So Nino works for the Dai Li. This complicates things with his girlfriend Alya.

In the plus side as he is one of the few metalbenders in the squad he gets paid a lot and gets to go after high profile targets like Rena Rouge and Her Associates (lol you think I'll tell you? That's spoilers). He uses the metal shield on his back to protecc and atacc.

Rena Rouge keeps flirting with him and he just wishes she would stOP. He has a girlfriend!

You walk along the path as you have many times before, the cracked concrete familiar beneath your feet.On one side of you is the cliff; the cliff is familiar too. Numerous cracks run up the pale face; they greet you as you pass them by, an old friend. You counted them, once. Sometimes moss spills out of the rifts caused by time and bad weather, bringing life to the otherwise empty stone. Scraggly plants cling to it's crumbling surface.On your other side there are long stretches of grass, punctuated by trees. In the distance you see the figure of someone with a dog that bounds faithfully alongside them. You smile and continue walking. The sky above you is cloudy and grey. The weak sunlight permeates the air around you and lights your way. It's cold. You wish you bought gloves. You hear chirping above you, and when you look up, you see them. Peering over the nest at you, the chicks ruffle their downy grey feathers and call for their mother. You continue to walk onward. You can see the old abandoned railway, upon its throne of pebbles and stones. No train has run along that track in decades, it lays silent now. When you finally arrive it is a welcome sight; the walk here had tired your bones and you need to rest. You are relieved to see the familiar grainy wood framed by the cold black metal. A brass plaque bears her name.

You lay down the bouquet you carried here and you sit down and remember. You watch and are content.

We noticed that, while we get a lot of content about Sokka or Katara individually, we as a fandom don’t see them together in fanworks nearly enough. So we wanted to dedicate a week just to our favorite family dynamic.

From the 21st to the 27th of September, we’re going to be boosting stories and fanart featuring Sokka and Karara and their relationship with their family.

If you would like to submit an idea for a prompt, our ask box is currently open and anonymous asks are accepted. We’ll be accepting suggestions until the 2nd of August, at which point we’re going to release a Google form for you to vote on your favourites! We’re looking for six prompts, one for each day. The seventh will be a prompt free day, where you can do whatever you want. In case you’d prefer to work from a prompt, we’ll also be posting any other suggested prompts for you to choose from.

Here's some Chat Noir! I honestly think he turned out the best, him and Alya are the only ones who's hands I'm confident with.

I toyed with the idea of making Adrien The Avatar, but I decided against it, making him the prince of the Northern Water Tribe instead.

Chat Noir to Adrien is a way to escape the pressures of his daily life and to practice some form of bending other than the (I don't know the word but they're essentially party tricks) forms that his father only lets him learn.

Adrien is in Ba Sing Se with Gabriel, Nathalie and The Gorilla for some diplomatic reason or other - it's not important. What is important is how he had accidentally joined Alya's small band of thieves as Chat Noir, on his first outing in the city.

From one of Alya's thieves he learns Actual Waterbending. I don't know who yet.

What's happening to AO3 right now?

As you may have noticed already, Archive of Our Own is currently down. This is temporary, but unfortunately.. we now know that this is much deeper than we thought.

AO3 is currently the victim of a DDOS attack orchestrated by "Anonymous Sudan"

Why? Because AO3 is home to thousands of LGBTQIA+ content and lots of NSFW content. They're doing this as an Anti-LGBTQ+ attack. If they're doing this for or from America specifically, we're not sure. But this is what AO3 is facing at this time.

What can we do?

Spread the word. Spread the fucking word. I'll be providing updates to my Tumblr page directly from the r/AO3 subreddit. I know that not everyone here is comfortable using Reddit, so I'm taking the blow for you. I cannot access Twitter though.
