you know, i’d been super hyped for the new admiral ever since we got to see his silhouette flying with that dumb little flower propeller thing, and i’d loved Aramaki ever since, especially after we got to actually see him
unfortunately, 90% of the affection i had for him went down the drain the second he legit said “discrimination creates solace” (or “prejudice breeds stability” depending on what translation you’re reading)
my guy really said that he supports discrimination with his whole chest, without an inch of hesitation. like, dude, what the fuck, even being hot and wearing nice pants isn’t enough to get you outta that one….
