1. Let’s say it’s 7.25pm and you’re going home (alone of course) after an unusually hard day on the job.
2. You’re really tired, upset and frustrated.
3 Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to drag out into your arm and up in to your jaw. You are only about five km from the hospital nearest your home.
4. Unfortunately you don’t know if you’ll be able to make it that far.
5. You have been trained in CPR, but the guy who taught the course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself.
6. HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE? Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.
7. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.
8. Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.
9. Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!!
10. A cardiologist says If everyone who gets this mail kindly sends it to 10 people, you can bet that we’ll save at least one life.
11. Rather than sending jokes, please... contribute by forwarding this mail which can save a person’s life.
12. If this message comes around you... more than once… please don’t get irritated... You should instead, be happy that you have many friends who care about you & keeps reminding you how to deal with a Heart attack.

A PSA about trucks from a truck driver
I and some colleagues were talking about how we wish everyone could see the safety videos that our company was showing us, because I don’t think most people understand how traffic works in a truck. So here’s some things we wish everyone on the road knew.
- we’re not kidding about tailgating. If you’re right behind us on a straight highway? Chances are we have NO IDEA you’re there, which means we can’t anticipate any of your movements. Plus slowing down takes multiple downshifts, so we might start decreasing speed way earlier than you expect.
- We’re not kidding about any of our blind spots. WE CAN’T SEE YOU, GUYS.
- That bit about slowing down taking a while? The same goes for when you’re in front of us. Don’t cut off a truck. Oh god, PLEASE don’t cut off a truck. If you cut me off, I’m not irritated, I’m terrified. For YOU. It can take 7 to 9 seconds for us to stop. DON’T CUT OFF TRUCKS.
- Before you get mad about how slow we’re going on the highway, keep in mind that many companies govern their vehicles so they literally CAN’T go over 60 or 65. This is a good thing, I promise. Because…
- Do you know what happens when a car meets a truck in an accident? The car gets totaled and the truck needs a new coat of paint. You will not win this fight. I know nobody likes getting stuck behind a big dumb truck, but it’s not worth your life.

Okay. So. My twitter got suspended for exposing this asshole. But he’s basically a massive pedophile and I hate to body shame, but I mean actually massive. He’s a big manipulator, who gives Minors positions of power and authority in his fan discord, to get them to trust him, and to get them to give him what he wants. He manipulates details, and he will gaslight you, if you let him. He somehow managed to manipulate all the details of his December fiasco so that my friends and I gave him a chance he didn’t deserve.
I’ll keep it simple, and just post a couple of the choicest(grossest?) things he’s said to minors.
The previous two screenshots are between Joose, and a 13 year old (at the time, aproximately June/July 2020.)
This screen shot was him encouraging her/coaching her over a video call, so the lazy shit didn’t have to speak to her. Followed later that afternoon by yet another call.
These are the most recent screens between himself, and Kailynn, a 16 year old, whom Joose groomed when she was 15, before soliciting her to get on video chats nude.
His mother, Victoria, is trying to run flak for him. Either she doesn’t believe he’s guilty, or she’s twisted as fuck, because she keeps saying that the MINORS TRAPPED HIS SON by being, idk, honeypots or something. The fuck? she also accused me of being racist, and is trying to hijack BLM to slander me?

The North Carolina police in his area seem reluctant to work with Texas police, and keep giving the run-around on jurisdiction, like no PD in the area has Joose in their jurisdiction. (Texas being where the 16 year old minor is from.)

update: Twitter was adamant that my evidence of her son’s bullshit was harassment, so I was forced to take down the audio. I’m not going to post anything that’s been ‘successfully’ flagged from here on, so bare with me, some of the MOST incriminating shit has to stay under lock and key.
ok but legitimately i think the reason why kids aren’t taking internet safety seriously is because the people who are telling us not to put our personal information out seem so out of touch. no one acknowledges the possibility of meeting very real teenaged friends online, they always say that everyone you meet is a 40 year old white man in disguise. because they aren’t acknowledging things we know are true, it becomes a lot easier to dismiss the rest of what they’re saying as well. internet safety lessons absolutely must keep up with the times and acknowledge the internet’s capacity for good if you want kids to take to heart warnings about its capacity for bad.
I'm aware that this is a pretty big blog, so I try to avoid putting people on blast- mostly cause I don't want anyone tracking folks down and dogpiling on them for the unforgivable sin of "being wrong about a thing",
Because we are all hilariously, ridiculously and unabashedly incorrect about things at times, and that doesn't deserve the embarrassment of a thousand jeering, judging strangers with their careless mockery and casual insults,
