Let’s see… Procrastinating something (even when you know it’s very necessary, or perhaps when it’s even something you actively want to do) is a sign of some kind of a roadblock, so the best you can do is try to figure out what it is and what to do about it.

For example: are you hungry/thirsty/tired/in pain? Do you know where to start with your task? Do you know how to do it? If not, is there anyone you can ask?

Jimmy can be a bit unpredictable when he gets upset. I like to think I know what to expect from him, but sometimes he still manages to surprise me.
