hello, hello! good morning, i woke up early today... for reasons i'm not to crazy about. but i decided to do a post, for ya'll.
let me say a quick thank you before i proceed with today's post. i have 200 followers! in case some of you didn't see my post about me mentioning it. it's not a lot but, as i've said before i didn't think anyone would follow at all because this account was mostly for me.
but thank you to everyone who follows, reblog and likes my posts! it means a lot :)
now, without further ado!
walk: move on one's feet. We walked to town.
limp: walk unevenly because one leg is hurt. That man is hurt, he's limping.
hobble: walk with difficulty. The old man hobbled along the street with the aid of his stick.
stagger: walk unsteadily as if about to fall. He was so drunk that he staggered all the way home.
stumble: stagger. She stumbled upstairs and into bed.
lurch: stagger. The drunken man was lurching along the street.
tiptoe: walk on the tips of one's toes. She tiptoed to the bed so as not to wake the baby.
stroll: walk for pleasure. They strolled around the park.
amble: walk at a slow, leisurely pace. They ambled along for miles.
saunter: stroll. They sauntered around the park.
wander: move without a fixed purpose or destination. They enjoy wandering through the countryside.
roam: wander. They roamed through the streets for hours.
ramble: walk for pleasure with no particular destination. He likes rambling around in the country.
mooch: wander, walk slowly without any purpose. John mooched about the shops.
meander: walk in a slow, relaxed way instead of taking the most direct way possible. (Rivers also meander). As I was sitting in the park, I watched as couples seemed to meander around happily.
stride: walk with long steps. She strode across the fields.
strut: walk in a proud way, with the chest out and trying to look important. He strutted past us, ignoring our greeting.
swagger: walk proudly, strut. After winning the first prize, the player swaggered about proudly.
stalk: walk in a proud or angry way, with long steps. The teacher turned and stalked out of the classroom.
sashay: walk in a confident way, moving the body from side to side, especially so that people look at you. The models sashayed down the aisle showing their clothes.
trudge: walk slowly and with effort because one is tired. We were very tired after trudging through the deep snow for two hours.
shuffle: walk very slowly and noisily, without lifting one's feet off the ground. His legs were aching so much that he shuffled to bed.
stump: walk heavily and stiffly. They stumped up the hill.
plod: walk with heavy steps or with difficulty. Labourers plodded home through the muddy fields.
pace: walk with regular steps. He paced up and down the platform, waiting for the train.
march: walk with regular steps of equal length. Demonstrators marched through the streets of the city.
parade: walk or march together to celebrate or protest. Demonstrators paraded through the streets of the city.
crawl: move slowly with the body close to the ground or on hands and knees. A baby crawls before he can walk.
toddle: walk with short unsteady steps. Her two-year-old son toddled into the room.
edge: move gradually with small movements. Paul decided to edge away from the crowd.
creep: move slowly and quietly with the body close to the ground. The cat crept silently towards the bird.
sneak: go quietly and secretly in order to avoid being seen or heard. The boy sneaked in without paying.
pad: walk softly and quietly. The child padded barefoot down the stairs.
prowl: walk slowly and quietly because you are involved in a criminal activity or because you are looking for something. Street gangs usually prowl this alley.
slide: move smoothly over a surface. I was sliding on the ice.
slip: slide accidentally. She slipped on the ice and broke her leg.
dash: move quickly and suddenly, rush. I must dash or I'll miss the train.
dart: move quickly and suddenly in the specified direction. She darted away when I came in.
scamper: run quickly and playfully. The children were scampering up the steps.
sprint: run very quickly for a short distance. The kids sprinted down the stairs.
jog: run slowly and steadily, as a way of exercising. She goes jogging everyday.
trip over: catch one's foot on something and stumble or fall. He tripped over the step and fell.
scuttle: move quickly with short steps, because you are afraid or do not want to be noticed. The mouse scuttled off when we entered the room.
scurry: move quickly with short steps, because you are in a hurry. He was late so he had to scurry off to work.
skip: move forward with quick steps and jumps. The child skipped with joy towards his father.
lope: run with long steps. The man loped off after the ball.
lollop: run with long awkward steps. The dog came lolloping down the path.
tear: run or move quickly in a dangerous or careless way. When the storm started, they tore back into the house.
rush: hurry, move quickly because you need to get somewhere soon. She was late so she decided to rush off down the hall.
hop: move by jumping on one foot. The man hopped down the road after hurting his foot.
trip: walk with short quick steps, usually as young girls do. The little girl tripped happily up the road.
lunge: make a sudden movement towards somebody or something. The boxer lunged forward and grabbed his opponent by the arm.
scramble: climb up or down, or over something quickly and with difficulty. They had to scramble up to the top of the hill to see the view.
hike: take a long walk in the mountains or countryside, as an adventure. The group hiked up to the top of the hill.
trek: hike; make a long, difficult journey on foot. For ten days she trekked across the mountains of China.
paddle (UK), wade (US): walk for pleasure without shoes or socks in water that is not very deep. The children were paddling in the lake.
waddle: walk with short steps, moving the body from one side to another, used especially to talk about birds or people with fat bodies. The fat man waddled off to the restaurant for lunch.
prance: walk with high steps or large movements, in a confident way. She pranced around her room, pretending to be an actress.
frogmarch: force somebody to walk by holding his arms tightly by his side, usually because of bad behaviour. The prefect frogmarched the boy to the detention room.

make oc playlists. spend hours on moodboards that have no purpose. write self-indulgent fluff that’s never going to be published. scribble three lines of poetry in the back of your history notebook. draw fanart of your own characters. write stupid dialogue that your publishers might hate. start new wips that you might never finish but write those three chapters that make you happy because if you don’t write them, who else will?
writing shouldn’t always be about “will publishers like this” or “i have to reach this word count” or “how do i get the most likes”.

“Yoo Joonghyuk,” says Dokja, warily, “why did you bring me here?"
"Tactical retreat,” Joonghyuk replies. He’s doing that thing that’s in all the substanceless fluff romance novels, with his arm on the wall next to Dokja’s head and caging him in– not that Dokja reads those sorts of novels, of course, it’s obviously just osmosis– and his distressingly good-looking face is equally distressingly close to Dokja’s. This is not at all how Dokja had planned this day to go.
“We’re on opposite teams,” Dokja points out. Then they both pause while the outraged yell of probably-Kim-Namwoon echoes faintly from the other side of the field. “And I’m pretty sure that was your teammate. Whom you abandoned.”
“I have something more important to do.” Joonghyuk leans in and kisses the corner of his mouth before Dokja can formulate a response. “So? Planning to shoot me?”
The expression on Dokja’s face is probably not very attractive right now, stunned as he is. “I guess not,” he says, faintly.
Joonghyuk kisses him on the lips this time, tilting his head for an angle that lets him slide his tongue deep into Dokja’s mouth. Dokja can’t do much else other than wrap his hands around Joonghyuk’s unnecessarily thick biceps and kiss back, messy and eager.
When Joonghyuk finally leans back, they’re both flushed, hips pressed against each other still. “Are we still playing?” Dokja asks. Joonghyuk runs a hand down his side and he shivers.
“We are,” Joonghyuk informs him, and unceremoniously shoots him right in the chest.
Watching Yoo Joonghyuk saunter arrogantly away as his vest lights up and the stun sound plays in his ears, Dokja discovers, to his lasting shame, that he’s entirely capable of getting turned on by sheer bloody annoyance.
First Moves (SakuAtsu)
Atsumu had always been the one to make the first move, may it be through messages or asking Kyoomi out for dates. Kiyoomi got so accustomed to it that he panics when Atsumu doesn't message him for an entire day. He goes back to their messages and rereads them.
Everything's fine. Atsumu used emojis, sent him some memes and even some selfies. So, he evaluates his responses to make sure he didn't sound uninterested or check if he could've said something that might've offended Atsumu or put him in a bad mood. But in the end, he found nothing out of the usual.
"Stop overthinking it. He tells you things he doesn't like, so there's no need to panic," Kiyoomi whispers to himself, but he still finds himself pressing the call button.
Kiyoomi hears the ringing, and his heart immediately starts beating erratically.
What if he's busy? What if he finds it annoying? What if everything's fine and I look like I'm too clingy? What if he gets mad?
All these questions keep running in Kiyoomi's head, making it difficult to make the first move. He sighs as his thoughts get the better of him, but before he could even turn off the call, Atsumu's voice pulls him out of his head.
"Hey, Omi-kun! What's up?" Atsumu asks on the other side. Kiyoomi gulps and straightens his back as he tries to keep his composure.
"Nothing," Kiyoomi answers, there's silence on the other side of the line, and this makes Kiyoomi panic once again.
"Oh, then why'd you call?" Atsumu asks. His tone's normal, and yet Kiyoomi still feels like something's off.
"I just missed you," Kiyoomi whispers, it was so small that Atsumu almost didn't catch it, "I'm sorry for bothering you so late at night,"
"What? No, don't apologize! I like it, actually," Atsumu says, "it makes my heart really soft hearing you say you miss me,"
Kiyoomi can imagine Atsumu smiling on the other end of the line, and this made him feel silly for panicking over Atsumu not messaging him.
"So, what now?" Kiyoomi asks as he lays on his bed with a calmer heart and a smile on his face.
"I don't know, tell me about your day. I just slept the entire day, so I don't have much," Atsumu answers.
Kiyoomi smiles, "okay,"
Kiyoomi then proceeds to tell Atsumu about his day, and they ended up talking until past nine. Once Atsumu notices, he says, "Omi, we have to go to sleep. We still have Saturday training,"
"Oh," Kiyoomi says and turns to the clock, "I guess this is good night then,"
"Yeah," Atsumu says, "but before you hang up,"
"What is it?"
"I just wanted you to know that it made me really happy that you called," Atsumu says, making Kiyoomi grin wide, "Then I'll call you more often,"
Kiyoomi doesn't hear a response, but he does hear a muffled scream which makes him chuckle, "Okay, I'll call you tomorrow morning,"
"Okay, Omi-kun, good night. I love you," Atsumu says, making Kiyoomi's heart run wild.
"Good night, I love you too, Atsumu," Kiyoomi says and hangs up before turning on his side and sleeping with a smile on his face now that he knows that making the first move won't annoy Atsumu.

In the quiet moments in-between everything, Yoo Joonghyuk looks to Kim Dokja. Or: Yoo Joonghyuk just wants to care for Kim Dokja if only he’d stay still for a goddamn second.

He walks this world alone. He knows better than to expect anyone to keep up with him.
He knows better than to get attached.
But Kim Dokja, impossible and unpredictable, forced his way into Yoo Joonghyuk’s life and declared them companions. And suddenly Yoo Joonghyuk is not the one walking ahead of everyone else, alone; now, he chases after Kim Dokja, time after time, reaching for him, always a step behind.
Kim Dokja is here, in this regression, and that is all that matters.

Sometimes I wish that Armin was written and illustrated as a girl instead of a boy in SNK
Change nothing else but his gender and Armin would immediately be seen as a love interest for Eren 🤧
My bad I pulled a “Mikasa” for a bit there, imagining an idealized world and all...
You ever think about the fact that Annie never saw any value in life and never took any interest in anything, only her fighting which kept her grounded and then BAM along came Eren who took interest in her fighting style and saw the value not only in it, but also in Annie herself (and her life)?
Dude no joke I was about to make a post about this and your ask couldn’t have come at a right time lol
One of the biggest things to come out of chapter 125 is how we finally got to see Annie’s pov and how she perceived herself, as well as the world around her.
She couldn’t grasp the concept of human lives and just lived her life doing what she was told, and didn’t care one bit who lived or who died. The only thing that brought her any semblance of affection was through her father and her training And through her father did she grasp a concept of what love actually was, and how much she cared to keep that love alive.
What;s really important is how this puts Eren and Annie’s meeting into a whole different context. When we first see her she obviously looks to have no interest in anything else other than completing her mission.
But that changed when she saw Eren use one of her martial art moves on Jean, and how she offered to train him during their cadet day.
This is kind of a big deal because Eren reminded Annie of the warmth that she had when she was spending time with her father. The only source of affection came from someone who she considered to be the only one who would ever care for her, and the only one she could rely on in their cruel, unforgiving world. Then here comes this boy who not only praises her combat skills, but reminds her of how much she actually did enjoy fighting and learning martial arts from her father.
I also need to point out that Eren was the only person who could see past Annies cold exterior and realize that she wasn’t being honest with herself when she said she hated learning how to fight. He saw how alive she was whenever she got to show off her hand to hand combat skills.
To me this only reinforces how strong both Eren and Annies bond was, and how much thy meant to each other especially their time training together.

I think we should separate the two salute in 132 and 139. This is totally two different things.
The salute in 139 is a whole SC thing, (we still have Hange in the centre and she was the only one who has a different facial expression) Anyway it is hard to tell Hange was stand out from the other (we know it is kinda focus on her). Also “are you guys watching” thing, I think it is more refer to Hange in 132 “do you think our comrades are watching us?” And Levi in 136 “the hearts you guys dedicated”
It’s give me a strong SC vibe (with low-key Levihan). Levi saluted to them and they saluted back means the duty of SC is done, and Levi gave the meaning to all his comrade.
I would be mad if we only get this. But no, the Levihan is in the FINAL panel of levi.
The shinzouwosasageyo in 132 was definitely an ONLY Levihan thing, because if it was a normal salute, Isayama would just concluded in the SC scene. (Maybe will let Levi mentioned Hange in that scene). So other than a normal salute, it’s more like Levi confessed his feeling to Hange with the salute, and only Hange can understand it.
Therefore we can exclude the normal meaning of the salute: sacrifice yourself to the mankind . Which Levi definitely means more than that and this is not the main purpose.
Remember the Levihan bird, they complete each other, and they really are. The 132 sasageyo was more like, take my heart with you and I will keep your heart with me. Hange will live inside Levi. (*Over interpretation: Don’t be scared Hange, I will be with you, it’s fine. Don’t worry about it I will live for you, as long as I’m alive, you will live inside me, with yours and our dreams)
I saw some Levihans said Levi didn’t wear an eyepatch because he think Hange will be seeing from his right eye (prefect explanation👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻) This more like the answer of 132 sasageyo to me, Levi and Hange literally became Levihan.
OK then talk about Hange’s dream and Levi’s dream, actually they shared the same dream, “the dream world” in 136
Hey it’s only the mf ZOË talking shit in 136. We don’t know the others, but we knew Levi remembered EVERY SINGLE WORD Hange Zoe said and would took her daily shitty talk seriously (He just love her...) , from that moment Hange’s dream also became Levi’s dream. And what did Levi do in the post war? Travel! Maybe not exactly is, but he is exploring a new world that could be their dream world, they shared the same dream, and mf Hange Zoe will do the same, to travel around with him if she was alive....
And finally the plane was the answer to 132 “keep watching me Hange”
The reason I don’t think the 139 SC scene is refer to this because 132 means more to Levihan, Levi wanted Hange to look at him even though their duty was done (which is the SC scene, and literally everybody were really watching from the path lol)
The plane scene is somehow confirmed that Levi wanted more from Hange, he wanted her to stay with him, just Hange and just Levi, but not the member of SC or commander and captain, their true feeling was acknowledged by a non SC member, Onyankopon. (It seem a little bit far-fetched, but I feel it means after Levi left SC, he will not remember Hange as a part of his SC duty or SC promise, I can see when Levi and Onyankopon talk about Hange, Levi was always talk about the stupid and funny thing Hange did other than her SC career and achievement, he cared and respect it but Levi just loved to remember the bright side and funny stupid side of Hange.
Sadly Hange can’t control the plane like Eren lol, but thanks for the parallel we know that plane was 100% symboling Hange, Hange was keep watching Levi. The look on Levi when he look at the plane and Onyankopon Levihan shipper stare confirmed Levi was also keep thinking about Hange.
Which means HANGE LOVE LEVI and LEVI LOVE HANGE

The moment I think Levi started to realise his feeling towards Hange was probably here:

- When they were learning to use maneuver gear, Armin would often fall because his body was weaker than the others. Eren would always keep a close eye on him and then catch him when he falls.
- When they were younger and Armin got scared, he would grab onto Eren’s sleeve and once Eren caught on, he would immediately eliminate the threat
- They casually touch all the time and Eren always makes sure to sit or stand next to Armin. They’ll even hold hands sometimes while learning about a new mission
- When Eren was getting put through experiments, he always preferred if Armin was present
- During the winters when they were younger they would have sleepovers and cuddle together. They never really grew out of it so when winter rolled around when they were trainee’s and scouts, Armin would crawl into Eren’s bed. They wouldn’t cuddle, but they would sleep in the same bed together.
- Eren always makes a fuss if he isn’t on the same chore rotation with Armin
- Before missions, Eren would always find Armin and just talk about random things because he knows Armin is nervous and he wanted to make him feel better
- When Eren passes out after experiments, Armin sits by his side and refuses to leave until he wakes up
- Making eye contact with each other or just being in one another’s presence is always enough to calm them down
- When Eren gets angry and starts lashing out, Armin is always the one to calm him down and follow him out of the room to help him feel better. They usually end up gossiping about other soldiers and talking about the outside world
- They always casually disappear together when the group meets up. Like the group can be meeting up for anything and the two of them will eventually leave together without anyone noticing for a while
- Armin always smiles really brightly when he sees Eren
- During the summers, they’ll take their horses and ride up a nearby mountain to watch the sunrise or just go up there before breakfast
- They get each other’s food for one another. Whenever they arrive in the mess hall together, only one will get up and get the food for both of them. They switch everyday
- Armin is able to distinguish how Eren is feeling inside his Titan form through his roars. He can tell if he’s feeling frustrated/angry, sad, or cheerful, etc. No one really understands, but they trust Armin’s judgement
- They make pinkie promises
- Armin has a lot of nightmares of the time Eren died in front of him and since Eren knows this, he’s always able to tell when Armin is thrashing around in bed and he’ll hold his hand until he wakes up
- Eren never listened in school when they were younger so Armin was the one to teach him to read and write outside of school
- Eren’s heart breaks whenever he sees Armin scared to tears and he’ll do ANYTHING to make the tears stop
- The one time Armin got so mad he screamed and yelled was at Hange because he thought/knew she went too far on an experiment. He was very angry for days and didn’t talk to anyone except for Eren and Mikasa (Eren thought the pout he always had on his face was adorable)
Armin: Eren, do you have a favorite artist?
Eren: Yes, your parents.
Armin: Why? What did they made?

Psyche would be the cute type to love and get friendship bracelets for her best friend, like ones for her and Medea — and even if Medea is not one to do such unnecessary things, she would wear it anyway (at least just to please Psyche) and all the time, as she seems to be the kind that values objects with a sentimental story (like her nanny's necklace).
Under the Rain (SakuAtsu)
Atsumu always wanted to try the cheesy romantic kissing seen in movies but never mentions it to Kiyoomi because he knows the latter won’t be comfortable with it. So, he keeps his mouth shut and keeps it to himself until he unconsciously slips while they’re watching.
They were on the couch, watching a movie with the main characters kissing in the rain, when Kiyoomi suddenly says, “who’d want that?”
Atsumu quickly snaps his head towards Kiyoomi and says, “I do. I mean, who wouldn’t. It’s kinda romantic, you know?”
“Have you always wanted to try it?” Kiyoomi asks and turns his attention towards Atsumu, who’s now quietly watching the movie.
“Yeah,” Atsumu admits, too engulfed in the movie to even think about their topic.
“Why haven’t you told me?” Kiyoomi asks.
“Because you might not be comfortable with it,” Atsumu answers before talking about the movie.
Kiyoomi kept their conversation in mind and waited for a moment to do it since then. It was difficult for him. Just thinking about it made his skin crawl in disgust. But Atsumu had always adjusted to his needs. He’d always been the considerate one, and Kiyoomi wants to be that too.
So, even though he didn’t want to do it, he pulled Atsumu into the open field. They’re both soaking wet, and the mud didn’t feel nice under Kiyoomi’s feet. But he still pulled Atsumu into a kiss, one that would make Atsumu stop worrying about him, but most especially, a kiss that would make him stop considering Kiyoomi’s comfortability. He wants Atsumu to enjoy the moment. He wants Atsumu to drown in something he wanted, so Kiyoomi kisses him until all he could think about is Kiyoomi.
They stayed in the rain for what seemed like forever, and when Kiyoomi pulls away, he sees Atsumu blushing hard. Atsumu had this smile on his face that screams happiness and love, making Kiyoomi think that baring with the slimy feeling of the rain on his skin was worth it.
