Fic Type: Drabble (Requested) Fandom: Attack On Titan/SnK Pairing: Eren Yeager x Reader! Prompt: Reader is having a extremely bad day, filled with anxiety and Eren comforts her! Word Count:

"♥?" Eren's voice caused her to drop the box of supplies she was carrying. 'Shit...' she kneeled on the rocky pavement, picking up the supplies that spilled out. "I'm sorry!" He kneeled beside her, helping her pick up the mess that happened. "Are you alright?" He grabbed the final item and forced her to make eye contact with him. Her eyes darted to the left, "I'm fine." She stood up, lifting the box once more. "Why do I think you're lying." He tapped a finger against his lips, eyes narrowing at her, hoping that she'll confess to him. "Just a bit," you gave in.

"What's been bothering you?" Eren remained attached to her hip. Dropping the box onto a wooden counter,  she huffed a strand of hair from out her face. "A bunch of things that I don't want to get into detail about." She admitted. "Do you wanna walk it out?" He recalled all of the times she'd visit his room while they were cadet trainees, asking him to walk through the forest with her since something was plaguing her mind at the time. "Sure," she smiled softly. He grinned back at her, grabbing her wrist to lead her out into the woods.

When the two of them were secluded deep enough, Eren found a fallen log, guiding ♥ to it for them to sit on. She ranted about all of the things that she had deemed went wrong in the day, and he nodded along, to show he was listening. He remained patient until she finished rambling.  "I noticed you were...nervous around the new commanders." He pointed out. She nodded her head, turning her gaze to her hands as she began to mess with them. "Are you scared of them?" She looked at him as if to find amusement written on his face. Alternatively, she met with a look of concern. "No...it's just that they seem very strict." She revealed. He placed a hand on top of hers, "Just let me know if it's ever too much for you to handle."  She nodded, enjoying the feeling of his hand of hers.

"Things are a lot different than they were in training." He hummed in agreement. "One thing's certain though," he looked at her. "I'm always going to stay by your side." He beamed. Returning his smile, she scooted closer to him and rested her head on his shoulder. "I hope so."
