Danny gets summoned by [Insert DC character here] and they ask for immortality. And while Danny might look like a giant regal ancient-looking king with a cape made of the fabric of reality and a body made of space, he is still a teenager, so he accepts.

[Insert DC character here] is about to offer there soul or firstborn child, but Danny stops them and instead picks up a random snail, whispers some ancient, unbreakable magic on the snail, and tells [Insert DC character here] that the snail is immortal, always knows where they are, will always follow the quickest past to you, and if it touches them, they will instantly die. Danny puts the snail on the ground and vanishes, leaving them to there fate.

this is a glorious crack fic idea. I. I am in awe

every single day the realisation that yjh is literally the physical embodiment of hsy's love, hope, and desperation hits me like a truck and i die a little inside. like. she's spent lifetimes crafting him by pulling him out of the deepest corners of her heart, and even if he tries to become cold or unfeeling he will ALWAYS, first and foremost, be an existence made up of her purest emotions which means they get each other like nobody else, not even kim dokja :((

two characters who only ever know how to chase after someone that keeps slipping away, leaving them with the crushing weight of being lonely and INCOMPLETE, and whatever comfort they can find they find in each other's arms.

or. in other words. two characters who give pieces of themselves away for eternity without a word and are caught so off guard when they're together and directing that devotion at each other, making this the first time THEY are ever someone else's priority.

i get it, harry potter was important to me too. i played hogwarts with my friends, i started a harry potter club, i had a wand and robes. i almost took “religion and harry potter” as a freshman in college!! but when i found out that jkr was a transphobic nazi sympathizer? i dropped that shit so fast. it was kind of sad but mostly i was just angry at jkr. and i understood that the characters were fake while transgender people are real. you have to realize that transgender people are more important, right? and nonbinary people like myself because i’m pretty sure she hates me too but it’s mostly trans folks

and yeah you can interpret the characters however you want! you can make them black, queer, trans, whatever you want! you’re still using her characters, her series. her bigotry is inherent in her creations. you can’t separate it and the fuck would you want even the smallest part in it?? just let it fucking die, already, please. or if you can’t give up a mediocre fantasy series, you could at least admit that you’re not the best ally, huh?

“viper” is what fans and media have nicknamed sabine in my au (she’s an aggressive driver #yass). when she comes back to racing, she is 110% focused on winning by any means necessary and she believes that she needs to shed all parts of herself that will hold her back (her humanity, namely </3). in doing this, she forces everyone to call her viper instead of sabine and adopts her on-track persona 24/7 (she becomes the viper we all know and love today). the only ppl that still get to call her sabine are brimstone and sometimesssss reyna :D

a little detail but prior to her accident, sabine was very popular amongst fans and other drivers, and was a bit of a media darling. she was easy to like!
