Summary: Their unique abilities and how they affect people around them.
Seungmin: Mind Melding
Seungmin was the type to be able to read others based on their expressions and body language, but one day it went too far.
Near a lake in Italy, the members were shooting another log, mapping out their day for STAY.
Seungmin peered into the dark mucky water, unable to see the bottom.
The weather wasn't the greatest, either. It was cloudy, and the air surrounding them moist.
He didn't realize he was hearing a memory, and just assumed it was someone speaking.
But then he heard screaming.
He jolted, turning quickly only to see Minho and Felix giggling, Hyunjin and Jeongin arguing, and Changbin, Chan, and Han huddled by the edge staring for fish.
Except Han was rigid. His face was calm, but his brows were in a frown, sweat appearing at his hairline. The others hadn't noticed yet.
No one was screaming though.
Yet he still heard it.
Then a voice he had never heard before.
"Han! Hold on!"
His...dad?
Seungmin had to blink. He had no idea what was playing in his head. He didn't see images, just the sound.
He heard water rushing in his left ear, and the whimpering of a young boy in his right. A tree branch somewhere snapped, and the boy yelped.
Was this Hans memory of when he still lived in Malaysia? When he had encountered the crocodiles?
Seungmin then realized that being so close to the murky water was triggering this memory, rushing to him from his spot on the grass.
He wrapped his hand around the olders middle, not trying to draw attention.
"It's okay. We aren't going in it," he whispered to Han, feeling him relax his shoulders.
Han smiled lightly, leaning his head against Seungmins shoulder.
Jeongin: Dreamwalking
Jeongin loved to sleep. It was no secret. So when he would be bothered before the time he needed to be up, he would get cranky.
He didn't dream often, but when he did, it was extremely vivid.
One day, Chan rose quite late, trying to explain his dream, and how it had inspired the new song they were working on.
Jeongin was curious, but he couldn't understand his Hyung. Chan couldn't recall what made him think about it.
Later that night, Jeongin struggled to sleep, wondering why he could never remember his dreams, and how that happened to the members a lot.
He blinked, and next thing he knew, it was pitch black. Then flashing colors surrounded him. It was almost as if he were at a rave, the lights seemed brighter each passing second.
He blinked once more, standing on a terrace, dressed in all white.
It was midnight where he was, the light blue hue engulfing him and his surroundings, making the terrace glow eerily.
"Jeongin?" He heard a familiar voice say.
He turned, and met eyes with Hyunjin.
His head tilted, brows furrowing.
What type of dream was this? And where the hell were they? He had never seen this place before.
"Where are we Hyunjin?" He questioned, only to be met with a questioning glance.
"My palace? This is my kingdom, Ayen," Hyunjin scoffed, as if he should have known.
Jeongin stared, his face riddled with shock.
Was this his dream? Or was it Hyunjins? If it wasn't his, then how did he trespass into the olders?
Wat would Bangchan say? What would any of them say?
As if on que, he blinked, only to be met with flashing lights for a few seconds, and arrived in what looked to be an empty, abandoned theater.
The only think illuminating the place was the giant hole in the roof, the morning sun casting a glare directly onto the stage.
Jeongin looked down at himself, and found he was dressed in worn down casual wear.
Whose was this? He looked to the stage, and saw a piano. Bangchan, maybe? As far as Jeongin knew, it was just he and Chan that could play the piano.
Almost like he heard his thoughts, Chan sluggishly walked up onto the stage, taking a seat at the instrument.
He began to play, and was met with the booing of a person that wasn't there before.
But Jeongin didn't get it. He was playing beautifully. He turned, and saw a mannequin, confused.
He saw how it was affecting Chan, anger rising within him.
He rushed to push the person, but was thrust back into the blinding lights. This happen for the rest of the night, until morning.
He awoke tired, remembering all that had happened that night.
