, & Luck
craft a money bowl and place it at the farthest left point away from the entrance of your home
involve mercury or jupiter in your spellwork (luck, money)
anoint candles with mercurial or jovian oils and/or herbs and burn on wednesdays or thursdays (ruled by mercury and jupiter)
use prosperity/luck runes or craft sigils to carve into candles
on the first of the month, you can do the following: say "rabbit rabbit" for good luck all month and let that be the first thing you say when you wake up; blow powdered cinnamon into your front door from the outside or place a cinnamon stick above your front door for prosperity
craft a crystal grid using prosperity/lucky crystals - where you place it is up to you
Please be wary: - of putting essential oils directly on the skin or on items that your skin may come in contact with - of leaving crystals in prolonged sunlight (might fade) or exposed to liquid (might dissolve, might become toxic when dissolved) - of blowing cinnamon into a home or using incense that has pets, or humans with respiratory issues - ingesting/burning/touching herbs/plants/etc. that you are not familiar with (could be toxic, could affect the efficacy of your prescribed medications, could be harmful for pets or other members of your household)

Spell Bags
Spell Bags are usually small bags that contain a range of ingredients linked to the intention of your spell. They can sometimes be known as different names, or have slight cultural differences. For the purpose of this post I will refer to a spell bag, but they may also be called spell sachets, charm bags, and in some cultures, mojo bags (please do your own research). You can also make spell jars, which are pretty much the same, only you use a jar and not a bag.
Gold - wealth, protection, the God Silver - prosperity, the moon, the Goddess Yellow - healing Orange - travel, communication, messages Green - nature, growth, prosperity, abundance, friendship Blue - peace, calm, wisdom, benevolence Purple - wisdom, wealth, grandeur, mysteries, justice Red - success, romance, strength, protection Pink - love, healing, friendship Black - absorbs negative energy
Think about your intention for making the spell bag⌠Why are you making it?⌠What do you want to get from it?
Think about ingredients you want to put into the spell bag and their correspondences⌠What ingredients will fit into your spell bag?⌠What specific ingredients are associated with your intentions (for example, what herbs are used for protection)
Collect your bag and ingredients, and focus your intent on each of them. You may also want to write a magickal chant. This can be simply read out, or written down to leave inside the spell bag.
Assemble your spell bag.
Spend time either meditating on your intention, or reciting your magickal chant.
Find a place to put your spell bag. This may simply be on your altar, or in your pocket. Alternatively, there may be a specific place you want to put it (such as by your bed for a sleep spell bag, or in the corner of your room for protection).

The full Moon that happens nearest to the fall equinox (September 22nd or 23rd) always takes on the name âHarvest Moon.â Unlike other full Moons, this full Moon rises at nearly the same timeâaround sunsetâfor several evenings in a row, giving farmers several extra evenings of moonlight & allowing them to finish their harvests before the frosts of fall arrive.Â
⢠While Septemberâs full Moon is usually known as the Harvest Moon, if Octoberâs full Moon happens to occur closer to the equinox than Septemberâs, it takes on the name âHarvest Moonâ instead. In this case, Septemberâs full Moon would be referred to as the Corn Moon.
This time of yearâlate summer into early fallâcorresponds with the time of harvesting corn in much of the northern United States. For this reason, a number of Native American peoples traditionally used some variation of the name âCorn Moonâ to refer to the Moon of either August or September.Â

The name Mabon comes from the Welsh/Brythonic God Mabon Ap Modron, who's name means "Divine/great Son", However, there is evidence that the name was adopted in the 1970s for the Autumn Equinox & has nothing to do with this celebration or this time of year.
⢠Though many cultures see the second harvest (after the first harvest Lughnasadh) & Equinox as a time for giving thanks before the name Mabon was given because this time of year is traditionally when farmers know how well their summer crops did & how well fed their animals have become. This determines whether you & your family would have enough food for the winter. That is why people used to give thanks around this time, thanks for their crops, animals & food
Some believe it celebrates the autumn equinox when Nature is preparing for the winter months. Night & day are of equal legth & the God's energy & strength are nearly gone. The Goddess begins to mourn the loss she knows is coming, but knows he will return when he is reborn at Yule.
â˘Â Sukkot- Is a Torah-commanded holiday celebrated for seven days, beginning on the 15th day of the month of Tishrei. It is one of the Three Pilgrimage Festivals on which Israelites were commanded to make a pilgrimage to the Temple in Jerusalem. Originally a harvest festival celebrating the autumn harvest, Sukkotâs modern observance is characterized by festive meals in a sukkah, a temporary wood-covered hut, celebrating the Exodus from Egypt.
â˘Â Mid-Autumn festival- September 17th
Is also known as the Moon Festival or Mooncake Festival. It is a traditional festival celebrated in Chinese culture, similar holidays are celebrated by other cultures in East & Southeast Asia. It is one of the most important holidays in Chinese culture; its popularity is on par with that of Chinese New Year. The history of the Mid-Autumn Festival dates back over 3,000 years.  On this day, it is believed that the Moon is at its brightest and fullest size, coinciding with harvest time in the middle of Autumn.
During the festival, lanterns of all size and shapes â which symbolize beacons that light people's path to prosperity & good fortune â are carried & displayed. Mooncakes, a rich pastry typically filled with sweet-bean, egg yolk, meat or lotus-seed paste, are traditionally eaten during this festival. The Mid-Autumn Festival is based on the legend of Chang'e, the Moon goddess in Chinese mythology.
â˘Â Thanksgiving- This is a secular holiday which is similar to the cell of Mabon; A day to give thanks for the food & blessings of the previous year. The American Thanksgiving is the last Thursday of November while the Canadian Thanksgiving is celebrated in October
â˘Â The Oschophoria- Were a set of ancient Greek festival rites held in Athens during the month Pyanepsion (autumn) in honor of Dionysus. The festival may have had both agricultural and initiatory functions.
-Amidst much singing of special songs, two young men dressed in women's clothes would bear branches with grape-clusters attached from Dionysus to the sanctuary of Athena Skiras & a footrace followed in which select ephebes competed.
Ancient sources connect the festival and its rituals to the Athenian hero-king Theseus & specifically to his return from his Cretan adventure. According to that myth, the Cretan princess Ariadne, whom Theseus had abandoned on the island of Naxos while voyaging home, was rescued by an admiring Dionysus; thus the Oschophoria may have honored Ariadne as well. A section of the ancient calendar frieze incorporated into the Byzantine Panagia Gorgoepikoos church in Athens, corresponding to the month Pyanopsion (alternate spelling), has been identified as an illustration of this festival's procession.

The Magic of Hair:
Hair has historically held great significance in many different cultures and the growing or cutting of hair had a significant impact. In my practice, hair holds great significance as well and is something I utilize in magical workings. I utilize hair in protection workings, as a personal taglock and to bring in certain energies (using colour magic). Hair as a taglock is actually a common association in many different communities. In some cultures, they burn their discarded hair to dispose of it as it prevents the hair from falling into the wrong hands. In my practice, I use it in spell jars or poppets that I am trying to link to me. I also incorporate glamour magic by colouring my hair red, this helps me feel and appear more confident and strong. Hair is a versatile tool in witchcraft and depending on your intention, it can be incorporated into many types of spell work.
Growing vs Chopping:
Some cultures view long hair as a reflection of commitment or spiritual growth. I believe that hair holds energy and I use my hair is a symbol of my energy. I rarely cut my hair and keep it long so that I can use it in my daily practices. The dedication and time that is put into growing out hair can be a spiritual experience in and of itself. Some people grow their hair out during specific times of their life or to represent a specific journey that theyâre on.
The cutting of hair can also have many different meanings. Sometimes hair is cut off when close family members pass away or when they leave difficult/toxic situations. The cutting of hair can mark either the beginning or end of a spiritual journey. Some people believe that cutting their hair regularly rids them of negativity that they've been holding onto (through their hair).
Whether you choose to keep your hair long or short, you can find ways to incorporate it into your practice and use it in your magical workings.
Braids & Magic:
Braids have a strong magical and spiritual association in many different cultures. Their connection to protection magic is due to the fact that they are considered protective hairstyles. I braid my hair with intention when I don't want to wear a veil (I don't veil regularly but when I enter certain spaces, like graveyards, I like to). Braids are not the only hairstyle that this can be done with. For my short hair peeps, twists as work just as well as long as they are done with intention.
Many people believe that any hairstyle that covers the crown of their head can be used for spiritual protection. If you don't have the ability to braid or have access to hair-safe protective oil or veils, they can be great alternatives.

Hecate is a Goddess of magic and witchcraft, as well as the guardian of boundaries and crossings. She is often depicted as a triple-headed woman, representing her role as a gatekeeper between realms. Hecate is a powerful and mysterious Goddess, and she is often associated with the moon, the night, and the Underworld. She is also known for her connection to the spirits of the dead, and she is revered as a protector of orphans and wayfarers. As the Goddess of magic and witchcraft, she is also an expert in magic, astrology, and other arcane arts.

⢠History: Hecate is a minor deity in Greek mythology, but she has become a prevalent figure in modern times. Hecate's origins are linked to the Greek Underworld and the female deity Selene, and she is also connected to the Roman goddesses Artemis and Diana.
⢠Role in Witchcraft: Hecate is widely associated with magic and witchcraft, and many witches and Wiccans revere her as a source of power and knowledge. Some witch traditions worship Hecate as a three-way Goddess who represents the past, present, and future.
To worship Hecate respectfully, you should approach her with a sense of reverence and respect. She is a powerful Goddess and should be treated as such. You can offer prayers, libations, and offerings to her, and it's important to speak to her in a respectful manner, as you would to any other person of authority. Hecate has a strong connection to magic and the Underworld, so you can also use magic or other rituals to communicate with her. It's important to have an open mind and a respectful attitude when approaching Hecate and seeking her guidance.
To begin, you could address her by name and say something along the lines of:
"Oh Great Goddess Hecate, I come to you seeking your guidance and wisdom. I offer myself to you, my heart and my spirit, and I ask for your blessing in this prayer."
"I thank you, great Goddess Hecate, for listening to my words and for your guidance and protection. May you walk by my side always. Hail Hecate.â
Yes, it is possible to contact Hecate at a crossroads. This is a traditional method of invoking the Goddess that has been used for centuries. To do this, you should prepare a offering (bread, honey, and herbs, or any other items that you feel would be suitable for her) and then go to a crossroads during the witching hour between 12 a.m. and 3 a.m. Place your offering under the crossroads sign and say a prayer to invoke Hecate. Speak with sincerity and humility, and ask for guidance and aid in whatever aspect of your life you feel most in need of support. Remember to listen for signs and messages that Hecate may bring you.
If your request to work with Hecate has been accepted, you may notice the following signs:
⢠Feeling drawn toward witchcraft, magic, or spiritual practices
⢠Seeing her symbols, such as the moon, keys, dogs, etc.
⢠Feeling a connection to animals, nature, or the Underworld
⢠Feeling a pull towards the crossroads or areas with a strong sense of the occult
⢠Having vivid dreams or visions in which she appears or speaks directly to you.
⢠Seeing or feeling her energies in your environment
⢠The number 13 keeps popping up everywhere
⢠You hear dogs howling at night from nowhere
⢠Hecateâs symbols are repeating: the key, crossroads, torch, dagger, Hecateâs wheel
⢠Youâre drawn to graveyards and cemeteries
⢠Youâve had a spiritual experience (either positive or terrifying) at a crossroads in the woods
⢠Youâre new to the craft and need guidance but donât know who to turn to
⢠Hecate comes into witchesâ lives who are pregnant and dying (during major transitions in life)
⢠Youâre seeing a white dog(s) everywhere you go (in real life or on TV, etc.)
⢠Hecateâs name keeps showing up in your daily life (in random conversations, books, TV shows, online, etc.)
⢠You love working with animals, in particular dogs
⢠Stray dogs tend to find you and want you to take them in
⢠You were born under a Dark Moon or on Hecate Night
⢠Spirits communicate with you and have your entire life
If your request to work with Hecate has not been accepted, you may notice the following signs:
⢠Getting a strong impression or intuition that she is not interested in working with you.
⢠Getting a reading or divination that indicates Hecate is not willing to work with you at this time.
⢠Feeling a strong resistance or dissonance when you attempt to connect with her or her energies.â¨
Overall you need to be respectful of deities denying your request.
⢠Fire
⢠Three-headed candles
⢠Bones or skulls
⢠Poetry
⢠Chanting
⢠Herbs and flowers
⢠Food and drinks: such as grapes, almonds, garlic, red meat, water, milk, eggs, fruit, dishes with garlic, sweets that are crescent-shaped, pomegranates, dark chocolate, red wine, bread, and honey
⢠Painting
⢠Dancing
⢠Incense
⢠Olive oil
⢠Wands
⢠Keys
⢠A cauldron
⢠Crow feathers
⢠Respect the boundaries of others and yourself
⢠Practice self-love and self-compassion
⢠Take care of yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually
⢠Cultivate an open mind and open heart
⢠Follow your instincts and trust in your guidance
⢠Nurture friendships and relationships that are healthy and beneficial
⢠Learn to balance pleasure and work
⢠Live each day with purpose and intention.
⢠Doings Things in 13âs: offer thirteen flowers to her, give elaborate offerings or do ritual on the thirteenth of each month in her name, say your prayers thirteen times, etc
⢠Take care of our canine friends, do so in Hecateâs name. She will bless you AND your dogs or any dogs you care for. If you canât have a dog, donate your time OR old blankets, dog food, etc. to a local animal shelter. And tell Hecate youâre doing it in her name. This doesnât just go for dogs, but for any kind of canine species.
⢠Doing spirit work in the cemetery
An offering given to her is thus infused with the energies of the Underworld and may have a powerful impact on the consumer, if eaten. To avoid any potential discomfort, confusion, or negative effects, it is generally recommended that you avoid consuming offerings dedicated to Hecate and instead pour or bury the edible offerings into the earth.
Growing.
YâALL HAVE TIME TO REBLOG THIS. IT TAKES LESS THAN FIVE SECONDS.

So when we love fictional characters, we literally fall in love with a fragment of someoneâs imagination and mind?
Thatâs so beautiful đĽş
1. the law of assumption is personal. considering how we have different sets of experiences, different environments, different upbringings, and even different languages, we have different assumptions.
because of this, we are affected by teachings and success stories differently. it's important to note this since a lot of manifestation coaches will teach you about the law in a way that worked for them (and the others they may have taught) but it's possible that their advice (even my own) may not be the best for you. even abdullah and neville goddard, two of the people who are known to start this discipline, may have ancient or varied belief systems and techniques. this is normal considering the world they lived in before is different from the world we live in now.
although, you should still read on abdullah and neville because they will teach you the basics and they will help you understand the foundations of the law.
as an example, you might manifest your dream career faster with simple affirmation techniques but a coach may have taught you to focus on visualization techniques.
even the idea that "dominant THOUGHTS manifest" or "what you BELIEVE in manifests" is entirely up to you.
note: notice how i said "may not be the best for you" instead of "may not work for you". any technique can, does, and will work.
how i learned this: when i was learning about the law, i mainly focused on neville's teachings because he was one of the most prominent figures in the practice. and though i liked his practical techniques (especially mental diet and inner conversations), there were some beliefs that i do not agree with e.g. divine timing, appointed hour, avoiding "does not" "is not" "will not".
when i was going through sammy ingrams' takes, she said that it's better to have concise affirmations/short list (non-verbatim) than a long list of 25+ affirmations. but going through affirmations without being specific about them doesn't personally resonate with me and that's just because i'm a detail-oriented person (also a writer).
what i can advise:
learn about different approaches
a. through scientific concepts. e.g. quantum physics, reticular activating system, cognitive reframing, cognitive behavioral therapy, the psychology of placebo effect, the psychology of affirmations, Baader-Meinhof phenomenon (a.k.a. the psychology of self-fulfilling prophecy)
b. through religious and/or spiritual concepts. e.g. passages from the Bible, passages from the Quran, deity work, spells and rituals
c. through self-development. e.g. identity-based habit
start the practice with an identity you like in the present or an identity that you resonate with (learning style, talents, interests, etc.)
examples:
-visual learner = vision boards
-loves writing = scripting
-words of affection love language = affirmations
take teachings with a grain of salt. do not limit yourself and do not allow other people to limit you. experiment with concepts, ideas, and techniques, and have fun with them.
2. techniques are only reminders. you are manifesting either by thinking, feeling, or acting out your desires. you are manifesting every second of the day either with your thoughts, emotions, or by embodying a state. you are only being intentional when you anchor techniques.
note: it is true that your dominant thoughts manifest. it is also true that what you believe in manifests, the same way that your inner knowing manifests. BUT these ideas are meant to empower you. they are meant to remind you that manifestation is as easy as thinking, feeling, acting, believing, understanding, deciding, etc. if an idea doesn't feel good to you, it doesn't have to be an ultimate truth you embrace and carry on with. this is the same with techniques.
what i can advise:
choose one technique and practice it for 7 to 21 days. it can be mental diet, affirmation tapes, sats, mind movies, etc. as long as you can persist with it. give it time. give it time. give it time. in other aspects of the world, you give change some time. when you're calcium deficient and you decide to drink calcium supplements, you realize that it's counterproductive to ask "why am i still calcium deficient?" as soon as you start your regimen because you know your body is changing with the supplement and you put your trust into it. after all, why would you choose a supplement you have no faith on? you just give it time.
note: you can still manifest changes to be instant. you can affirm "i am seeing results now", "results come immediately", "my manifestation is quick". the amount of time you're using a technique does not equate to the amount of time your results will come.
the reason why i encourage you to practice for maximum 21 days is so you can fully explore and master the technique you chose. with the abundance of topics and methods discussed in social media, switching and trying new things is tempting. now, there is nothing wrong with this. it's just that, you wouldn't be able to take a step back and reflect on what worked and what takes more effort when you change techniques every so often.
try a technique that is popularized in the media. a lot of the times, the reason why this technique gained traction is either because it's simple or because it has worked for a lot of people. now, here's the thing: if said technique wasn't for you, at least you can say "oh this is a tiktok/twitter/youtube/old/beginner technique, there are other techniques out there" and you can try another technique with less resistance. but, if it did work, then it did. congratulations.
you can invent your own. here are some techniques that i invented throughout the years.
a. "name is set and solid with the fact that..." - works amazing for sp, getting people to commit, getting people to pursue you
b. "okay! manifestation powers go brrr!" - funny but i do this when I'm spiraling; it also helps me surrender doubts and i think it's because it's so simple and unserious lmao
you can combine them. for example, you want to do sats but you cannot hold a vision for long, what you can do is montage photos or videos that is similar to the vision you want to manifest. you can also have affirmation tapes running in the background.
3. "concept" work can be such a banger. assumptions are basically the conception about the world, about yourself, about the people around you. hence, when you manifest and apply the law of assumption, you change or reinforce a conception.
these can be done through:
self-concept
what it is: your awareness about yourself; the way you perceive yourself.
how you can apply it: there are multiple ways to establish your self-concept but the best way, is to start reinforcing the universal truth: that you are inherently worthy. you deserve money and resources because you are worthy. you deserve love because you are worthy. you deserve ease because you are worthy.
other ways to grow your self-concept is celebrating the identities you have within yourself that you like e.g. that you are strong, you are disciplined, you are beautiful. be careful about strongly tying yourself into these identities though because these are not the reasons why you shall receive. again, you shall receive because you are inherently worthy.
why it works: by having a strong self-concept, you develop ease. you are less likely to rationalize or question the law or why you deserve the things you're asking for. and as you may think, rationalizing may be a form of resistance. questioning may be a form of resistance.
one of the ways i have seen this is when people receive incentives from work, instead of just receiving or saying "thank you", they say things like "what have i done to receive this?", sometimes completely rejecting this gift because of fear that they might lose something when they receive. this can be an example of a weak self-concept. consequently, the company starts questioning "did my employer really do enough to receive this?".
on the other hand, someone with a strong self-concept can take this incentive and buy the things they like because they know they deserve it. they can also take this incentive and say to themselves "oh it's because i worked hard these past few days". it's the knowing and confidence they have within themselves that everything around them has no other option but to recognize.
conception of other things (e.g. of love, of money, of a specific person)
you can work on your conception of other things the same way you work on your self-concept: choosing a narrative that is uplifting to you.
in case you have resistance to a specific object, you can also listen to people's success stories to start shifting to a more positive and desirable perception. one of the ways i do this is by going back to abdullah and neville's story. these two men lived at difficult times, through difficult eras, yet they manifested their desires. they managed to let go of the 3D.
4. practice some distance as you're starting. you were exposed to a different life before the law, it's only normal and human to have doubts or spiral once in a while. however, when you set distance on things that do not help you embody the state, you set distance on things that will feed your doubts and spiraling.
for example, if you're shifting to a state of wealth and you're affirming "i have 1,000 dollars". it's unhelpful and opposing to be constantly surrounded by someone else saying "you only have 10 dollars".
now, i do understand that not everyone can do this right away because of circumstances. but PLEASE do whatever you can to set this distance. find a voice to reinstate your truth.
a personal story, i am an asian girl living with a grandmother who was pessimistic about love because her two children (my mom and my aunt) struggled with it. because of this, she used to constantly remind me of how love is difficult. i didn't know this at the time, but this created a set of beliefs in my head. consequently, as a teenager, i only seeked and allowed love which was difficult because that was all i've ever known. that was all my assumption.
but around the pandemic, i went back to the countryside with my dad where i had a lot of time on my own. this was when i got deep into new-age spirituality and did shadow work. from here, i realized: this is not my assumption about love. before my parents broke up, my assumption was that love is easy. you only have to make the other person laugh. when i was busy in school and would spend most of the time at my friend's house, my assumption was that love is support and light. i started to get these epiphanies that a lot of my pessimistic perception was because of someone i was constantly surrounded with and that i have to build new assumptions.
but around august 2020, i have to go back to the city with my grandmom. i was afraid of the toll i might get into when i got back. however, because i already practiced distance and understood what are the assumptions that serve me, what are the assumptions that i want, i was more at peace. i listed down affirmations about myself, about love, about money, about being "deserving".
after this, every time she told me what love was, i can stop her and say no. i can tell her that it's not the universal truth, and certainly not mine. along the way, i started manifesting that she believes love is easy and supportive. i started manifesting that she believes i deserve love that is soft and tender.
then, when i got into my relationship, she was nothing but happy and supportive.
other ways i have practiced distance while manifesting:
unfollowing content creators who normalized hating men.
unfollowing content creators who were shady and negative about relationships.
unfriending highschool guy friends who do not make me feel safe about men.
unfriending relatives who make unnecessary comments about my looks, my studies, my relationship, and my earnings.
unfollowing girls who made me feel bad about also liking girls.
unfollowing manifestation gurus who romanticize struggles because "the more you struggle, the more you get blessed"
unfollowing manifestation gurus who say stuff like "if you want money, you have to take action to deserve it. not just manifesting"
now, you can totally manifest these people to change and be better, as long as it will make you feel good.
that's all i can share today (since this post is already getting long). i hope you learned a thing or two. thank you so much for reading. i love you and i appreciate you !

Handwrite. (If you already are, write in a different coloured pen.)
Write outside or at a different location.
Read.
Look up some writing prompts.
Take a break. Do something different. Comeback to it later.
Write something else. (A different WIP, a poem, a quick short story, etc.)
Find inspiring writing music playlists on YouTube. (Themed music, POV playlists, ambient music, etc.)
Do some character or story prompts/questions to get a better idea of who or what youâre writing.
Word sprints. Set a timer and write as much as you can. Not a lot of time to overthink things.
Set your own goals and deadlines.
Write another scene from your WIP. (You donât have to write in order.) Write a scene you want to write, or the ending. (You can change it or scrap it if it doesnât fit into your story later.)
Write a scene for your WIP that you will never post/add to your story. A prologue, a different P.O.V., how your characters would react in a situation thatâs not in your story, a flashback, etc.
Write down a bunch of ideas. Things that could happen, thing that will never happen, good things, bad things.
Change the weather (in the story of course.)
Feel free to add your own.
If you see this on your dashboard, reblog this, NO MATTER WHAT and all your dreams and wishes will come true.

a friendly reminder to pagans & witches:
it is okay if you weren't productive today.
it is okay if you didn't do any spellwork.
it is okay if you didn't pray.
it is okay if you didn't offer something to your deities.
it is okay if you didn't learn anything new.
it is okay if you didn't feel like doing something related to your craft.
it is okay if you didn't have any motivation to do anything.
it is okay.
your path is yours and it should make you comfortable.
perhaps you had planned many things to do, perhaps you wanted to learn more, perhaps you wished for some time alone with your deities; or perhaps you were looking forward to something else.
it is okay if you couldn't do it â whether you weren't feeling well, you had other things to do or you just didn't want to.
your practice should be something that is useful and helpful, something which you should benefit from. take this into account when you are in your spiritual space <3
Last winter in Hogsmeade âď¸đ¤
what I say: Iâm fine
What I mean: Sometimes there are no words, no clever quotes to neatly sum up what's happened that day. Sometimes you do everything right, everything exactly right, and still you feel like you failed. Did it need to end that way? Could something have been done to prevent the tragedy in the first place? Eighty-nine murders at the pig farm; the deaths of Mason and Lucas Turner make ninety-one lives snuffed out. Kelly Shane will go home and try to recover, to reconnect with her family, but she'll never be a child again. William Hightower, who gave his leg for his country, gave the rest of himself to avenge his sister's murder. That makes ninety-three lives forever altered, not counting family and friends, in a small town in Sarnia, Ontario, who thought monsters didn't exist, until they learned that they spent their lives with one. And what about my team? How many more times will they be able to look into the abyss? How many more times before they won't ever recover the pieces of themselves that this job takes? Like I said, sometimes there are no words, no clever quotes to neatly sum up what's happened that day. You should have made a deal. Sometimes, the day just... [the screen cuts to black as a gunshot rings out] âŚends.
