History:

Larry lived with his mother, despite being middle class, Larry's mother always taught him to always be a gentleman. After his mother's death he traveled to Gotham and began working in a restaurant as a waiter.

He met Waylon one night when he was behind his restaurant and gave him a sandwich and told him to take care of himself (The smallest gesture of affection made Waylon love him). He is close to Waylon Jones, he cares about him and doesn't want him to live a life of crime.
