Do you have tinnitus. I'm lucky enough to not be afflicted with it, But my friend Dave has not always been so lucky. He was stuck with it for years. It sounded like a nightmare from the way he described it. Not that he was able to get much sleep. It affected him around the clock. He used to leave the radio on a in between frequencies so the sound that came out was mostly static instead of music. It seemed to make the tinnitus less noticeable and made it easier to get into a light restless sleep for a couple hours at a time.
Then he'd wake up and hear it all day. It negatively affected everything in his life. The doctors couldn't do anything for it. His inner ear looked healthy. There was no medical reason for his symptoms that was visible to the eye. Sound familiar? People with tinnitus are told this every day. He tried everything he could think of to get it under control. He eliminated caffeine and certain foods he thought might be the root cause, took motion sickness medication, wore ear plugs when running the blender or doing anything else that was loud, and a bunch of other things.
Nothing worked..............
Then he found something that did. Research has found that the root cause of tinnitus is in how the brain processes sound. That's why people experience it when there is nothing wrong with the ear itself. It didn't require drugs with side effects or anything invasive like surgery. Dave swears by it.
This is it.
Have a nice day,
