What a Day!!!! Chateau fombrauge 2016.
Grand cru classe Saint Emilion Whit a bordeaux you can fix the day and start the week very easy.
My first time 2010 Tokaji 5 Puttonoys , never learnd or read about before. I like the taste, sugar and the acidity inside.
Les Terrasses 2017 from Alvaro Palacios. A wonderfull wine, in the nose some sorts of cooked berrys, light chocolate aroma. Silky tanins and a long, fruity leaving. What a fun whit this bottle.
go searching mushrooms, fry in a pan and make something like a pizza....take a Merlot from switzerland, a young and fruyiti one, a lot of pressure and tannins, need to ripe one more year in a bottle.
