Treat yourself as if you love yourself, even if you don’t

Drink more water and tea.

Treat yourself to a face mask or skin care regimen.

Do yoga or go for a walk.

Play with your pets more often.

Sit in the sun for as long as you can stand it.

Do things you enjoy and don’t care about how others judge your interests.

Keep around the honest, genuine people who love and appreciate you. Listen to their kind words and take them seriously.

Get rid of any negative people in your life; those who judge you, discourage you, or mock you.

Set alarms to take your meds so you don’t forget.

Don’t be afraid to ask for help.

And most importantly, don’t be too hard on yourself. We all struggle, we just have a tough time admitting it to others. Be kind and gentle with your progress, and don’t compare yourself to others. They are on their own journey, at their own speed, and so are you.

Heck, this one minute long video took me just over a month to fully complete. Everything you see in this video was made from scratch in After Effects. No screenshots, no cheating; all made from masking and shape layers. Wow. I am so proud of the final result! 

@therealjacksepticeye I know you may never see this, but I have never felt so motivated to finish such a large project. Thank you for being such a beacon of positivity to me and to your entire community.

the russos said that That scene between peter and tony was an improv by tom and then you remember that the hug scene in hoco was ALSO improvised by tom and then you realize that your emotional well-being and over-all mental health is compromised because tom holland couldn’t stop sneaking hugs with robert downey jr. 

I'm starting to notice that there's a weird distance between my friends and I. I just can't tell of I'm the one causing it, or them. But I know if I ask about it then I'll be ridiculed for it. We used to do so much and talk about everything and now... nothing.

I've decided that I am pretty. No matter what the weight scales say or what I try to tell myself: I am pretty.

I'm not exactly sure how I'm supposed to balance life? Like I have a job, and friends who I like to hang out with, and classes that I need to study for, a boyfriend, and my family to spend the rest of my time wth. I don't have enough time to dream or write about the things I love.

But I guess that's life.

I feel like I'm trapped. It's a big circle and it won't change. I start to get happy and feel confident, and then it comes tumbling down and I'm depressed and I hate myself. But I guess that's life. I'm so stressed out because of the constant balancing trick I have to do between school, work, spending time with my friends, and my being with my family.

So, as an experiment, I am going to try and make my tumblr a diary of sorts. A place where I can vent and let my troubles go, and not feel guilty about unloading all of my feelings on my friend and mom(also to avoid telling other people about my problems and to have them not care.) I don't care if any one reads these, and I promise to try and post other things than just posts about my life.

Well, I have to go study and not get a full 4 hours of sleep.
