Gonna go with what a lot of others have said and say stimming. Flapping my arms, chewing on stuff, etc. Never got how people could be so composed all the time. Oh an also being awkward at comforting people without having to compare their situation with some personal experience.
To other autistic people, what’s one thing you often did that you didn’t realise was an autism trait?

I've had like two beers and zero substantial meals and I am toasted and feeling really affectionate rn with noone to direct that affection towards why must my life be suffering
It's about a young Maori boy who gets adopted by a couple in the New Zealand countryside. He and his grumpy adoptive uncle end up stuck and declared missing in the bushlands. This causes a national manhunt, and we then follow them as they run away from police and child protective services. It's a really funny and heartwarming film. It's like, really comfy. But also sad, but also happy at the same time. It's nice for when you just kinda want to be a bit sad, but it still leaves you feeling warm and hopeful.

If Terry prachett were there do you think the good omens Show would be any different?
Yes. Probably it would be a lot less faithful, because when Terry was alive and well, we were determined that someone was going to write the scripts and make it, and that someone definitely wasn’t us. I didn’t have the time to write six hour long scripts, then take 18 months to showrun and oversee it, and neither did Terry. And our agreement was that we did things together or not at all.
But his last request to me was to do it… “I know, Neil, that you’re very very busy, but no one else could ever do it with the passion that we share for the old girl,” he wrote. And so I’m doing it.
