I got lazy near the end, but there's some things I wanted to say about this:

-Scalene's second eye is intentionally hidden behind her hair, to resemble Bill

-The constellations seen in the starry sky near Bill are Ford's favourites as mentioned in TBOB, as well as dipper's birthmark and a shooting star (and the pisces constellation because I'm biased)

-Bill is front facing, while his parents aren't, for obvious reasons

-The "sky" in the background of his parents is gray and empty, also for obvious reasons (representing the state of their dimension and the fact that they cannot see the stars)

-His parents are SUPPOSED to look relatively lifeless, as well as their interactions with each other, to 1) ALSO resemble their deaths and 2) to highlight their two dimensional and simple being

-Scalene is heavily inspired by Lapis (Steven Universe) and Euclid is a carbon copy of Satan (Disenchantment), but many have pointed out that he looks like Spamton and I fw it.. if ur active on twt u probably saw my tweet abt this already

Based on a dream I had last night where Athena came down and visited Ford and taught him like she taught Odysseus and she told him to use his BRAIN and not trust Bill Cipher and I woke up realizing that Athena and Ody occupy the same space in my head as Jheselbraum and Ford. Like…big tall goddess mom friend lady…and square man trying to get home…

Here is my Atena design!

I'm thinking of making her a little more muscular, but slender, as if she represented the agility of battles. She rarely smiles, like a strict teacher who wants the best for you and one way or another, she will always be remembered. Also her snakes re a refference to medusa, as they represent each other (as my friend told me and I love to see like that).

And! Apollo and Athena after 'God Games' in EPIC - the musical and she gets this lightning scar.

Zeus beat the crap out of her, but he would never kill Athena!! And I like that it suits him to be so strict with her, at least for me, she is the oldest daughter and the one who suffers the most pressure. What I dont like... its that in Epic, Zeus changed to look worse again!! ;w; really, he was way chill about releasing Odisseus and just wanted to not upset Poseidon in the process....
