hello itâs your local tspxskyposting blog
context under the cut:
âPlease enter the current time.â: when you open the Stanley parable (ultra deluxe version only), a series of text will pop up, one of them asking you to enter your current time. After youâve entered something, it will go on to âtalkâ and react to your choices, basically like a character. This character has gained the name âtimekeeperâ because of this.
(if anyone can provide a better explanation, please tell me. Iâve tried. Sorry tk this is the best I can do *sobs*)
The clock in the second image: in sky, thereâs a specific time for daily quests and the currency nodes to reset. When this time comes, a clock will appear, signaling the reset.
so, yes, clocks!
We can now rotate our skykids not just in our minds but in the game
in light of a four day ceasefire in Gaza being agreed upon, i am once again asking you all not to lose sight of the big picture. Biden and the Israeli Government are trying to frame this as a major democratic victory and as a favor respectively. they have no intention of a total ceasefire. they have no intention of stopping their genocide. remember - a ceasefire is the very first step. itâs not even the bare minimum.
the absolute bare minimum in this situation is 1) a complete ceasefire and immediate humanitarian aid in Gaza, 2) complete halt of all military foreign aid to the Israeli government, 3) the Israeli government being prosecuted for its war crimes in the International Criminal Court, and 4) land back and reparations for the Palestinian people. free Palestine means free Palestine, not just temporarily stop carpet bombing Palestine.
a temporary ceasefire is something, but itâs not even close to the end goal. we cannot let up pressure when things seem to be looking up. keep protesting, boycotting, spreading awareness, contacting politicians, etcetera. keep your eyes on Gaza. free Palestine.
So I havenât talked about this on main before, but the situation in South Gaza has gotten so horrifying that Iâm p much throwing caution to the wind to desperately plead for eyes on this. Iâm raising awareness about stories from activists in Gaza right now, including one of our own.
My lovely, wonderful friend Swin (aka tumblr user @combaticon) was deployed as a volunteer medic to a Gaza hospital on the 9th.
When the bloodshed started, she heard they needed extra hands in Gaza, she spoke Arabic and had the training, and she went.
Iâve been in contact with her throughout. Sheâs so incredibly brave it takes my breath away. My heart bleeds for these children sheâs taking care of and how resilient they are is⊠astonishing.
Swin and these poor people have been under siege for so long, and theyâre in desperate need of critical supplies. They have to filter water through their clothes, and itâs getting dangerously cold. Foods finally been getting through, but thereâs not enough blankets and jackets to go around and thereâs no fuel for the generators.
Their comrades in the West Bank have been completely pushed out by settler thugs. Itâs incredibly unsafe to even be doing humanitarian work for Palestinians. Remember this the next time a Zionist tells you theyâre doing this to âfeel safeâ. The IOF is arming lynch mobs.
On a personal note, this has been the most gut-wrenching week of my life. Every day when I wake up without a text from her I feel so much fear. I fight back the grief but I donât know how to help or what to do. Itâs terrifying.
Swin has asked for nothing, absolutely nothing other than something it can show the people around it to make them feel like theyâre not going to be abandoned. To make sure theyâre not forgotten in some pit praying Rafah opens before Israel decides to slaughter them all.
Today was a bad day. Sheâs alive but beyond worrying about her privacy now; sheâs asked me to share this and to beg that we not lose steam and forget about them. Please share this, and please keep being fucking annoying and loud and digging your heels in with fury because we cannot let these people die silently.

"Why is Gazaâs al-Shifa Hospital so important for the Israeli army?
The largest hospital in the besieged enclave already faced shortages before Israeli forces blew up its medicine warehouse.
Ever since the Israeli armyâs strikes on the Gaza Strip began after the October 7 Hamas attack, the al-Shifa Hospital in the northern part of the besieged enclave has been prominently featured in the news.
For the past five days, it has been at the centre of everything as Gazaâs death toll has risen, with more than 11,500 Palestinians, nearly half of them children, killed by Israeli forces.
The significance of al-Shifa Hospital is beyond the medical.
The storied medical complex, whose name translates into âHouse of Healingâ, has been described as the beating heart of Gaza.
It has been there since the time of the British rule over Palestine and became a hospital in 1946 after originally housing British army barracks. It has survived several wars and many years of Israeli occupation.
Since last month, it has been denied urgently needed supplies of medicine and fuel â and that was before Israeli troops broke in and blew up its dwindling stores of medicine.
Hospital staff had to bury dozens of people in a mass grave on the grounds as they were out of options. Dead bodies lie around its courtyard still.
Beyond that, al-Shifa is seen as a nerve centre for the Gaza governmentâs administrative bodies. Health ministry officials have held press conferences amid the corpses there, and the governmentâs media ministry has operated out of the hospital.
Al-Shifa kept its internet connectivity at times when the rest of Gaza was cut off by Israel, so it has also been a hot spot for journalists, some of whom are trapped there now. The hospitalâs director and its doctors and staff have been providing constant updates whenever possible, often rejecting Israeli claims â like one on Wednesday that it had allowed aid into the hospital.
Israel wants to dismantle the hub that al-Shifa has become and take over what it has said it sees as the stronghold of Hamasâs military and administrative capabilities. What happens to the hospital could also have an impact on the future of negotiations on releasing captives and allowing desperately needed humanitarian aid and fuel into Gaza.
The Israeli army has spent the past several days gradually tightening its noose around the hospital.
As part of its ground offensive into northern Gaza, it came in and surrounded the largest hospital in the Strip with soldiers, tanks, armoured vehicles, and attack drones supported by snipers.
The Israeli troops have now made their way into the hospital and raided several departments. They set up electronic checkpoints at multiple doors of the main buildings. Their tanks are in the courtyard.
This is while thousands of people are still trapped in the hospital. These include many displaced Palestinians taking shelter there, critically ill patients with nowhere to go, and exhausted medical staff and personnel.
According to first-hand accounts, Israeli troops targeted generators and communications units before storming in, and they also interrogated dozens of stripped and blindfolded people who already had their access to water and basic hygiene cut off.
Israelâs main supporting claim for laying siege to the most important hospital in Gaza is that Hamas has a main command centre operating from within and under the hospital.
This is a claim that has also been backed by the US, prompting Hamas to hold Washington âwholly responsibleâ for effectively giving the green light to attack a hospital filled with civilians.
Neither Tel Aviv nor the White House have released any independently verified evidence to back this claim, which has been refuted by a number of the doctors and staff at the hospital.
And there has been no clear evidence that a number of the captives taken by Hamas during its October 7 attack are being held within the confines of the hospital.
Israel has also failed to allow any independent third parties into the area in order to verify claims by each side. Such heavily disputed claims have historically ended up unproven.
Reminder that boycotting DOES work, there is historic proof! Don't let anyone discourage you otherwise!
The BDS movement uses the historically successful method of targeted boycotts inspired by the South African anti-apartheid movement, the US Civil Rights movement, the Indian anti-colonial struggle, among others worldwide.
We must strategically focus on a relatively smaller number of carefully selected companies and products for maximum impact. Companies that play a clear and direct role in Israelâs crimes and where there is real potential for winning, as was the case with, among others, G4S, Veolia, Orange, Ben & Jerryâs and Pillsbury. Compelling such huge, complicit companies, through strategic and context-sensitive boycott and divestment campaigns, to end their complicity in Israeli apartheid and war crimes against Palestinians sends a very powerful message to hundreds of other complicit companies that âyour time will come, so get out before itâs too late!â
Pray, tell people about this et cetera do whatever you can do online and offline
The thing is back

i don't think people understand the extent of the horror happening in palestine right now. "death" means nothing to people because of desensitisation so let me just tell you what white phosphorus is. it's being used in israeli munitions and has been and will continue to be fired across gaza and the palestinian borders.
white phosphorus burns when it comes into contact with oxygen (at nearly 800°C or 1500°F. the human body can withstand ~50°C for reference.) the air you breathe in ignites and it is near impossible extinguish. it sticks to clothing and skin and is very difficult to remove because it will continue to ignite in air. it burns flesh up to the bone and even past the bone because it penetrates tissue and is absorbed VERY easily. if you inhale it it'll destroy your respiratory tract and lungs. it can cause failure in multiple organs including the liver, kidneys and heart. it is being released in one of the most densely populated places on earth.
the only way to treat someone exposed to white phosphorus is to submerge them in saline or water and to pick out the substance with forceps, and when you undress a wound the substance can re-ignite. this is just ONE weapon that is being used to kill palestinian people right now. palestine does not have access to medical care, humanitarian aid, power, or internet. their hospitals are being bombed. gaza is one of the most densely populated places in the world with over 50% of the population being children. many children are the sole survivors of their families. there are videos of children experiencing panic attacks and symptoms of ptsd. the fact that israel has committed war crimes in plain sight means that we can only imagine what will happen to the palestinians in complete darkness.
israel has and will continue to deny this. your interests and fandom will still be here, you will wake up tomorrow morning and see your friends and family, but an entire nation of people are being wiped off the map. being silent is being complacent. reblog, spread information, tell people in real life, attend protests, sign petitions, call your government offices, at the very least be angry and upset and horrified because once you become numb and indifferent and hopeless the oppressors will have already won.
what's happening right now is more than a genocide and once it becomes a part of history we'll wonder how the world let this happen. genocides have been part of all nations. just because it is far away does not mean you don't have to be concerned. the fact that YOUR governments and YOUR idols and the people around YOU are supporting the mass eradication of an entire group of people should scare you. it shouldn't make you feel anything less than sick and angry and disgusted. DO something about it, no matter how small you feel your voice is, because palestinians no longer have one.

[edit 2] about palestinians "not having a voice" at the time i wrote this post internet connection was cut off entirely and even journalists weren't able to report for a period of time â that is all i meant by that. they of course have a voice and i never meant to undermine how people are risking their lives in gaza to get information out there and i apologise if thats what people took from it, it was not my intention but it is entirely my bad. please continue to spread information and updates from gaza as they come.
I would like to go in deep how they gunna talk buuuuuttttt
Also I gave up since one I am pretty much tired rn AND middle-exams bout to kick my ass but *hands up* atleast I'm like half done my mission here đ
Despite everything
Itâs still youâŠ.. E̶r̶i̶c̶
Blocking out her name and picture to protect her from harassment, but this is a Palestinian journalist reporting out of Gaza who I've personally had contact with through Twitter.
Money and aid is not getting through. Crowdfunding is not helpful. Ordering things is not helpful. Buying keffiyehs that say the money goes to Gaza is not helpful.
Gaza is a concentration camp - nothing is getting in or out that Israel does not approve of and right now Israel wants people dead or dying.
Most of social media, and tumblr is no exception, skews toward "taking action" being things that put you at zero risk and only ask for money or bits of time, or sometimes just doing nothing and calling it a boycott. "Call your rep!" "Buy this thing!" "Share this link!"
The reality is that you get out what you put in and if it was easy and low risk and comfortable for you to do it, then that is the level of impact it is having - low, comfortable to ignore, and flimsy.
Palestine, Gaza and increasingly the West Bank, NEEDS real help and the reality is we do not have the power as individuals to give it.
We DO have the power to band together and influence things collectively and the best way to do that is to loudly unequivocally express our anger and clarity of purpose.
So that does mean calling reps and being polite and firm and brief and giving your real address because otherwise they can't confirm you're a constituent and they'll ignore you. "Hello, my name is ______ and I am calling as a constituent to demand representative/senator _______ support aid to Gaza and to call for an end to support for all support to Israel."
It is important that your support for Gaza include opposition to Israel - there is no supporting Gaza while supporting Israel, it genuinely is one or the other.
Tear down pro-Israel posters. Tear down those fake kidnapped propaganda posters. Show up to rallies and marches where you can and if you can't, find out who's organizing them and get in touch to offer your support and help. Talk to family and friends. LEARN! Read up on these things and teach yourself history so you can better advocate and push back on propaganda.
Be willing to have people not like you. Losing friends over this is, and I don't mean to be cold here, nothing. It doesn't matter. Fuck em. If advocating against genocide costs you friendships and gets people calling you antisemitic, fuck em, good riddance. Privately process the loss of those relationships if they really matter to you, but publicly don't give it air because this is not a time to be focused on the feelings of people who cannot bring themselves to oppose ethnic cleansing.
The culture is shifting, support for Palestine is growing and it NEEDS to continue and we have the power to make sure it does.
this is dr ayman abu al-ouf.
dr abu al-ouf was head of internal medicine at palestineâs main hospital, al-shifa.
he was just killed along with twelve members of his family, including his parents, his wife and two of his three children.
there was no warning before an israeli air strike demolished the apartment building he was living in.
on the left is a picture of dr mouin al-aloul.
he was gazaâs top neurologist. he was killed the same day as dr abu al-ouf.
a few days earlier, israeli air strikes destroyed roads leading to gazaâs main hospital.
red crescent, a medical humanitarian group from qatar, and médecins sans frontiÚres (doctors without borders) had their facilities and crew targeted by israeli air attacks.
gazaâs main covid lab was damaged in an idf strike and has ceased all operations.
regardless of the fact that thereâs a pandemic happening, which isnât over for most of the developing world, the loss of medical personnel at a time when theyâre so desperately needed is devastating, to say the least. and a breach of the geneva convention, making all these events a certified war crime.
this post covers some really good charities that offer medical aid to palestinians in need. please consider donating if youâre looking to help!
there is no defence to targeting medical personnel. there is no justification, no argument, no âbut hamasâ about it. palestineâs fragile healthcare system is already at breaking point, and this bombardment has only driven it further over the edge.
if you canât donate, thatâs totally okay. just please do keep spreading awareness!
just wanna showcase my tsp OC briefly because i know only a few people will see this evil cackling
