Shadow Work journal prompts
Shadow work works best if you are completely honest with yourself, this is a time for growth and evaluating your behaviors and what you need to change in order to be closer to a more authentic you.
In the beginning, I didn’t notice how much these questions made me really take a step back and think. I’ve spent so much time not thinking about the reactions I’ve had or what perceptions I have about situations, that I spent a lot of time writing and putting a lot of effort into each and every question.
Every time I started to journal— I have noticed a pattern, I have noticed where some of my anger and insecurities are stemming from, and why.
One of the prompts asked me to describe how I was as a child, this took me into a long loop of all the things I enjoyed doing as a child. This helped me connect with her. As I was describing how I was as a child I couldn’t help but laugh at some of the (good) memories that followed. There were some (bad) memories that showed up as well, and I journaled about them too and how it made me feel then— and now. This helped me feel connected to who I am today. It also made me realize how much I have been working for a very long time achieving who I am today. I hope these prompts helps whoever in need to start their journey into healing.
*A reminder that I am not a licensed professional and use caution, everyone has different types of trauma and how to work through it. Talk with a licensed professional if you need to. My inbox is always open as well for support*

Hi anyone who reads this, my name is Giulia and I am looking for people to do free tarot readings for in exchange for some honest feedback! I've been doing tarot readings for myself for about 5 years now, with a limited amount of readings done for friends within that time period.
It wasn't until this year when I truly began to notice significant intuitive messages in my readings, and their insightfulness hit me like a ton of bricks. I feel ready though now and confident that I need to branch out and get more experience reading for people I don't know.
I'm open to reading for absolutely anyone! It will be one question (or one 'topic' or 'realm' of which you're seeking intuitive guidance on) for one reading between 1-3 cards. When you get your reading I just want your feedback, honestly, on what you thought of the reading, if it felt insightful, relevant...and if it did not, please let me know what you didn't connect to (My sole purpose is to develop my craft and this feedback would be invaluable!).
Just send me a message @healingmoonlight with your reading request, or if you have a question we can talk :’)
https://healingmoonlight.tumblr.com/ask
I don't know how long I'll do this for, or how many requests I'll even get, but if I decide to not take anymore requests, I'll reblog this post again updated :')
Grateful for anyone who read this and may participate!
Love, Giulia

Magick is about empowerment and your ability to change your personal energy as well as influential energy in your life.
When your life unfolds in ways that make you unhappy, it is important to deal with your emotions. Couldn't be me brothas i am totally mf unhinged this is for you guys though.
When anger arises, you need to find a way to work through it. Strong emotion needs to be felt, not pushed aside or ignored, so you can regain and maintain balance and harmony.
☯
To begin write down the things in your life that make you angry, sad, disappointed, etc.
Place the list in your cauldron or a firesafe container, use a match or lighter to carefully ignite the paper and visualize the things you wrote igniting and burning to ash before you.
To release using the power of the fire chant :
Release my anger and sorrows, I will not carry it into tomorrow
Release my negativity and set it free, the only person it hurts is me
Repeat these words and this spell until you feel that you have released the emotions that no longer serve you.
If you say your prayer out loud, it will be heard.
If you say your prayer silently, in your head, it will be heard.
If you say your prayer standing or kneeling or lying motionless at your altar, it will be heard.
If you say your prayer while you wash the dishes or fold the laundry, it will be heard.
If you say your prayer slowly and mindfully, each word hanging in your mind like a leaf on a tree, it will be heard.
If you say your prayer quickly, with the words racing through your head so fast you are barely aware of them, it will be heard.
If you say your prayer calmly, with precision and measured meaning, it will be heard.
If you say your prayer desperately or in a panic, with no sense or coherence, it will be heard.
The gods will hear you when you call, they will listen when you pray.
Ok, kiddies. Several of you have seen my post about the various resources and books I have in my Pagan/Witchcraft/Magick library and have asked “Where can I download the PDFs from?”
Well, now that things have calmed down a bit…Here it is! This post will always be growing as I find more PDF books. I did my best to organize them according to category.
Happy reading, loves :)
