Who’s ready to take their strength to the next level? If you can hold a plank for 2 minutes, do a handstand against a wall and do at least 3 assisted pull ups (using a chair or a pull up assist band) then you can join me today in the ZGYM and start the Upper Body & Abs Inferno workout series from the beginning.
