Man, Magia Record helped me get through some tough times. I discovered it during the height of the pandemic and it honestly helped me get through a lot of it. Nothing will be more iconic to me than being greeted by Mitama and the stain glass window behind her as you pulled for magical girls.
Okay, so truth be told, I drew this a very long time ago for a zine project that has seemingly just... disappeared off the face of the earth. So apologies that this is such a belated farewell to the game. I really do hope that she, as well as so many others from Magia Record, make a return in Magia Exedra. I'd love to see my Coordinator gal join the fray once more!
Magia Record just announced end of service. It’s sad to see it go, but I had been expecting it for a while. Thank you for all the awesome memories, and thank you for helping me get through some really tough times during the pandemic. You helped me to connect with a community that loved the same anime as me and had some very interesting concepts for expanding on the Madoka Magica world.

Behold! My Goddess Madoka cosplay! This has been my most recent cosplay labor of love. I had so much fun creating Goddess Madoka. This was a cosplay that I allowed myself to not be quite as tightly bound to the OG character design as I normally am, which gave me the chance to experiment with fun accents and additions to this costume. I'll also admit, I had quite a blast playing with all the lace that was integrated into this costume.
This is my third cosplay for Madoka Magica, alongside Akemi Homura and Alina Gray (from the spinoff Magia Record). I absolutely adore this series and would implore you to check it out if you haven't already. It's easily binge-able in an evening and it will definitely tug at your heartstrings!
