I am admittedly, not good at drawing people.,
I can how ever draw the hell out of a dragon. Or.. a drake in this case? Agh semantics, they all breath fire and eat naughty children aye? (Or at least that’s what I tell my niece)
I’ve been obsessed with the new album and I’ve needed to be more organized and on top of stuff lately so I’ve been designing some planners/related pages on Zinnia. This is was my attempt at creating my own without any templates..... any thoughts? Suggestions? Feedback? Any ideas for different themes?I’ll be posting some more later on with ones that I’ve used the templates but simply customized. Let me know what y’all think or if I should go back to Home Screen designs!

These two pictures look totally unrelated, except that the horns *kinda look similar (???) this is stupid. And they don’t let you gay! There’s a clumsy Emo dude, and a woman with a top hat and a ghost friend, you expect me to not want them both???
Ok, look, this is by NO means a thirst-post, but the attention to detail on this dragon’s lower body is subtle but noticeable.

Draw a character in this pose. Doesn’t have to be a dragon, an animal, or even a living thing, hell you could do a toaster for all I care. Just make this lil happy dude cozy #- -# (Im tired of yall traumatizing ur ocs and making angst-y art, stop torturing them, give them a lil compfy #- -#)

Introducing the Fruitwings! A small tribe with a low temper and big hearts! They tend to be solitary unless in groups with family members or bonded duos/triads! They have slight sexual dimorphism with males having light horns and females having darker scale colors! They tend to have bright, vibrant scales with lighter underbellies and dark, flexible spikes that frame their silhouette. Their most common colors are bright greens, yellows and oranges, with cooler colors tending to be more rare. They love fruit and basking beneath the sun on cool days, and are nocturnal!
I loved drawing this and I had a blast coloring it! A lot of their design came directly from @Insert-name ‘s concept sketches! I briefly considered making them like flamingoes and having whatever fruit they eat being their scale color but ultimately decided against it due to them not having feathers and the nature of most fruit. I also named them Fruitwings so that we can make them ANY fruit type we want!! Mango, grape, dragonfruit, banana, orange, lemon, apple, blueberry, strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, hell, nightshade berries can all be available as colors for these bad boys! Hope you like them guys, because I think they’re awesome! And I would love to make more! #^ ^# see yall later, got something cookin in the oven rn so you guys might see it very soon!

idk what to name them, but i'm putting them in the universe with the rest of the majority of the dragon species i make~
they live in tropical forests and can't fly as a hatchling because their wings are stuck to their body until they're older~ as they age, thier scales soften and they turn yellow, then as they age more they get even softer and turn brown~
although they're omnivorous, they prefer to eat fruit or leaves and are basically vegetarians~ But if they get in a fight with something like a predator and win, they'll eat it~
the soft "spines" on their back are actually very soft (unless the dragon is still green/young), although for intimidation can be 'fluffed up' like bird feathers to seem bigger~ they can also rarely drop their tails, and fully grow them back after a few months~
the shell-face serves no real purpose, maybe they're clumsy and keep bashing their faces into trees ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My first time really doing shading, I'm surprised it turned out so well! I'm proud of it!
I found my dragontype!!
I'm really so happy, it looks kinda like the image above, but the wings are bigger amd fluffier, they resemble the owl ones. And I have more fluff on paws and more feathers on the tip of the tail.
It's so prettyyyyy...

Also, I'm a questioning selkiekin too. If some selkie reads it, can I have some advice on how to do research on that?

No deeper thoughts, just thought I should share it with someone. If you're theriophobic/ otherkinphobic (idk how it's called) just don't react. You're not gonna change anything, maybe just deepen my depression or smth. But if you're also Otherkin or a therian, could you reblog or write on priv? I just need to know if there is anyone like me out there.

So I added the other part to the drawing I said I’d finish. The scales are the neck of a dragon, and the guy towards the bottom-left is a possible OC, that I might make an rp blog for. We’ll see how it goes.
