and it may look like only a little bit compared to his normal lunch but this is just a low carb sandwich and basically two sandiwches. Eating more than two sandwiches is a bit much dont you think ? germany does. so yeah its kind of amazing how much differneta whole meal can look depending if you use processed vs unprocessed foods. his white substance food can fill the whole container with the same calories because its made of unprocessed food that he processes himself. while this is ham and cheese made in the factory with the horse glue............ sayas a lot about our society T.B.E (to be eich)
