Wasn't tagged by anyone, but I saw one going around, so I'll start my own tagging tree.

1. Who doesn't love The Mummy?

2. Narnia was formative for me, especially the books when we were moving from IL to IA right as I hit middle school and needed an escape. Narnia was indeed real for a couple years there.

3. The costumes. The music. The melodrama of Marianne. Elinor getting handed a cup of tea and just sitting on the stairs to drink it while everyone else has a meltdown. I love it almost more than P&P'05

4. 'I'm your huckleberry'. I mean come on. Wild west was my obsession before Narnia came on the scene, and Tombstone is just sooooo good.

5. Look. Van Helsing is basically throwing every classic Universal Studios monster (except the Mummy) into a cinematic blender and throwing the resulting goo onto a roll of film. Good campy ghastly fun, with a side of Hugh Jackman before X-Men made him absolutely jacked.
