Let’s say I want to make over $3,000 in one day. I would sit down for 5-10 minutes and say the 3 following phrases as calmly and firmly as possible while tapping.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if I made over $3,000 today?

Doesn’t it seem possible for me to make over $3,000 today?

Having over $3,000 would make me so happy right now!

STEP 2:

For the rest of the day, or as long as it takes, I’d robotically affirm the phrases:

Isn’t it wonderful?

I knew it was possible!

I’m so happy!

The longest it’s taken me to get what I want while doing this is 48 hours.

Seriously! I made this post less than 24 hours ago talking about needing money for a proper splint, and 5 minutes ago I updated my free reading rules because I ALREADY HAVE IT!

Honestly this is not my reality or home no more, I'm not supposed to be here at all. Me staying here is literally playing myself because like why am I here if this isn't my home? Why the fuck are you doing something you don't like

Yk, one thing that's kinda ironic about my old shifting mindset is that I knew that shifting is literally so easy, but since it seemed like such an "extraordinary" thing I used to overcomplicate it soo much without even realizing it. Like the complicated thing for me when it came to shifting was that I needed to stop making it complicated💀I guess it kinda goes to show you that shifting is what you make it. If you believe it's going to be complicated, yeah, it's gonna be complicated. If you believe it's easy, it's gonna be easy. You just have to decide to make that choice and believe it.
