You see, hear, smell, touch, and feel everything through words. You should even feel your balance and inner sensations just by reading a script.
Be it in a script or in the early stages of notes, describe as much as you can. It’s better to have more to work with later, and you can always narrow it down in the process. Personally, I like to draw scenes out to help submerge myself into a piece. Working with your senses you can help others do the same when they’re looking at or even just reading your film and or writing.
Describe it as if you’ve never thought about the idea. Like you’re walking into a completely foreign place, because that’s what everyone else will be doing when they see your work

Lord of the Rings
Conditioned to be passive consumers, we confuse submission with security, celebrate obedience as virtue, and consent to self-destructive routines of agonizing repression, all because we lack the courage to step outside the prison cells that we affectionately regard as “comfort zones”.
A masterpiece.
Pan’s Labyrinth (2006) dir. Guillermo del Toro
Shot size is an important part of cinematography. It can show off a location, make a character seem small or powerful, highlight emotion or distance the audience. These shot sizes have basic definitions, but the specifics can vary from filmmaker to filmmaker. Below is a list of shot sizes, their general descriptions, abbreviations, alternate names, and effects.

Either you repeat the same conventional doctrines everybody is saying, or else you say something true, and it will sound like it’s from Neptune.

Simple, yet original.
There’s a new long-distance travel option on the horizon: a double-decker bus with pods for sleeping. It’s called, simply, Cabin. And it’s an overnight service — like a red-eye — designed for people who love going places, but hate being in transit.

Folks, it’s time to evolve. That’s why we’re troubled. You know why our institutions are failing us, the church, the state, everything’s failing? It’s because, um – they’re no longer relevant. We’re supposed to keep evolving. Evolution did not end with us growing opposable thumbs. You do know that, right?

Is it possible for you to share the diet you use?
I’ve committed to a Ketogenic Diet for almost a year now, entailing that I consume 30g or less of carbs per day; this demands my body to reconfigure itself to run primarily on ketones from fat rather than glucose from carbs.
For breakfast I blend a nutritional smoothie comprised of organic carrots, blackberries, almond butter, spinach, kale, sugarless dark chocolate, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and 2 raw pastured eggs: I’ll have an avocado and 5 handfuls of raw nuts on the side comprised of walnuts, pecans, and macadamia nuts that I’ll dip in organic coconut oil with Himalayan salt.
For dinner I’ll prepare 2 organic, hormone and antibiotic free, grass fed beef patties, and 2 more pastured eggs; cooked in coconut/olive oil mix, dressed up with organic mayonnaise and plenty of seasoning. I also drink plenty of water throughout the day, often with lemon, and will take 5000 IU’s of vitamin D throughout the winter months.
Since I’ve begun researching and experimenting with my diet over the course of the past 3 years or so, essentially purging my body of toxins whose presence I was unconsciously maintaining, it’s been akin to waking from a coma and observing the world slowly come into focus.
Until these past few years, I didn’t know it was possible to eat a meal without feeling bloated, uncomfortable, and succumbing to a mysterious lethargy, nor was I aware that many of my symptoms of depression and ADD were simply in relation to the effects that these pollutants were having on my brain chemistry.
I had also grown accustomed to getting sick at least once or twice each winter, but this June will mark 3 years since I’ve even so much as caught a cold. I can only relate this to having established such a durable immune system via my refined eating habits. I feel more mentally and physically capable than I have ever felt in my entire life, which is an encouraging awareness at 24.
Opinion on "ignorance is bliss"?
It’s the cowards creed, an irrational sentiment harnessed by those succumbing to the traumatic insecurity that lies in relinquishing deceptive childhood fantasy’s; so they opt instead for a kind of optimistic denial that demonizes knowledge as a defense mechanism to remain complacent in their delusions.
The fate of these individuals then, lies in the will of those brave enough to endure the tribulations of educating and empowering themselves. At best, these individuals are destined to live as parasites; at worst, they will have their ignorance utilized by ambitious deceivers to enslave or destroy them.
Question thyself and thou shalt livest free.
There is no such thing as originality. Our thoughts are influenced by other thoughts, our ideas are the sum of different pieces of other ideas.
Originality is just a puzzle arranged in an apparently different way.
More than just a "millennials" trend.

The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck 👌🏻 a must read.
“The more you desperately want to be rich, the more poor and unworthy you feel, regardless of how much money you make. The more you desperately want to be sexy or desired, the uglier you come to see yourself, regardless of your actual appearance. The more you desperately want to be happy and loved, the lonelier and more afraid you become, regardless of those who surround you. The more you want to be spiritually enlightened, the more self-centered and shallow you become in trying to get there. You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of. You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life”. – an excerpt from Mark Manson’s book, “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck”. I’m only 10 pages in and my mood has improved significantly. 👌🏼
Wise words
“I am really moved and motivated by things that occur that are unjust. I’ve always hated people trampling on other people. I was in quandary, a philosophical quandary, because I tought, if I’m not my brother’s keeper, who am I? Where does my life end and my sense of responsibility for other lives begin?” Listen to Me Marlon (2015) dir. Stevan Riley
