Thank you for your interest in taking this survey. This questionnaire is being used for the Sociology Research Methods course offered to undergraduate students at UMBC (SOCY 300). It should take approximately 5-10 minutes. It investigates the effect of gender representation in media on occupational pursuit. Participation in this study is completely voluntary and you may choose to discontinue your participation at any time. Your identity will remain anonymous, as emails will not be collected. Confidentiality will also be ensured through the use of this data for classroom purposes only. If at any point you feel discomfort as a result of this study, please stop responding.
