Misty daybreaks and morning dew
The rising of a crescent moon
Duplicate rainbows in a sky of blue
Devouring ice cream with a wooden spoon
Harvesting fruit from springtime trees
Opening a brand-new pristine book
Picnics in a summer breeze
Lagoon fishing with a silver hook
Lengthy, warm lavender baths
Freshly baked walnut bread
Wandering through hilly woodland paths
Picking flowers coloured azure and red
All that these activities and moments do
Is bring me pure contentment and pleasure
But if I compare any one of these things to you
My dear, they simply cannot measure.
HOLD UP HOW WAS I NOT AWARE OF THIS
Stain the realest character ever.
Yes. Have YOU considered that sometimes working on hard things is both necessary and worthwhile?
“I’ve found that growing up means being honest. About what I want. What I need. What I feel. Who I am.”
