It's not illegal to wear a cloak/cape, nobody can stop you from going outside looking like a tower mage or a witch who lives in the woods

We should normalize wearing capes/cloaks again

I wanna wear this to college or just on the street so bad. not even joking. I just wanna be like a fantasy character on a quest or a witch in the woods.
