shifting update + new challenge
october was not the best month and something bad happened so i took the time of the new month to recover and take care of myself, taking a break from shifting.
but then lately i’ve been missing my dr brothers a lot (if you’re new, my main dr is marauders/hogwarts and my brothers are sirius and regulus) and so i have decided to shift again, just to meet them, but also of course for the rest too.
i’m not sure if i’ll come back with story times as i don’t think i want to share anything anymore, in fact i was thinking to delete my old storytime posts.
i am currently convinced that i’m already my dr self right now so it’s just a matter of days that i’ll successfully shift there, maybe we can do this together, what do you think?
the routine will be like:
- affirm first thing in the morning that you’re your dr self and other more specific affirmations based on your dr (ex. “today i have to meet with sirius)
- during the day use law of assumption to assume you’re already there, acknowledging the 3D but then letting it go and trust in imagination
- (optional) robotic affirming that you’re there (what i do is say i am my dr self name)
- put ambience sounds/videos from your dr and do the doubt method before falling asleep

this is the basic method that works for anyone with a conscious and subconscious mind,
it’s not anyone’s fault that you’ve decided to overcomplicate it
that’s the basic fucking template you don’t need shit but yourself

But so many bakers around the world, including you, are scared of not impressing their customers so they add all this other shit to the recipe that was perfectly fine. And it just makes everything so complicated, all because they don’t trust that the original recipe will be able to impress and satisfy their customers.
That basic recipe is the “method” that Neville gave to us, he didn’t have tumblr, he didn’t have youtube to binge fucking yoga nidra meditation videos. He didn’t have a phone to inhale subliminal after subliminal like it’s a full time job. He didn’t have bloggers shoving 10k challenges down his throat, and guess what, he was just fine! Disclaimer : English is not my first language, I don't yet speak it fluently, so i use a translators.
I have been in the shifting community since 2021. I shift for the first time when I decided to stop using shifttok and went to shiftblr instead.
I can't really give the magic recipe for shifting because it simply doesn't exist, you have to find what's stopping you from shifting/manifesting. Personally my problem was that I couldn't separate myself from this reality. When I tried to shift, I focused too much on the symptoms and when I wanted to manifest I spent my time checking to see if I had the results in my CR.
I managed to understand what my blockages were thanks to @salemlunaa. Her post really helped me improve and without it I would probably still be stuck in this reality, so if you see this tysm you literally save my life lol 😭. And it was when I understood my blockages that I finally shifted. It was the happiest day of my life, the moment when all my efforts were rewarded and I was confirmed that I hadn't done all that for nothing.
So after that I happened to miss a few other shifting attempts, but I continued to shift until I finally didn't miss any. And now i shift like EVERY NIGHT 😭. I strongly invite you to do the same and NEVER give up. when you gonna succeed you will realize how simple it is.

MY SHIFTING METHOD ⋆。˚ ੈ✩‧₊˚
♯ this is the method that i found works well for me! it took me around 4 months to shift and i first shifted on October 30th 2020.
╰┈➤ the void state & 5 senses method.
AWAKE METHOD!
✮ . . . i lay down, flat on my back in bed & under the covers. i put on my headphones and play some white noise, i don’t close my eyes i just stare at a point in my ceiling.
✮ . . . the more i stare at my ceiling, the less i see. my vision starts to blur and then i see stars and then after 5 minutes my mind doesn’t focus on it anymore so i don’t see anything kind of? it looks black to me with a few stars when i direct my attention back to it. but just don’t focus on it- this is now the void state!!
✮ . . . i quickly count to 5 over and over in my head, as fast as i can count. once i feel myself become lighter, relaxed and less tense i start to imagine what i can feel, smell and touch in my dr.
✮ . . . i think about the feel of bedsheets i’m lying on, the smell of mattheo’s aftershave, the light sound of the waves crashing against the large floor to ceiling window coming from the black lake.
✮ . . . at this point i start to feel like im spinning or im floating and i try to ignore the feeling as much as possible so i don’t ground myself back to this reality.
✮ . . . i know i’m in my dr because my surroundings change drastically, the temperature, the bed, the air, the smell, EVERYTHING! so when i’m in my dr i just KNOW.
✮ . . . the method used to take me around 1 hour, but the more you practise the easier and quicker it gets. meditating also helps you practise the void state.
[when i discovered the void state it was very accidental. i just zoned out and stared at patterns on my wall until i chose a certain spot and concentrated on it for 15 minutes and then my vision went black and i felt nothing! so cool lmao]

Hey guys, this is how I enter the void state. This method I use was inspired by @voidprincessblog and others 💗
1. I put on theta waves (Any subliminal, binaural beats or music is fine) and I lay on my back and I stay still for 15-20 minutes. Because staying still without doing anything will shut the left side of your brain off, which is the logical side. And the right side will be active which is the creative side. You can manifest, shift, and get in the void instantly this way!
2. While I’m staying still, I do something to keep my brain awake. Me personally, I count to whatever number. (It doesn’t matter what number, just as long as you are relaxed)
3. When the 15-20 minutes are over, I start to feel symptoms such as floating and tingling and numbness. But it’s different for everyone. That’s when you know the left side of the brain is asleep, and your right side is active. ✨
4. Then I affirm for the void state or shift affirmations. I keep repeating this while relaxing and focusing on the blackness behind my eyes. I don’t focus on symptoms or how long it takes because this only makes you anxious! The whole point of the void state and shifting is to R E L A X.
5. Then you’ve shifted/gotten in the void state! It takes very quickly to get in and to shift because the left brain is off!
That’s what I do now to get in the void/shift and it works awesome!
(I’ve only gotten in the void state once btw but this method works wonders!)
Ngl, I think my problem is that as a shifter is that I forget that 1. Most times, you don't even realise you've shifted, and 2. If you're already in your dr, why are you still saying you wanna shift there?

From what I've heard, shifting feels like waking up from being asleep. There's no special galaxy warping explosion, and you don't just magically begin to exist in that reality. You're already there physically, like how you're already here physically. So it just makes perfect sense that going to sleep and waking up there feels no different to going to sleep and waking up here. It's like literally walking through a door. And I'm only wrapping my head around this as I'm writing.
2. What are you on abt?
OKAY, SO. let's say you're in like your house or smth or something, and you've been wanting to go to idfk benidorm for AGES cause life at work/school/home is just not it, and you need a break. THIS REPRESENTS SOME SORTVE MEDIA YOU WANT TO SHIFT TO.
So, you get a plane or drive (can you drive to benidorm? Idfk) or train, idk whatever you're gonna use to transport yourself to benidorm. THIS IS YOU SHIFTING/SETTING THE INTENTION TO SHIFT THERE!
SO BOOMF! YOURE IN BENIDORM. You know you're in benidorm. You tell people on your Instagram stories or tiktoks or whatever and say, "Hey guys, look at me!! I'm in benidorm!!" You love benidorm so much you even tell YOURSELF you're in benidorm. You close your eyes and just know you're in benidorm, and you just know you're with all your benidorm babes (dr people idfk).
BUT!
If you know you're in benidorm, and you keep telling yourself, "I'm in benidorm, omg guys!!" Then why would you keep saying,"fuck man, wish I was in benidorm right now..." and "guys, i wish i could go to benidorm..." AS IF YOU HAVENT BEEN SAYING HOW YOU ARE??
BRO, JUST ACCEPT IT! YOURE IN BENIDORM.

I have found out my own shifting problem and the one thing that was holding me back I am so cool
I’ve been trying some new things in regards to methods and I wanted to share one I’ve been fine tuning and had success with. Im calling it the pet method as I used my dog (Thanks Pumpkin for being the real MVP here) but a pet is not required, more on what you need is below. There is no visualization required just the belief that this IS an object (or animal) from your DR.
What you’ll need: an item that reminds you of your DR, an item that is a replica of something in your DR, or a pet that is in both your DR and your CR. The item could be a shirt, a book, a wand, a hat- anything really. IF you are using a pet it needs to be able to stay in a reliable down stay next to you as it is integral to this method. An alternative could be a small pocket pet that you can hold in your hand/arms but an object works just the same.
Optional: feel free to put on a shifting subliminal of your choice, white noise, brown noise, or music that reminds you of your DR if you would like. It’s entirely up to you!
1. Sit down in a comfortable place (couch, bed, floor, up to you!) and place your object on your non dominate side. This is the hand you don’t write with- if you are ambidextrous choose the side you use less. This is just to help your awareness switch over to your DR without doing any visualization. If you can’t do this or really want to use your dominate hand that is okay too- it’s more a suggestion.
2. Close your eyes. We’re going to start working on a meditative breathing pattern. We’re going to do 5 breath reps, with affirmations in between. Slowly breathe in for four counts, hold for seven, breathe out for eight. Affirm to yourself that you are in your desired reality. Repeat.
3. You should be feeling more relaxed. Return to your normal breathing pattern, reach your hand out, and gently begin touching the object/pet. If it’s small you can pick it up- just make sure your movements are slow and deliberate. You will keep passing your hand over the object for the duration of the method.
4. Begin counting. There is no need to affirm at this point, but keep touching the object. The goal here is to clear your mind. I would recommend counting to 100 but the number is up to you. Some people need more, some people need less. Trust yourself.
5. Once your mind is clear and focused (not jumping from thought to thought) you are going to start affirming again. However those affirmations are going to change to factor in your object, and if it helps you ONE thing you know you will see, hear, taste, or smell once you are there. “This is x from y reality.” “This is my x, I am in y, i hear z.” Word it however feels natural to you. I might affirm “This is pumpkin from my better childhood DR. I am in my room. I can hear my dad downstairs.” Or just “this is pumpkin from my better childhood DR.” (Again you do not have to actually visualize them, just affirm what you know is true) Affirm until you feel your surroundings change or have a clue (voices noise etc) that you are in your DR.
And that’s it! Good luck and go shift!
Hi! So basically, I started being interested in entering the void just a few days ago and I tried a few different methods. Tbh even in the beginning, I didn't think that going into the void was a issue, however I feel asleep / got disturbed in the process. I tried the trance method and it worked. So I first started using this method I think 2 days ago, but I feel asleep, got distracted or I became impatient. I love this post, it told me all I needed to know and it might help you all too! Again, this is my first time "going into to the void state" so I don't know how it feels but I just got out of the void state and I still lowkey feel as if I'm floating. Anyways, I used subconcious access isochronic tones by Absolute Power Subliminals while trying this method, I'm just not used to being totally silent so. Btw for this isochronic tones, you have to use headphones, on stereo mode. It's totally optional though, you can listen to whatever you want! I picked a spot and kept staring, and I think you should stare at that spot for at least a minute before you start expanding your view. Fix your gaze, don't move your eyes. I still feel like I'm floating, I just feel numb I don't know. It's like I have wings which are trying to lift me? I might just try shifting through this, but for now I'm satisfied with just entering the void.

So the method I'm going to talk about is The Trance State
It's a state of semi-consciousness , a sleeplike altered form of consciousness in which a person is neither fully awake nor fully asleep . In essence, the trance state involves walking between the world of the conscious and subconscious mind . Trance states are sometimes referred to as “zoning out,” “being off with the fairies,” “out of it,” and even “day-dreaming.”
Overall it's the state before the void
So , what you have to do now ?
First of all Do a guided meditation then listen to this video and follow the instructions She's giving
After finishing this u will be in a trance state and from there u can enter the void within 5 mins or even less
So after that video finishes u have to affirm for the void and BAM! Done <3
For those who want to wake up in the void instead of tapping in it , u guys can do this method at night and fall asleep as u continue to affirm u will either enter the void at that moment or u will fall asleep and wake up in it...or if u want then u can also just command your subconscious once and go to sleep after doing the method . Don't worry if u didn't enter the void or wake up in it after doing this method , REMEMBER atleast your subconscious will be reprogrammed after doing this for atleast 2-3 nights... consistency is v imp , stick to one method only ( which is compatible with u ) .

So here's what I did to get into the void
I gave myself some time...I took a week off from my school , I took a break from Tumblr !!
I made a routine for myself and Here it is :
I Don't gave a fuck to my failed attempts and told myself failure don't exist in my reality! I worked on myself for a week and half
I decided to affirm robotically and sometym with knowing for 10-20 mins every hour and I vaunted every night before going to sleep for 30 mins , I listened to @lotusmi ( her mirage sub since it contains DMT Frequency ) and beauty crystallized's void subliminal on loop overnight and slept while Affirming in head and in the daytime also when I was free ..I started to do mediation by Mary Kate daily in the morning and at night before going to sleep and did some stretching excercise for 10-15 mins to make myself feel good ( excercising improves ur brain health and makes u feel good all dag long by releasing feeling good hormones ) .... whenever any doubt comes in my head I just say "Fuckkk off! It's done , I'm so freaking happy ( Distraction technique by @remcycl333 ) and sometimes I would open my notes app and script about my void concept
I affirmed and listened to subs as much as I could...and few weeks ago I did the 10k challenge bef starting my routine and I think that also really helped me maybe!
I did this for a week and half ig , for the first three days I affirmed fory sc and then for the rest of the days I affirmed for vc

Staring from the morning
1. Do Mary Kate's manifesting mediation THIS ONE after that do some stretching exercises if u want ( not necessary tho )
2. Choose one Affirmation of ur liking and Affirm that every hour for 20 mins
3. During the day listen to a void subliminal as much as u can and script in ur notes app if u want
3. Now bef going to sleep vaunt about the void for atleast 30 mins ( I'll recommend to search for a void vaunt and take a ss of that and read that with feeling )
4. Do THIS mediation bef going to bed
5. Put on a void sub and and sleep while Affirming in ur head
6. REPEAT THE SAME FOR 7 DAYS!
AND I ALSO DID SOME EFT TAPPING EXCERCISE IN THE MORNING AFTER WAKING UP BUT I ONLY DID THAT FOR FEW MORNINGS , IF U WANT THEN U CAN ALSO DO THIS ...FOR THAT HAVE A LOOK TO THIS POST BY @asteriaas-stuffs → THIS ONE
Don't acknowledge ur negative thoughts coz they don't hold any power!! And lastly DELETE TUMBLR take a ss of this and save those videos after that just delete it

🌑 How to enter the void state ?
→ To enter your void state, it can require a lot of patience, especially the first time.
1/ Find a quiet place and lie down in a comfortable position.
2/ Take a deep breath and acknowledge your intention to enter your void.
3/ Relax your breathing: find a smooth breathing pattern, the same as when you are about to fall asleep.
Take your time so that it becomes automatic, because afterward, you should no longer focus on your breathing but solely on your affirmations or your intention to enter your void state.
4/ Take your time to relax your body (from head to toe), then ignore the sensations in your body.
5/ Silence your mind, don't analyze your thoughts, and ignore them.
6/ Mentally visualize that you are in your void state, or affirm. Focus exclusively on this thought.
After a while, you might feel like you're floating, spinning, or falling all at once; this is completely normal, just let those sensations pass. If you find it difficult to affirm during the process, simply keep it in mind.
7/ Afterward, you will feel a complete absence of sensations, making you enter your void state. You will easily recognize it by a deep inner peace and a sense of happiness.

“Prepare the spears, net, every crew member gets to the harpoon gun now. We only get one chance, either we catch it or it’s the last day for all of us”
With the captain’s order, everyone quickly rushes to the ship's sides. All eyes were focused on the sudden movement of the waves, so no one paid attention to the piercing eyes locking on their backs. It’s not until the first note sang out that they realized their mistake.
“Everyone, plug your ears. NOW!!” The captain's screams couldn’t reach their ears anymore, since it was filled with the most heavenly voice they’d ever heard. Can this be considered a peaceful death - when your heart was fluttering, mind clouded and blurry by a symphony? You wouldn’t say that, because only 10 seconds after hearing your song, the hallucination starts. One by one, the crew members collapsed onto the floor, some jumped and fed themselves to the hungry monster under the deep sea. Their hands reach to the nearest weapons, frantic red eyes looking like it’s gonna be popped out by how irritated the blood vessels got, having to witness their own death caused by their own hands.
You don’t feel any grief for being that cruel to them. Humans share many similar features with sirens, even more than they have with mermaids. But they are all so weak, no really, they don’t have a pair of wings behind their backs or feathers on their thighs to protect them from the harsh weather like your kind do, nor do they have tails to move fast underwater like mermaids. That’s why they are only lower species who are destined to be feasted on. You keep rambling while tearing their breast out with your sharp claws, their constant begging falls on deaf ears. You’re not familiar with skinning humans so some organs were mixed with meat and fat, normally there’s another one that would deal with this task and you just gonna let them feed you the best bits. You couldn’t help grinning from ear to ear, thinking how proud of you he’s gonna be when you bring him this fresh heart that’s still beating slowly on your bloody palm.
As you fly back home, you find his silhouette resting on the entrance, where the waves can reach his merman’s tail.
“Babyyy I’m back. Look what I got!”
He huffs, narrowing his eyes.
“Couldn’t you tell me already? Gosh, the smell is awful. Human meat?”
You’re taken aback by his cold and sarcastic demeanor but quickly brush it off, considering he’s not in his best condition.
“It’s a human heart. I hope it can cheer you up or at least make you less grumpy”
You reach out to pat his hair, it always does a great job to calm him down. Before you even touched his blue strand, your wrist was grabbed firmly by his hand.
“You went hunting alone? Do you know how dangerous it is? They have weapons that can kill us in a heartbeat. Why didn’t you tell me first?”
The heat spreading from his palm feels like it can burn your delicate skin, you try to struggle out of his hold but to no avail.
“But you needed to rest. I’m fully capable of killing them alone, there weren’t even a scratch”
“You’re covered in blood. Next time don’t do unnecessary things like this. You smell like dead people.” He continues his nagging, there’s no point in getting hurt over his words, you know he would never say things like this in the right headspace. You put the bloody heart aside and clean all the nasty blood on your feathers, it seems to be clear that he doesn’t want any snack right now.
As you finish cleaning up, you take a seat on his big tail, careful not to scratch him accidentally with your sharp claws. His body stiffens when you sit on his lap, grunting in his throat as your hand touches his forehead to check his body heat.
“Raf? This body temperature is not normal at all! What’s wrong?”
“I’m fine” his hands gripping on your waist to stop you from squirming on his lap, “It happens once a year. I just sleep it off”
Once a year? Suddenly everything clicks in your mind.
“You’re in a rut, aren’t you?” Every signal is checked: abnormal body heat, labored breathing, dilated pupils, unexplainable mood swings…He doesn’t reply but his eyes shift to his lower abdomen. Your gaze follows him to find his thin fabric was drenched in precum. Blood rushes to your cheek and your heart beats with excitement when you pull it down, revealing his enormous erection. I was watching this video and the guy explained how he was able to reach the void state within 10-15 minutes. He then mentioned a term called “micro-sleep” which he claims to have helped him to reach different altered states of the mind within a short period of time, and best of all, without doing conscious, deep-relaxation (ADHD friendly).
𝐒𝐎 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐂𝐑𝐎-𝐒𝐋𝐄𝐄𝐏?
You might be wondering, what is micro-sleep? It refers to very short periods of sleep that can be measured in seconds, rather than minutes nor hours. It is usually achieved by sleep-deprivation, exhaustion and many more. It is uncontrollable and could be dangerous if it happens when you are in the middle of doing an important task such as driving.
How does micro-sleep feels like? Signs of micro-sleep include drowsiness, trouble focusing, heavy eyelids, blank staring and yawning.
how can we use this to our advantage?
Since the theme of my blog today is about the void state, I will be sharing with you how you are able to use micro-sleep to enter the void state very quickly.
During micro-sleep, you are literally dipping in and out of sleep, which would cause extreme relaxation in a short period of time. All you have to do is to dip and out of sleep for about 5 times before proceeding to affirm your void affirmations to enter the state consciously.
what if I do not know whether I have micro-sleep?
I have a solution for you! Remembering my past research, there is something called the “ramp timer” that is widely used by the Lucid dreaming and Astral projection community, in order to reach altered states of the mind quickly. All you have to do is create one by yourself by using this video or just search on Youtube. There are a lot of them, mostly made by Phase Evolution on Youtube, so do pick out which resonates to you most. Try to estimate the amount of time needed for you to fall asleep and pick a ramp-timer video out!
𝐒𝐎 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐈 𝐃𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐖?
Here is a step-by-step guide on how you could enter the void state by using this technique:
1. Lay down and play your chosen ramp timer at a comfortable level. Set an intention to enter the void and fall asleep naturally
2. Once the timer wakes you up, try to fall back asleep. Do this for 5 times or more.
3. When you feel like it’s the right time for you once you are awoken by the ramp timer (only do this step once you have awaken for 5 times or more by the timer), imagine yourself doing a motion which consists of you going down. For example, going down the stairs or going down the elevator. You do not have to visualise but really feel it.
4. As you go down, start to repeat your void affirmations. “I am”, “I am pure consciousness”, “I am the void”, “I am not attached to any reality”. Continue to affirm and within a few minutes you should be in the void.

One tip that has helped me immensely while entering the void is to sit on a reclined chair. It helps me not to fall completely asleep and I have more chances to enter the state in one night. Another small tip for the method I mentioned above, it is best if you are able to make your own ramp-timer since you are able to customise it. If not, you can try to edit out the available ramp-timers on Youtube to fit your needs :3

If u can't enter the void it's probably because you keep thinking entering void is something so hard and so big , but it's not...get yourself out of that mindset ! we enter void every single night so don't think it's hard coz it's not !
Maybe u should give a try to this simple method :
Just go to bed while listening to a subliminal to your liking and set your alarm at like 5 am. When you wake up to your alarm, go read or do anything relaxing for like half an hour. Then put on your subliminal again and do your method or just simply affirm for void and then slowly count to a hundred. You'll feel symptoms very soon and this works almost immediately. It's because you're already tired and your body wants to sleep, while you body does that you just convience your subconscious that u r in the void! It's so so easy and works every single time and way faster than other methods
Choosing what you want to manifest. This is genuinely the hardest part. Especially if you are a beginner and you think you choose something a bit out of reach for you.... no. Anything is possible. This is classic but even the word impossible has Im possible in it. The thing with this is if you are trying for the first time and have had bad experiences or are expecting bad you are going to try and go for something more attainable or completely over consume. AND THATS OK. Practice is great. Go for what you think is smaller if it helps you ease. But you can manifest even with doubts bc despite the misinformation you don't need to "feel" like you have it. What happens a lot is people give up and stop persisting when they don't see it in the 3d. So they have "backup options". And then they create this cycle of fear that if they didn't manifest this, will this work?? RELAX!! It will.
Persisting. Of course you've heard a dozen times before but why do you think its so popular. Now here you're going to persist until your desires materialize in the 3d. AKA when your subconscious mind has been impressed. Even in doubt you will persist bc it does not make a difference. You will THINK like the person who has it not feel if you can't. Thats literally it.
TIPS:
In order to think like the person living in the end you can write a story from that POV, affirm, meditate, guided meditations to help you relax, I use subs that use present tense, affirmation tapes, SATs, and sm more.
A little tidbit of my own is affirming that the 3d is no more real than a dream. Im going to make a separate posts in all the ways dreaming and the 3d are so similar. That way you can say stuff like "ah this doesn't matter its just a dream in the true reality I have everything I want." This can also induce lucid dreams because I do reality checks and confirm to myself that im dreaming and immediately start meditating to "ground myself" for 5 seconds by doing this Ive done it in my dreams.
Refocus to the 4d if you're ever in doubt. Everything right now, isn't real not time, or physical objects. Go back to the imagination. Its kind of funny right how everyone gaslighted us into believing imagination is not the reality and we had to "come back to the real world" LMOA its literally vice versa.
If you are persisting and don't see it in the 3d, don't you dare give up to manifest something more "attainable" this creates a loop where you go back to number 1 over and over. Remember you already have it. How do you know? Because this is no more real than a dream and you are the validation.
Accept the 4d as the only real reality
If you have had "failed attempts" Revise. Bc in the 4d no you didn't??? Ex. all those failed pure conscious attempts are not real , you actually have induced them in the 4d. If you keep persisting and accept that all those "attempts" worked, the 3d will conform.
Reminding yourself you have something and reality checks are the same thing. Going back to my prevoius point about my own tidbit. The most biggest similarity in the 3d and dreaming is you can control both using the 4d. We all know how reality checks work right. Persisting works the same way. I mentioned this in a previous tip above. I’ll do many reality checks confirming the 3d is a dream (bc it’s not real and stuff) and I’ll “ground myself” this allows me to trigger lucid dreams when I sleep AND I’ll add in something like “ofc I’m dreaming in the true reality I have —-“. That’s literally how manifestation works. If something “ fails” NO IT DIDNT. If you got a bad grade after manifesting in a good one, what? But you did get a good grade. In your 4d the real reality. Remember. Remind yourself that none of this is real. You did get that A. You are dreaming. None of this is real.
There are no such things as failed attempts. AGAIN going back to the prevoius tip with revision. That did happen. You did shift. Let’s do a “which reality am I in” check right now. Oh and would u look at that you are in your dr.
I’m definitely going to post more about the last two bullet points to give more clarification.

Hi! So basically, I started being interested in entering the void just a few days ago and I tried a few different methods. Tbh even in the beginning, I didn't think that going into the void was a issue, however I feel asleep / got disturbed in the process. I tried the trance method and it worked. So I first started using this method I think 2 days ago, but I feel asleep, got distracted or I became impatient. I love this post, it told me all I needed to know and it might help you all too! Again, this is my first time "going into to the void state" so I don't know how it feels but I just got out of the void state and I still lowkey feel as if I'm floating. Anyways, I used subconcious access isochronic tones by Absolute Power Subliminals while trying this method, I'm just not used to being totally silent so. Btw for this isochronic tones, you have to use headphones, on stereo mode. It's totally optional though, you can listen to whatever you want! I picked a spot and kept staring, and I think you should stare at that spot for at least a minute before you start expanding your view. Fix your gaze, don't move your eyes. I might just try shifting through this, but for now I'm satisfied with just entering the void.

As we all know our subconscious mind is what helps us manifest right? If you don't know, let me explain it to you in a semi scientific way that i learned recently. (spoiler alert; this made it click for me.)

So 5% is the Conscious mind, thats what helps us know words, numbers, languages and logic.
95% is the subconscious mind that corresponds with visuals, symbols, dreams, emotion, repetition, tone during sleep, relaxation, stories. aka the best way to update the “system”
Our subconscious mind has RAS ( Reticular activating system) which distorts, deletes and generalizes all the information you recieve. Based on believes, values, identity, memories, past decisions, mood, location/ times.
You→ recieve information by the 5 senses with 2.3 million hits per second of data. 128 bits is what your mind will process and that creates meaning+behavior. Which means your reality is a filtered, distorted, generalized version of events.
The subconscious mind → is like a tape player, change the tape, change/upgrade the mind.
Our beliefs exist in our blindspot. The blindspot is created by the mind.
Become aware of your limiting beliefs, not by going in war with your thoughts but redirecting them.
You must leave out the idea that circumstances have any power over you, they don't.
Repetition helps you believe in your beliefs.

If you suffer a lot with limiting beliefs i reccomend you writing them down, somewhere that you can acces easily. It might be a notebook, ypur notes app, whatever works for you. I want you to write all your limiting beliefs down. Doesn't matter if you have one or a lot, write them down. Then i want you to flip those beliefs, turn them around. Write them down as well, you can write them behind your limiting beliefs or create a new list. These are your new beliefs and you will stick to them.
Some examples:
I can't manifest, manifesting is hard and takes so long.➙ Manifesting is so easy, i always manifest instantly. Manifesting doesn't take long at all.
Money is hard to get➙ Money is easy to get, i get money effortlessly
You have to work for money➙ i don’t have to work for money, hell i can lay in bed all they and receive large amounts of money daily.
I am unlovable➙ No tf i’m lovable i’m perfect, i’m irresistible, everybody wants me. Period, I am so perfect.
They don’t love me➙ They love me, in fact they worship the ground i walk on, they need me, they can’t live without me.
They have another partner➙ Who? I AM their partner, they only love me. That was their cousin or their friend.
I am fat and ugly➙ I am so perfect and pretty, god i look so amazing. I am skinny, my body is so pretty and perfect.
See what i did here? I took my limiting beliefs and flipped them around. And i will now tick to these. Repeating them, not thinking back to those old stupid trashy beliefs. By repeating ypu will create a new assumption and that is what creates your "new" reality.
I promise you if you just persist and repeat in these new thoughts everything will work out for you.

any tips on using "state akin to sleep" to enter the void state
Hey babe! Absolutely, I’ve got you covered with some tips for using State Akin to Sleep (SATS) to enter the Void State!
Get Comfortable: Find a quiet place where you can completely relax. Lie down or sit comfortably, and close your eyes. You want to get to that drowsy, in-between state where you're not fully awake, but not asleep either.
Focus on Relaxing Your Body: Start by releasing any tension in your body. Focus on your breathing—slow and deep breaths. Let your body sink into relaxation. You’re aiming for that deeply relaxed state where your mind is awake but your body is close to sleep.
Enter the Void Intentionally: As you relax, begin to clear your mind. Some people like to imagine a black void or complete stillness. Focus on the feeling of nothingness. The void is that pure, peaceful state where you can manifest anything because it’s a blank slate.
Affirm/Visualize What You Want: Once you're in that deeply relaxed state, start affirming what you desire or imagine the feeling of having it. Keep it simple, repetitive, and clear. If your goal is to enter the void, you can affirm, “I am in the void state,” or “I have entered the void effortlessly.” Let that thought loop in your mind.
Let Go & Drift: The key is to not try too hard. Let your affirmations or visualizations flow naturally as you drift into deeper relaxation. The void is all about allowing, not forcing.
The more you practice, the easier it will be to hit that sweet spot between wakefulness and sleep. Persistence is key, and trust that the more you do it, the more natural it will feel.

I’ve been lucid dreaming, every single night for a week.
I’ve always wanted to achieve it, since i was idk 6
AND I’VE TRIED EVERY STUPID METHOD. I’ll tell you that
I know that those methods does work for some people but I am not one of them😔
And then a week ago, I thought “who the fuck will tell me what to do to achieve my goal”
Since we all know about the void state, shifting and lucid dreaming I’ll go straight to “THE METHOD”.
1. I put on this banger👇 on my headphones and i lie down (i always do this when i feel that i’ll be tired soon or when i know i can make myself fall asleep pretty easily. BUT NOT TOO TIRED)
2. When I’m listening to this i affirm just the simplest and most beautiful “I am” (i listen to that for an hour at least) But sometimes my mind wonder and i think about some stupid things like “should i pee? or not?” for an hour and it still works for me.
3. When i take off my headphones and i hear in my ears that dubumdubum sound, i know that I’m ready.
4. Then i just lie on my bed in comfortable position to fall asleep and i repeat in my head “I am aware, I am aware”
5. Booom you are lucid dreaming
6. (extra tip) I visualise that I am already counting my fingers.

Yesterday when I went to sleep I focused on the darkness behind my eyelids,after some time i started seeing images idk what but i swear I saw something.But I ignored it and gave up, WHY!!?? Was my 3D about to change and i just gave up 😭😭
For context, Hypnagogia is the state between wakefulness and sleep. During hynogogia it’s common to experience types of hallucinations such as vivid images. These images can include sights, sound, and movement. This state is also known to get you into the void state very easily. When you see the flashes of white light coming into your vision, they will put you in a trance like state and your outside distractions would pretty much disappear and you won’t even feel your body since all your attention is internal and on nothing else.
Step 1 • Get into your bed or anywhere that is comfortable to you! (Make sure you are not too tired or too awake during this)
Step 2 • Once you have relaxed in bed try to not move as much and just focus on the back of your eyelids. When you start doing this you might occasionally see small flashes or white but keep focusing on the back of your eyelids and having the white flashes form all around your vision.
Step 3 • once you start seeing images and flashes of light, start visualizing your dr and your surroundings. At first it might be blurry but the images will become vivid the more you visualize. (Or try to use the 5 senses) And keep doing this until you have shifted!!
Step 4 • Congrats, you have shifted. Make sure to ground yourself by using your senses, what you feel, hearing, smelling, etc!!

tip #1: have your dr bedroom as you homescreen, so that you become familiar with seeing your bedroom in your or
1. meditate with this or use this part as a method when you’re about to sleep
— i want you to close your eyes and visualise your dr bedroom empty
— do this in 1st person (if you’re bad at doing visualisation in 1st person, I suggest you meditate midday doing the same thing)
2. slowly place things in your room, I suggest starting with things closest to you, then move out
— place EVERY little detail, posters, light fixtures and lamps, desks, chairs, mirrors, decor, windows, curtains etc.
3. get settled into your bedroom, feel the temperature, which direction the air is flowing and the smell of your sheets
— if you’re doing this as a method, you can imagine that outside your window it’s dark, and you’re about to fall asleep
— if you’re also doing this as a method: think about the things you have to do when you wake up first in your dr, write an internal lists of to do
ex. hanging out with your s/o, packing to go on a vacation with the girls
4. open your eyes to your dr, or if you didn’t shift, feel the disconnect from your or
• why this works is because it makes you more familiar with the home of your dr, makes your expect yourself to wake up in your dr
• you trick yourself into thinking you’re already there and you have thing to do in your dr
