People, who understood, that all the Capitol did was spread false propaganda about their fellow citizens in the districts by portraying them as evil beasts, who understood, how evil the hunger games were, and who decided that it was time for them to end once and for all. The movement started that night would last until the very day, snow dropped dead. The story of a district boy offering his life for an insane thirteeb year old lived on amongst the capitol rebels, being w source of inspiration and strenght.

It was not a conscious act of rebellion, like everything Maysilee did. He did not even know the phrase. Yet Wyatt Callow's final poster destroyed the propaganda image of a heartless beast from the districts, propagated by the capitol. His final poster helped bring the Capitol down
