Over the past two days, I got a yearning to go shopping and ended up finding some AWESOME sales, clearance, and #dollyfunfinds Yesterday, I went to target and a buttload of dolls were on clearance, as well as some accessory sets and clothes! I didn't get any dolls, but I did buy some accessory sets. I didn't take a pic of all of them 'cause they're gifts for some people😘 #spoilers After my #targetrun where I drooled in the aisles waaay too much, we hit a Goodwill store and picked up the Our Generation foal for $1.99!🦊❤🐎 Leocadia has an OG Thoroughbred horse that her G.G. gave her for her 3rd birthday. She named the *new* mama horse and foal after one of her current favorite tv shows: Vampirina. We now have Oxana and Vee. Adding to the fun, I found a bunch of tiny doll things, a #barbie fold-up house, and.... *Drum roll* .... An #americangirlbrand hammock for $1.99!!!🤓 I never get lucky at Goodwill, so these were super exciting finds for me! We went to our local Wal-Mart after gymnastics class tonight. I'm in love with the #mladolls Farm Stand😍 I had to convince Leocadia we couldn't buy it because mommy had a #budget 😔. We DID find a "Forces of Destiny" Princess Leia for $5 (despite the tag saying $13😁), a #mladolls Ironing Laundry set for $2, and a couple Disney Happy Places blind boxes on Rollback. So we scooped them up and brought them home🦊❤ They have been placed in the Box of Holding for gifting later on. Ever on the hunt for doll-stuff (even if i dont buy any of it) I found a mini record player that plays tiny records!😍 The box says the records play about 30 seconds of music, and there is a popular song on each of the records🎶 I also found a couple cute fairy garden kits! These would be perfect for tiny dolls like Calico Critters. I had insomnia again last night, so I stayed up till 3 am and did some work. Needless to say, I didn't get up in time to take Leocadia to daycare. 😪🛏⏰😖☠ But here's the good news: The dollhouse Kitchen is finished!😄❤🦊 The rolling door works, there's plenty of room for the Leocadia and the dolls to play, and I am putting all other projects on hold until after the holiday season. I'll post more pics of the finished room soon. Right now, Leocadia is stocking it with all our doll kitchen stuff and food. I've made a *little* progress on the kitchen. I have the casing for the shelving up and all the raw edges and seams covered in paper. Admittedly, I still need to finish the windows, but I got the idea to make more shelving and a sliding door, so...here I am. 😄 Next up, making and covering the shelves in patterned paper, designing the railing and trolley system for the sliding door, making the door, and finally finishing the windows. You know, just a short list of things to do. Hopefully I won't get distrac-- Oh, look!
