First time Tokaji
My first time 2010 Tokaji 5 Puttonoys , never learnd or read about before. I like the taste, sugar and the acidity inside.
THE STAR OF THE EVENING
Les Terrasses 2017 from Alvaro Palacios. A wonderfull wine, in the nose some sorts of cooked berrys, light chocolate aroma. Silky tanins and a long, fruity leaving. What a fun whit this bottle.
Wachenheimer Riesling R
Thanks to Germany, this is one of the greatest gift in the world. A wonderfull Riesling Wachenheimer R. Dosn‘t matter how bad is your day, after this you feel good. Cheers

Tomorrow i make a private tasting of two wines. Grape is johanniter. Its a twin wine, one of it was 144 days on the yeast in a swiss lake and the other was in the cellar. A project in Switzerland and austria

Making with the french ,,Saignee‘‘ method, its made out of pinot noir.....Fruity flavors of quince, pineapple and some other berrys. Perfect balanced acid, with a light film on the tongue, and multi structural fruity and silky finish. from a bio cert. Winemaker couple

Near to the biggest City in Switzerland: ,,Zürich.‘‘ there are a lot of different small winerys, winemakers, shops and cellars.
A big diversity of wines, variations and visions on ca. 130 hectar.
