Good choices make good habits and good habits make me happy.
You donât need motivation when youâre disciplined.
Had a day like this yesterday. Just couldn't talk myself into weights or cardio. So I did floor exercises instead. Still sweat, still work. But it felt like an easier goal.
Working out while laying on the floor isnât necessarily easier (in fact it can be harder) but it does seem to be mentally easier for those days where I want to exercise but standing is too much.

Last week was fantastic. 5 days of exercise. Enough cardio and weights to satisfy anybody.
