5 day circuit workout from The Color Run. It can be done alone or with your usual running schedule. And (the best part as far as I’m concerned) it requires no equipment! You can do this at home, at the gym, or in the park, how great is that!? This makes me want to get out, go for a run and stop at the park close to my place for a quick circuit or two.
Avocados, bell peppers and steak on romaine. Salt and pepper to taste. Keeping healthy eating simple. Will keep 3-4 days in fridge but I prep for 5-6 days. I live dangerously. (;
