Sooooo long time no see! I haven’t posted here in a long while and that’s just…sad. I love this account and all of you! But as I am sure all of you can understand life decided it was going to be come to overwhelming to endure. I lost alot, hurt alot, became horribly depressed, had not creativity and was unable to make anything. By the time I had the ability again to make anything I felt I had let you all down. I was afraid to come back. But I finally decided too and try to make some amends with all of you. Thheeennn tumblr decided to nuke itself right as I had made the decision! It breaks my heart that I am going to lose this account. It means so much to me. When I started this account I was in a bad place too. Lost my job, lost my ability to walk, lost my boyfriend, and had to move back to my parents. This account gave me an escape and all of you gave me hope! The fact it is all going to disappear just…hurts so much. So I have decided to try and preserve as much as I can on twitter. As I said above my name there is MisterAlenko. He smiled to himself as the sirens blared passed him. They would never find him and if they did he would just tear them to pieces too. Just like that merc bastard he shacked up with who thought he could screw him over in the end. He snorted out an amazed grunt while pulling his cigarette to his mouth. The guy had been pretty, that was for sure, but that was all he had going for him. He couldn't lie or aim for shit, sucks to be him. He let out a puff of smoke before looking down at the bag full of Red Sand at his feet. He was going to make a killing on the markets of Omega with this and once he got the creds he was going use it to hunt down some very special people. He shifted his glaze to this arm that still had the tattoos and scars from there horrible experiments they had preformed on him. His fist tightened, crushing his cigarettes, while a quick flash of blue danced over his skin. He was going to show them what a big mistake it was to fuck with him. He was going to make ALL of them understand that NO ONE messes with Kaidan Alenko, or as they called him Subject Zero. Cerberus was going to pay!

Winter Wonderland

"K, wait up! I'll help you pull it!" John laughed at his husbands excitement over what he called the prefect Christmas tree. "You're taking to long!" He called back sticking out his tongue as he started pulling. "Oh yes! How dare the guy that just chopped the tree down take a breather!" He chuckled catching up to him and taking the trunk in his hand and pulled along. "You know we could have brought them along and share this with them." He playfully elbowed Kaidan who shoved back snorting. "Yeah right! One Shepard around an axe is good enough for me!" He laughed as John's face contorted in mock disapproval and hurt. "For your information, I did a fabulous job chopping down that tree." He lightly pulled the base of the tree into Kaidan's butt who jumped a bit and lightly punched his chest in return. "Ohhh yesss!" Kaidan paused. "If by fabulous you mean completely missing the tree 12 or 13 times every other swing!" "Oh you! That's it!" John drops the tree and axe in one movement to tackle his laughing mad hatter of a husband into the nearest snow bank. They wrestled around in the snow for a few moments before settling. Kaidan laid on top of John laughing for a moment before sitting up. "On second thought, maybe we should have had Mom and our son come along." He smiled down at John. "This would have been a great opportunity to show them both how NOT to chop a tree down!" Its a good thing John loves his husband otherwise he would have had a face full of snow.... MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY HOLIDAY’S ALL! I hope you all enjoy this! :3 Decided I wanted to bring in a few of my OC’s finally. (Aka Kaidan and John’s kids.) Missing you

The song on the data pad played low and muffed next to Steve's thigh as he caressed James forgotten shirt. Remembering all the times he had seen him wear it, all the times Steve had nuzzled his cheek into it, all the times he had cried into its soft cotton warmed by James skin and all the times he had listened to his heart beat just under the thin cloth. "I need you more than anything in my life, I want you more than anything in my life, I'll miss you more than anyone in my life, I love you more than anyone in my life" The song faded and the data pad beep indicating the end of the track. "Play again." Steve said with a shaky voice and tight throat from the tears.

So I'm sitting here in a world of pain this evening and no matter what I do it wouldn't stop and the only thing that seemed to help was thinking about my boyfriend. He's laughter is more soothing then any tea could be and his smile more powerful then any pain reliever. He's been there for me through a lot of these attacks as of late and this is a little thank you to him. (He doesn't know I'm doing this, in fact he thinks I'm laying down in bed. Shhhhhh! Don't tell him!) Anyways, this image was quick but it really does get my feelings across. Steve doesn't mind being James damsel in distress and I don't mind being Eternal's. Mshenko - No Seafood or Mushrooms, Please...

Kaidan looked over at his boyfriend on a stool that sat on the other side of the kitchen island with a raised eyebrow. "You're joking right?" John swallowed down the water he was drinking while shaking his head. "No. I don't joke when it comes to Seafood and Mushrooms." Kaidan let out a small laugh of disbelief as he continued to stir the tortellini in the pan. "Why? Seafood is great. Like smoked Salmon, I love smoked Salmon and mushrooms are great in a lot of thi-" Kaidan was cut off by his boyfriends rough grunt. "What?" "I just don't get you people! How can you willing digest a fungus?" Kaidan almost started laughing at his boyfriends horrified yet thoroughly disgusted face. "K, mushrooms ARE fungus! Why would you eat them!? And Seafood...well after having fish it just makes me feel like a murderer. Plus I have put so much time and money into keeping those little bastards alive I'm sure as hell not going to eat them!" Shepard shook his head vigorously like he was trying to shake the thought out of his head. Kaidan turned back to the cooking hoping to suppress the laughter that was threatening to burst out of him at Shepard's passion on the subject and his cute crinkled up nose but he couldn't hide the shaking of his shoulders. "Are you laughing at me?" Shepard asked with a tone of mock hurt. Kaidan lost it and started cracking up. By the end of his laughing fit he had to wipe away tears. He turned back to his boyfriend who was giving him a look that said 'Really?' but was smiling. "Well I'm glad my pain is so funny!" "I'm sorry, Shep but your face was just...hysterical! But I promise no Seafood and Mushrooms for you." Shepard smiled and got off his stool making his way over to his boyfriend who quickly turned back to the pasta to make sure he hadn't burnt it. He wrap his arms around Kaidan's waist and kissed his temple. "Well that's good I won't need the Hazmat suit then." Kaidan crinkled his brow in question. "Hazmat suit? Why would you need one of those?" Shepard kissed his cheek. "I really hate Seafood and Mushrooms, K. And if you intended to bring there evil into our home I would need a Hazmat suit." Kaidan had never had the sudden urge to buy Seafood and Mushrooms so bad in his life. This little piece was inspired by a conversation the boyfriend and I had! He is a wonderful cook so the subject of food came up. He discovered I can't cook, like at all, and that I hate Seafood and Mushrooms with an undying passion! We ended up having a very in-depth conversation about what I would do if he decided he wanted Tune Pie, one of his favorite foods, and my reply was I would have to wear a Hazmat Suit! Only your kiss will set me free Steve's heart was pounding out of his chest as he ran for Robert's turned back. He could see the Collector's moving closer to him. "ROBERT! OVER HERE!" Robert turned slightly toward him smiling. He spoke but Steve couldn't hear him but he could read his lips. I love you. And like that....he was gone. Steve filled with rage then charged and tackling the closest Collector violently punching it. It's blood was splattering in every direction with each pound of his fist. "GIVE HIM BACK! YOU SON OF A BITCH!" He screamed as he went to throw another punched but stopped dead when he looked down to find Robert under him bloodied by Steve's fists. Steve sucked in a sharp break. "Esteban..." Robert said as blood gushed from his mouth. Robert lifted his arm and touched Steve's shoulders. Tears rolled down Steve's face as he watched Robert struggle to keep his arm up to comfort him. "Esteban." He said again with love in his voice and eyes but suddenly he was ripped away from Robert and he screamed. "N-NO! NO! ROBER-" Steve stopped when he found himself on his back and face to face with James Vega. His face was torn with worry and he had Steve by both shoulders. "There you go, Esteban! It's ok, you're home! With me, guapo! It's ok!" James cupped his cheek and soothingly ran a thumb over the tears and sweat that covered it. He was shaking and couldn't focus. Where the hell was he? Where was Robert? He was glad to see James, maybe he could help him find Robert. James leaned down gently kissing his forehead and it was only then that Steve remember what had happen over 4 years ago. Robert was gone...forever. He brought a shaky hand up to his husbands tattooed chest needing something to ground him. "I-I'm sorry, James...I just-..I'm sorry..." James pulled him up right and into his lap, wrapping his strong arms around his shoulders and guiding Steve's head down to his shoulder. "Shhh, now, lindo. It's ok." James soothed and started rocking him slightly but Steve's mind wasn't letting him relax. He felt horrible. This was the 16th nightmare he had woken James up with this week. His nightmares always got bad when Robert and his anniversary came near. It had been 4 years and still he couldn't stop the self guilt and hate that filled him for losing Robert and James was paying for it. When Steve's nightmares got so bad he could sleep at all James would stay up all night with him even when he was worn out himself from a long day of training the new recruits in the N7 training fields but he never once complained. He would just smile and say 'He wasn't tried at all!'. How long was Steve going to burden James with his issues? How could he be so damn selfish? James never did anything to deserve such a shitty husband! "Esteban, stop." Steve looked up and James cupped his cheek again looking down at him with both love and understanding. The light James had turned on behind him lite him up like he was an angelic figure. His moonlight angel that lite up the night when darkness was all he could see. "Just don't, little Esteban. I'm not going anywhere and you aren't being unfair to me." Steve opened his mouth to protest but James ran a thumb over his mouth. "Look I'm not good with words you know that, I'm more the physical type." James flashed him a crooked smile full of teeth. "But listen to me, Esteban, it wasn't your fault. Dios, I know I sound stupid and shallow for saying that but, no, Esteban it really wasn't your fault. Fate can be a bitch, and there are times in which things are beyond what we can control." James stumbled over the words trying to be as soothing as possible but even with his struggle you could feel the love that they held. James gently rubbed Steve's cheek and whipped at the tears that still fell uncontrollably. James eyes were filled with such warmth, kindness, and care. It was impossible for Steve to take his eyes off his husband. When he tried to speak his throat would clinch shut and the words he tried to speak came out as straggled whimpers. James laid his forehead on Steve's and started rocking them gently while humming a gentle tone never once stopping his comforting strokes on Steve's check with his thumb. The tension in Steve was slowly draining at the low tone of James' song washed over his frayed nerves and suddenly the pain of his nightmares was a distant memory. They would come back to haunt him another night but he wasn't as scared of the thought anymore. Not with his husband, his light in the darkness, by his side. ----- For: Eternal <3 (Oh like you guys didn't see that one coming?! XD He just keeps putting story ideas in my head!) Steve wasn't sure how to speak Spanish but since being with James he had picked up on a little and when ever Steve used it, James would light up. So all week he had practice saying 'Bienvenido a casa, guapo.', over and over again just so he could welcome James back from his long trip. He sat there saying it again in his head waiting for the shuttle to arrival and if truth be told he was a bit nerves. Which made no sense! They had been dating since the end of the Reaper War, which unbelievably had been a year ago. So a whole year and James still gave him butterflies in his stomach. Steve smiled to himself and repeated the phrase in his head again but his thoughts were interrupted. "Esteban! Dios, is it good to see you!" Steve looked up and sucked in a quick breath, damn did James get even more gorgeous while he was away? Steve shock his head and started walking towards James with a smile. "Bienvenido a casa, guapo." James stopped, dropped his suitcase, and stared. For a moment Steve thought he said something odd, but then James light up and smiled that great big full-hearted smiled that could melt the haul off any ship in seconds, and launched himself at Steve. Grabbing him up into a great big bear hug that only James Vega could manage. We all love ya! Thank you for making my life better!

I know that sounds stupid to say to a character that doesn't even exist. But John Shepard has been a huge inspiration to me. When I felt that I was a nobody, that I couldn't do anything, there was nothing special about me, he made me feel like I was strong! That I could do anything! He gave me the confidence to face a lot of hard things in my life and if some of you find that odd, then that's ok. But he, and the Mass Effect Universe, have made a very positive impact on me and I'm honored I had the chance to see his world and be there with him throw his good and bad times, just like he was for me. Happy Birthday, man. I was going to do something heroic but you know what? John works his ass off! He deserves a vacation! Enjoy the sun! <3
