something about the scene always makes me smile. So cute.

finally being able to even try and exercise after i had Covid 2 months ago. Even though i was only able to do 7min of a workout before i couldn't breathe and my vision started to go. i was so proud i even did that little. over the next weeks, little by little ill get stronger and strong until eventually ill be back to normal. I've defiantly learnt the value of compounding effort. i little bit more each time, over a long period really adds up. it might not seem much now and results might not be noticeable for a while, but consistency is key. you don't to be good to start but you have to start to be good

murilo de quadros jesus, 28 years old, teacher, graduated in portuguese and english languages (UTFPR) and lives in curitiba.

jucimara fausto dos santos, cook born in palotina. she dedicated her life to cooking and it was in a cooking contest at vigília lula livre (a civil movement supported by several brazilian social movements and union entities to help free lula from the prision) that jucimara was called to make bread. today she cooks for the employees’ association of the state university of maringá.

ivan baron, 24 years old, he’s from rio grande do norte and at the age of 3 had viral meningitis, a disease that caused his cerebral palsy. ivan is a reference in the anti-capacitist struggle and considered one of the ambassadors of inclusion in an exclusionary society and he’s also part of the lgbtqia+ community

flávio pereira, 50 years old, from pinhalão - paraná. he is an artisan and was at the vigília lula livre for 580 days helping with daily activities.

‘there wasn't enough naan so we shared the last piece’

a group of friends had a reunion after over a year since they were in medschool together. they dressed in znali, ate naan and kebab, and fed each other bites full of love. it reminds me of how I want to dress up the most, look my best and sexiest, for the most intimate dinners with those I’ve found most comfort with in life. But she’s also rocking a punk for her triple ear piercing (J Smith Cameron’s IRL ear piercing), and I’ve decided to imagine Roman talked her into that at some point. Kerry in a blue suit version of her Italy pink suit says, “Who’s got the supermax pussy grip now, Marcia? I’m bringing Business Pussy. His favourite.” I am vomiting up my lunch. That purple circle is possibly Laird! Bring back Laird! Logan also addresses his blue and grey company drones, with a beige assist from Cyd Peach.

Now let’s deal with Team Progeny:

Shiv still dragging her beige behind her from season 3, only she’s added some Kendall signature brown to indicate her emotional landscape is fucked. Kendall is still skulking in Earth tones, pretending he’s in touch with planet earth. They’re in LA and Shiv is happy about it. That pink room in (presumably) some LA house! That pink karaoke bar! Just when you thought Roman’s undershirts couldn’t get sluttier than Italy, somebody put this one on a really hot wash and now it’s so tight we have no choice but to jerk off suffer. Is he feeling constricted, or sexy? Why not both? Undershirt plus business pants including belt is basically Roman’s pyjamas, so his moody hot beverage on a balcony enjoyment tracks with that. Roman, you’d better be on the phone to Gerri (10-20% chance he is) and I’d love it if that bracelet was somehow meaningful in a wanting Gerri to love you way, but I’m not holding my breath. But your long distance couples costuming has been noted!

Bets on which song Connor makes them sing at karaoke? And how much peer pressure will it take to make Roman join in? If it’s We Are The Champions I will catapult myself into the sun. I have a feeling Gerri might be living some season 1 plot deja vu.
