Every day Mako does his lightning training with Lightning Bolt Zolt. Zolt’s teaching methods were abusive when it comes for lightning redirection he would struck it on Mako in order for him to redirect it, it is hard for Mako to redirect it when he fails or succeeds he ends up getting burns, bruises, and scratches.
This worries Bolin because every time when his brother does his training with their boss, he keeps getting injured after training, Mako always tells him he’s fine but Bolin knows he’s not.
