"Despite the Pain: A Will to Rebuild💔"
While I was working on clearing the rubble in my friend's street, I could feel the weight of the task and the responsibility on my shoulders. Every stone and every piece of shattered concrete carried stories of people's suffering and resilience. It wasn't just about removing debris; it was an attempt to bring life back to the street, to give people a glimmer of hope amidst the destruction.
As I was lifting one of the large blocks of rubble, I suddenly felt a sharp sting in my foot. I quickly looked down and saw a metal rod had penetrated deeply into my foot. The pain shot up my leg, like an electric current running through it. At that moment, I couldn’t do anything but hold onto the ground to avoid falling.
It didn’t take long for my friend to rush over and help me. He sat beside me, trying to calm me down, then helped me slowly pull my foot out from the rod. The pain was unbearable, but I had to stay strong. We bandaged the wound immediately with whatever we had available, then I was taken to a nearby clinic for proper treatment.
Despite the pain, I felt a strong urge to get back to work. I didn’t want to leave the task unfinished, as there are things bigger than wounds and pain—our determination to live and rebuild, no matter the challenges. The next day, I returned to the same spot, leaning on a crutch, and resumed my work. The wound still hurt, but seeing the street slowly regain part of its spirit was enough to make me endure the pain and keep going.
The campaign was documented by @gaza-evacuation-funds

Idk why she's crying
Abdulrahim is 19 years old and currently trying to raise funds for himself and his family, who were all displaced from their home in northern Gaza. They are enduring truly horrific circumstances.
Abdulrahim's father was kidnapped by the Israeli military and his whereabouts and condition are completely unknown. Abdulrahim is now responsible for looking after his family, consisting of his mother and three younger siblings. They have no income, and no way to procure food and water for themselves due to the exorbitant prices.
In Abdulrahim's own words: "I now bear the responsibility of supporting my family in the most unimaginable conditions. We were forced to flee our home and now live in a flimsy tent that doesn’t protect us from the harsh cold of winter or the scorching heat of summer. Every day is a battle to find food and water to keep my family alive."
Abdulrahim is so young to be shouldering this burden and responsibility alone. A simple donation of even $5 AUD ($3.46 USD) will provide material help to this family who desperately needs our assistance.
When @noor-alanqar shared her fundraiser with me, I wanted to help her Gofundme spread by drawing her three beautiful children. She, her husband, and their three children Rajaa (5 years old), Youssef (10 months old), and Hussein (6 years old) all need to rebuild and stay safe.
Here is Nour's campaign, she is halfway to her goal, with €20,558 raised of €40,000!!
If you cannot donate, I would really appreciate it if you could share her campaign. Let’s help her reach her goal!!
As I have messaged her, she has also asked me to mention the people below:

I am Abdallah Mousa from Gaza. My life was upended by the war, which destroyed my home and my university, shattering my dreams. My family and I are now living in a tent, and the cost to escape this war-torn area and start anew is $7,500 per person.
We need your help to afford this escape and rebuild our lives. Any contribution, large or small, will provide a crucial lifeline to safety, security, and a future from the horrors of war. Please support us in finding a path to safety and the chance for a better life.

Hazem Mohammed Al-Bardaweel: Hazem has lost his wife and children in a bombing that injured him badly. He needs help starting anew while grieving the loss of his family to genocide.
Hossam Bardaweel: Hossam has lost his parents and all his siblings, and is now left to care for his siblings' children and widows on his own. He needs help supporting them while grieving the loss of his family to genocide.
Namer Matar: Namer has lost his baby due to a sudden illness that affected his newborn twins. The family is devastated, and his wife is struggling with postpartum in conditions of genocide while grieving her newborn.
Mohammed Matar: Mohammed's entire future as a water infrastructure engineer, and the company he was setting the building blocks for are all gone. He now has to care for his children and his wife struggling with postpartum in conditions of genocide.
Rania Youssef: Rania's father was the breadwinner of the family. He suffered from an untreated chronic illness that took his life during the acceleration of the genocide. She needs help taking care of her family while they grieve this immense loss.
Maha Madhoun: Eman's elderly mother enduring chronic illnesses without access to vital medication. Their escape from the relentless bombardment of warplanes, dodging bullets and navigating through a sea of injured and deceased, is a haunting ordeal etched into their memory.

Hello, I am Ali. My account has been blocked twice, and I appeal to everyone who has a heart of mercy
I appeal to people who look at us with sympathy. Life is difficult that no one can imagine, and we have hope for you that my family will escape from this oppressor. As you know, there is no margin for life. They suffer from everything from fear, hunger, thirst, extermination, and what is more difficult than that is that I said cleanliness.
This is my family. As you can see, they wait for food every day. There is a big queue to get it. My family and I thank everyone who contributes to the hopes, even if it is just a little. And to the people who are not able to donate, we thank them for conveying our message to the supporters. Do not leave my family alone. Please help us. Please.

Hello! I'm making a post to draw your attention to the urgent fundraising efforts of Ahmed Yousef (@ahmedgaza4), a father of four who is currently displaced in Gaza.
A donation of $5 CAD is equivalent to $3.70 USD and will make a material difference in this family's life. I hope you will consider donating to him, and that you will reblog this post so that it reaches more people.
Ahmed's campaign has been vetted and documented here. Let's help Ahmed and his family as much as we can!
Think about not being able to have your favorite hot drink for a really long time. Think about having to spend over a year without having it. Then think about not just not being able to have your favorite hot drink for a year, but your favorite food. Think about having to go more than a year without being able to access proper food, or a kitchen. Not being able to go to your favorite restaurant, or coffee shop, or bar. Or any restaurant at all. Any coffee shops at all. Any bars at all
The people in Gaza haven't been able to have normal lives since the start of the genocide last year. They are the people who haven't been able to go to their favorite restaurants, and drink their favorite hot drinks
@zinaanqar is one of these people, currently trapped in Gaza, trying to survive and get their normal life back. Their family consists of Ahmed, Dina, and their four children, the youngest of them being a baby girl only a couple of months old. Because of the genocide, they lost their home, Ahmed lost his job as an accountant, and they've been displaced multiple times. Their kids have gotten sick many times, and they don't have access to proper healthcare
Ahmed decided to set up a gofundme to help cover the costs of leaving Gaza together, as well as other expenses. At the time of me writing this post (October 25th), their campaign is at €68,075/€75,000. Please, share their fundraiser, and if you can, donate to it. Please help them in any way you can. Thank you
