For a class that is supposedly so close to one another, 1A sure was quick to take the Bakugou vs Izuku fight at face value, despite knowing how OOC it was for Izuku to break curfew and get put on house arrest.
For a class that is supposedly so close to one another, 1A loves turning a blind eye to how much of asshat Bakugou is to everyone.
For a class that is supposedly so close to one another, 1A seems to love making fun of the drawbacks of Kaminari's Quirk, despite it putting him in danger during the USJ Incident.
For a class that is supposedly so close to one another, 1A was quick to gang up on Izuku during the Dark Izuku arc with zero regard of how it would mentally affect him, not to mention the fact that they were so quick to take Bakugou at his word and let him lead the charge.
For a class that is supposedly so close to one another, 1A (minus Izuku) sure were quick to forget about Aoyama leaving UA in favor of fawning over discount Goob. Sure, maybe there were still people sore about his role as the UA traitor, but he was coerced into doing it. If anything, his parents should have been the ones getting the brunt of the backlash.
1A is not this found family with Dadzawa reluctantly caring for and about them. 1A really aren't as close as the fandom likes to believe.
Omg welcome back!! You've been sorely missed, I hope you're well <33
Also I'm not on twt and haven't paid attention to the spiky pompom in a while but people hate him now?? :O
Yep š. Well, either theyāve woken up/changed their tune as they grew up/consumed better media or those who were once afraid of speaking out against him have begun doing so. It aināt perfect but people can finally hate him without worrying about being doxxed š
Close up
Okay the Timid Muzan headcanons au but maybe the reason why Akaza hated Muzan's timid personality is because everything about him reminds Akaza of his late biological father? Whether he suddenly remembers or not, and becomes more loyal or kinder to Muzan if he does suddenly remember or choose to stay away, you can choose!
Could I get some headcanons for that? Thanks in advance! ^^ š
Wordcount: 391 words
While Akaza doesn't remember his past (as he does when fighting Tanjirou later in the manga), he does remember certain feelings. When he looks at Muzan, a sense of familiarity washes over him. He hates the fact that he feels as if he's seen this scene before, he just can't remember why or when.Ā
Akaza might limit his time with Muzan at first, only seeing him if he was requested, but after some time of Muzan breaking down his walls with his kind exterior and need for protection, Akaza will eventually succumb to the tranquility the other Upper Moons have been experiencing. He'll stick more to Muzan's side, seeing if there's anything he can do to help ease Muzan's mind and thoughts.Ā
Akaza's father was sick and wanted Akaza to live an honest life, one where he wouldn't steal, even if he stole so Akaza could pay for his medicine. Akaza feels a sense of nostalgia from Muzan's personality and actions because of the kindness he shows, just like his late father did. Muzan wishes nothing but the best for the Upper Moons and Muzan will try and put his fear aside to protect his loyal followers if one or more Upper Moons find themselves in great trouble.Ā
Muzan uses his strength to protect Akaza and the Upper Moons like they're his children, so Akaza learns to respect Muzan for this. Muzan wishes to use his powers to protect those just as how Akaza's father tried to protect him from the consequences of stealing.Ā
Akaza used to get beaten as punishment for stealing, but his loyalty to his father caused him to keep on stealing in hopes he could help his dad by buying medicine. Because of Akaza's loyalty to his father, Muzan's goal to protect the Upper Moons just as Akaza's father wished to protect him is what earns his loyalty.
Akaza will stick around Muzan more, personally volunteer to complete missions and watch out for Muzan if there's any danger nearby. He won't speak kind words to Muzan, he feels that insulting to Muzan (and his own) strength, like he's belittling him, so he uses his strength and abilities to protect Muzan and go on missions to show his gratitude.Ā
Thank you for requesting! I do hope this is what you mean, it's a little hard to write Akaza's thoughts on Muzan when Muzan is supposed to be a merciless demon, along with how Akaza doesn't canonly remember his past until fighting Tanjirou.

It always bothers me when fans mock or make fun of critics/antis for constantly making posts venting their grievances about a story they dislike and say shit like āoooh why canāt u just talk about something u like11ā or āpfft, get a life and do something more productive than complaining about a show!ā and plenty of other shit.
Not only does this come across as condescending, itās also hypocritical. So if people arenāt allowed to make posts about things they donāt likeā¦I guess that means that fans canāt make posts about things they do like. I throw these same arguments fans use against people who complain about something thatās enjoyed by a good amount of people. āOMG why do you care so much about a stupid showā and shit like that.
Fans like these donāt realize that the reason for why people talk about things they donāt like is the same reason for why people talk about things they do like; they are passionate about it and enjoy analyzing it. They like breaking it down because they just enjoy media analysis. Itās not unhealthy, itās not obsessive, itās just a perfectly normal way of consuming media. And critical communities on Tumblr allow for a safe space for people to voice their grievances about a piece of work without being harassed by deranged stans.
My point is; let people make blogs criticizing shows whenever the fuck they want. What they are doing is no different than what fans of the work are doing; analyzing the story and voicing their opinions.
brain filled w fire fox rengoku lately idk merghhghegh š«
so. when tim showed cock and balls. piper hid her face, lochlan covered his ears, and saxon was the only person in the room that fell dead silent. then it cut to a shot of the three wise monkeys statue. and once again, in the face of her own family being sexually inappropriate, victoria just laughed it off. soo really great tv happening! this family is nauseating!!

Ironically, Aizawa's expulsions would make sense if UA wasn't a Japanese school. While dropouts, transfers, and kicking students out of the Hero course for not meeting standardsĀ would legitimately be a thing, in fact, some schools would probably want to have a student who made into the Hero Course but have other issues at hand. The problem is that since UA is in Japan and is a Japanese school, the cultural context about expulsions and the black mark is fundamentally a serious liability and business in Japan compared to the west. Having a black mark in Japan is enough to prevent someone from getting a normal job and MHA Japan would not have enough time to develop away from this mentality, thus causing more problems down the line.
The manner in which Aizawa gives his students black marks instead of basic transfers to the General Course, since full expulsion from UA would be too extreme given that a 2-A does exist in canon, would mean that the moment that these black marked students graduate, they would not get basic jobs even if they graduated from the top school in Japan. There is a difference between changing courses of student and being given a black mark and while both could happen, getting a black mark is a gunshot wound to the person being kicked down the steps. Aizawa ironically is creating more villains and vigilantes on the streets by his actions and those students are very likely to die due to societal pressures and being forced into poverty. It would be an extremely minority that could have back-up plans and money to survive a black mark in Japan.
And let's not get onto Stain as he's just crazy. He would support Aizawa's expulsion of students on the basis of weeding out the weak heroes early. He just forgot that having a black mark is a death sentence in Japan.
See this is why I just donāt get the black mark thing. Like unless Aizawa is meant to be a big bad villain it makes no sense. Him temporarily expelling students to shove them into Gen Ed for a bit is much more reasonable if they need a reality check and fits his personality more. Still a bastard but not some jackass villain. And then he softens as he learns he made the wrong assumptions becoming a better teacher! See?! Way better. Instead we get this.
Also he can scare them with the idea of a black mark but not actually give them one. Fits more to with his logical ruse shit.
Thereās a reason I drop canon Aizawa and itās cause his shit makes no sense.
Stain would approve. Hes a bitch. I really do not like him.
How utilised/underutilised do you think each member of 1A was?
There is not a single character who I think is 100% well utilized and Class A was absolutely shafted in the Final War as an ensemble. All Might usurping their "team effort" into a mecha suit was easily one of the worst decisions the manga could have made. But I can give you a quick run-down on how well I think they were used in order:
Bakugou: Plus - decent character development, some great fight utilization, lots of POV. Minus - became too Deku-centered, which weakened his team narrative.
Shoto: Plus - great own arc, great relationships, good quirk development, good character development. Minus - he needed better fight highlights, not enough POV especially on his victimhood, story waffled the ending of his major relationships
Deku: Plus - very strong start, good fights, lots of strong relationships Minus - no POV, failed theme in Act 3, author lost interest in him clearly
Iida: Plus - very consistent on the themes he represents. Minus - weak connection to main plot, total lack of good fight scenes
Kirishima: Plus - solid arc and fights scenes Minus - sidelined in act 3 and badly utilized in the final arc
Momo: Plus - well utilized until PLF War Minus - sidelined in Act 3
Jirou: Plus - nice little arc, interesting extra hobby tied into the main theme of saving, decent endgame highlight Minus - didn't get enough role in the early story
Tokoyami: Plus - great fight scenes and role, potentially interesting mentor -student relationship - Minus - next to no character work
Uraraka: she was weirdly overused and underused at the same time. A lot of bloated scenes, flip-flopping themes. I found her really irritating pretty much every arc after the sport festival.
Basically, the rest of the class was completely and utterly underused/misused. Without any particular order:
Shoji: the main face of a last-minute mutant arc that had no real build-up. The way Hori used him in the epilogue was also very dishonest
Aoyama: the traitor arc was one of the biggest disappointments of the entire manga. His endgame was mostly treated like a gag. It also highlighted the double standards when it comes to crimes committed by heroes vs crimes by villains.
Kaminari: reduced to a gag character, biggest achievement is one-time lightning rod
Sero: his ability was made redundant by Deku's blackwhip, his big highlight was a stupid speech to AFO and an unearned / unbuilt moment with Shoto.
Mina: she was used to further Kirishima's character and that's about it. Her highlight came too late and felt forced.
Hagakure: objectified the entire time.
Asui: great design and abilities wasted on being Uraraka's sidekick and then the "friendship" completely thrown out the window for Toga.
Ojirou: did he do anything?
Satou: might as well not show up...
Kouda: cool quirk that is used the worst possible way
Mineta: too much panel time for a sex offender.
