I love coffee so much, but it can definitely make you sleepy if you have a high caffeine tolerance

From what I know, caffeine works by blocking adenosine receptors, but it doesn't get rid of adenosine itself. So once the caffeine wears off, all that built-up adenosine hits you at once, making you feel even sleepier

yo why did no one tell me how good coffee is

I am all kinds of fucked up on coffee, like my eyes look at shit but they don’t see shit. Standing also sucks, my legs feel like that gif from the post about how it feels when you hit your funny bone, or ulnar nerve or whatever. Also wean. Need to make food or something but standing is a challenge man. Body ain’t having that shit. I shouldn’t drink twos cups again anxiety is through the roof man, a guy walked past my apartment building and stared at me the whole time he could see me, not having that shit. Nother guy was walking towards my building to go past it but he was walk towards our screen door area and I was trying to say to my mam that I was not happy with the fact she had the screens wide open (not that them being closed would do shit) but she was not hearing me until he was much closer and by that point even saying things bout it felt like he could hear me and when I brought up the other guy ma was like ‘oh he was just entranced by how gorgeous you wet’ which I know, but dude, not helping I’m paranoid right now and that freaks me out. I need food but my sister isn’t going to spend tome in the kitchen and I can’t stand also my little punk dog got into my popcorn while I was on the back porch and spread it everywhere so that he could get to the cheese in the bottom of the bowl and he went into the trash and scattered it so I had to clean that but I payed on the floor for like five minutes before finnishing it. I gotta eat something. I’m going now. If anyone reads this I hope it’s slightly coherent.

They opened a 7Brew in our area and we go there every single day, we love the staff and it's right by where we work!! Tim: how much? Five hundred, six hundred or hell even a thousand? I'll bring whatever you want.

I read the “too much teeth” and my brain immediately went: Oh! Tim must be a Fae in this AU. With no other context. It just decided that the too many teeth description meant that Tim was in fact, not a human either. 😂

Danny just met the first person in the world that might have eyebags to rival his own, and a coffee addiction to match.

So what is his first instinct? Challenging him to a coffee-chugging competition of course.

After his new adversary, Tim apparently, accepted his challenge Danny was quickly reminded that he was not, in fact, a human being, and that caffeine in large doses could be poisonous to them. This became quickly apparent when dozens of cups of coffee into the competition Tim vomited and proceeded to pass out.

Danny stayed with him until he woke up, but just as he was about to depart he was stopped.

"Wait! Can we do this again sometime?"

Danny looked at him like he was the strangest person on Earth, but responded, "Uh sure...?"

Tim looked back and smiled at him with too many teeth, had a sharp alertness for having just recovered from fainting, and a look on his face that practically promised to uncover all of Danny's secrets in one fell swoop.

For further clarification, the coffee was NOT refrigerated or anything, but it is still in a well-sealed pot. You can reheat the coffee however you want.
