May I ask you why you don’t believe in astrology?
No particular reason. It just never stuck with me and I think that over time it’s become a way for people to justify stupid actions and bad behaviour. “Oh im such a Gemini I told the whole world about your issues with XYZ hehe” I can’t take such people seriously at all. i also feel that it’s a label that is absolutely unnecessary. A lot of the times I genuinely feel that your traits and your zodiac’s traits don’t line up but people want to be like their zodiac signs so badly that they’ll act like lunatics.

Another natural hair appreciation post. 🤎✨ I just LOVE our hair so much.
Your soft girl era is all about embracing your natural beauty, indulging in self-care, and connecting with nature. Here are the steps you can take to get into your soft girl era:
1. Practice self-care: Take the time to do things that make you feel relaxed and pampered. These can include taking a hot bath, doing a skincare routine, or drinking a warm cup of tea.
2. Focus on skincare: Soft girls believe in the importance of skincare and skincare products that are gentle on the skin. Invest in high-quality skincare products that are natural and contain ingredients like jojoba oil, hyaluronic acid, or rosehip oil.
3. Embrace your hair texture: Soft girls often have soft, wavy or curly hair that they let dry naturally or style in a sleek and understated way. Avoid heat and damaging hair products, and instead focus on giving your hair moisture and shine.
4. Choose a cozy and comfortable style: Soft girls often wear comfy and laid-back outfits, often accompanied by cozy sweaters and cardigans. They love comfortable shoes and prefer a more natural and minimal makeup look.
5. Connect with nature: Soft girls believe in the healing power of nature and often find ways to incorporate it into their day-to-day routine. Go for walks in nature, read a book in a park, and incorporate natural elements into your home decor.
6. Practice mindfulness: Soft girls prioritize self-care and believe in the importance of taking care of both their physical and mental health. Practice yoga, meditation, or journaling to reconnect with themselves.
7. Cultivate a positive mindset: Soft girls prioritize mental health and focus on cultivating a positive mindset. Practice positive thinking, gratitude, and learn to accept and appreciate who you are and what you have.
Remember, being a soft girl is all about embracing your natural looks and focusing on self-care and connecting with nature so do not put too much pressure on yourself. You deserve to live the best life 💕

Hey pretty girls how are you then? I hope well in this post I will teach you how to be a healthy pretty girl who is healthy do your yoga , skin care , exercise , keep a healthy eating , is a model of the duffy , meditates , reads , hydrates , go for a walk, and do your self care.
This past week i went down to do this project to keep my routine healthy i already had this habit this time I organized it in a vacation glow up project. This project is inspired by It girl aesthetic , model of the duffy , pink pilates girl , and green juice girl.
SUNDAY: self care day so hydrate your hair, take a nice shower, drink water and do your skin care. This day is a day for relaxation so read watch something for example vogue beauty secrets.
MONDAY: wake up, do your skin care I recommend washing your face with some soap like glycerin and apply your sunscreen, after that have your coffee particularly I love oatmel and it's super healthy , after make your journal with personal growth questions if you want I can share some with you, there are also clean your room/habitant , have a nutritious lunch and eat vegetables , then ice your face seriously this is a great trick it's great for the skin you can take a pot and put ice water and dip your face for 15 to 15 seconds or even put ice stones on your face but you have to be careful not to burn the skin so use a cloth of preference, after that your pores will be closed and looking better you can read or watch some series, I love to read so I take a moment in the afternoon and read for about 40 minutes you can eat something too or even drink something very important is that during this project we have to drink at least 2 liters of water a day to keep healthy, after that I like to watch the sunset then open your bedroom window or even go somewhere where you have peace and watch the sunset this is a way of a m meditate and after that do your exercise , just like move your body do yoga or pilates, take a shower just to cleanse your body and relax watching tv or even here on Tumblr , eat something healthy and protein and do your skin care, read some more and sleep.
TUESDAY: On Tuesdays I don't do anything very different I like to keep this routine of habits and add some leisure things since I'm on vacation but on Tuesday I put on a night face mask, watch pretty little liars and eat bananas.
WEDNESDAY:Good Wednesday is smoothie day I love smoothie and you can make it from different fruits like banana, apple, strawberry I love to add supplement also like whey protein and I add vanilla with milk and it's ready, I do the usual after breakfast and in the afternoon I did a little self care I wrote in my diary , washed my hair and let it dry naturally as I'm a model it's not very good to always dry with hot things so I didn't use a hairdryer , I also spent time on pinterest and meditated.
THURSDAY: So i was very productive i kept my routine of habits and watched the devil wears prada i really love this movie and i think all girl bloggers should watch it,I also exercised and read Evelyn Hugo's 7 Husbands.
FRIDAY: ok this day wasn't one of the best days to start with because I was on pms so it wasn't very easy to deal with emotions and I also cried a lot watching stranger things, and we like pretty girls we should know that it's normal to have pms and that it's often not easy to deal with our feelings so i cried a lot more then i kept doing my thing something that helps me went to make my newspaper and browse pinterest listening to music and doing skin care.

i feel like we normally don't do much to help our ears , so here are some ear cleaning tips and tricks to have fresh, clean and good smelling ears!!
qtips ♡
never use qtips in your ears , PLEASE. they just push the wax further into your ear. i would recommend wetting a qtip with warm water and swabbing around the outside ear crevices , but never stick them into your ears.
cleaning ♡
when in the bath or shower, use a soft cloth with a small amount of body wash to clean the surface of your ear , along with the back, top and underneath of your ear. heck , even better , clean it twice. rinse off the soap and then dry your ears immediately with a dry towel to stop bacteria from growing.
smelling good ♡
having my ears smelling good is a MUST!! if someone hugs me , it's usually the first place they smell. here are my tips to avoid ear odors!
obviously , you wanna be washing the outside of your ears regularly (preferably with a nice smelling gentle body wash) . if behind your ears is ever sweaty, make sure to wipe it with a towel! i also like to exfoliate behind my ears twice a week, as i notice i get dead skin build up sometimes. a small dab of perfume behind your ears each morning is sure to keep them smelling good the whole day too! if you have piercings, make sure you're cleaning them regularly. ♡ but please remember , if you notice an odor coming from your ears, always go to a doctor , as it could be a sign of infection!
please note ♡
you don't really need to clean the inside of your ears at all! obv you wanna get rid of any excess sitting on the outside of your ear , but earwax catches dirt from reaching your ear drum and other more sensitive parts of the ear, so its best to leave it there to do its job! it will eventually come out naturally anyway.
if you do feel the need to clean , (whether it's causing you discomfort, there's too much wax, or you're struggling to hear) please go to a professional ear cleaner or ear specialist! this is way safer as they know what they're doing.

to improve physical appearance , health and hygiene are a must.
water ♡
water. please , for the love of god , drink water. get up rn and go drink some water. water does so much , want clear skin? water. want to lose weight? water. want to feel more refreshed? water. ITS SO HELPFUL!! you really don't want to be dehydrated, it has so many negative effects.
i would aim for around 2 liters (8 full glasses) a day , but you can slowly increase your water intake over the span of a few weeks if you're not ready for that. if you like me and forget to drink , set alarms or reminders for when you need to.
apple cider vinegar ♡
okay , yes, it tastes gross, but it's so good for your PH!! just drink 2 teaspoons everyday (dilute with water first) , trust me it will make your body sweat and kitty smell (and taste) soo much better!! it can also help u lose weight , decrease waist size and is so good for your skin!!
easy oral hygiene ♡
brush your teeth at least 3 times a day. i normally opt for brushing my teeth twice in a row morning and night , and once during the day (yes , even if i'm at school). also , don't forget to floss!! most importantly u wanna b scraping/brushing your tongue, along with brushing your gums and the roof of your mouth!! If you're not brushing regularly and not brushing your tongue, your breath is gonna stink.
another tip - mints > gum. no matter how minty your gum is , if you're chewing it all day it's gonna make your breath smell bad. a sugar-free mint that specialises in good breath every morning helps so much for me.
shower/bath care ♡
please wash behind your ears and your belly button. every part of your body should be clean!!! you don't want build-up.
exfoliate before and after u shave. this will leave u feeling SO smooth and helps avoid razor bumps , if you have sensitive skin (like me) it can help avoid irritation (i get SO itchy and my skin gets covered in red bumps if i don't exfoliate when shaving). personally, i don't suffer from oily skin , but if u do, exfoliating afterwards helps remove any dirt from clogged pores and any residue build-up!
use different clothes depending on what part of your body you're cleaning!! use a softer cloth for your face and kitty , and use regular clothes for the main part of your body and bum. NEVER wash your face in the shower! you want your face to have its own personal time for you to clean it so you can really focus on it. also , hot water from the shower can damage your skin and make it dry. your shower head also probably has a lot of bacteria hiding in it, so please wash your face separately after your shower.
